I have been coming to this location for over twenty years now, and have always received top rate service. I came in this morning with a sensor issue, and needed new tires also. Christina assured me that they could get it done the same day, they also found brake issues, and were able to get everything done while I waited. These folks are the best.

Christina handled the process with so much professionalism and helped me understand some of the services that were need for my vehicle. She also was so gracious and offered some in-house discounts which was highly appreciated in this economy. I will definitely return. Thank you

The Place is a mess. Went over there for a wheel alignment and 2 front tire balance. Was told 1-1.5 hrs. 1.5 hrs later they only got 2 tire balance done and said the Alignment machine is not been working. Instead send me a work order to change my front break pads and rotors replaced for an estimate of close to $400 when my front breaks were replaced 8 months ago. Asked for a test result print out excuse was print is broken. Did the same to another customer. Glad she caught it right away. Never again.

The customer service was extremely top tier. She was very patient and made sure that I was comfortable while I waited for my oil change to be completed. NTB has a lifetime customer in me due to exceptional customer service.

This place is terrible. I brought my car here for an alignment, tire rotation and oil. They told me they could have it done by the end of the day. I go to pick up my car after it being here for over 4 hours and I m told that they could not complete the service I brought my car in for. Christina at the front desk is completely incompetent. I called at 3pm an hour before they closed to check on the status of my car repair because I had not heard anything I was told that the technician has not even started on my car it was at that time that I should have been told that they did not have enough staff to complete my repair I m stead Christina chose to be shady and only half way complete the service I requested after wasting my entire day. Please don t waste your time here, they do not do alignments or appointments and will lie to you to swindle you into spending SOME type of money there! and then the trifling lazy technicians who don t even know how to rotate tires did not eve reset my oil life warning on my dashboard. This place is absolute trash. I feel completely scammed.

I came in for one tire. I was recommended to get all new tires and an alignment due to the ware on the other tires as well (bald). The tires were decently priced along with the alignment. Didn't take long either. Also, I received great customer service from tech and front desk.

Christina was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to help me get my tire replaced quickly and easily. She also helped me try to figure out my rear windshield wiper after I couldn t. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and quick. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!!! Ask for Charles or Christina (I could be wrong about her name!), they are both excellent. I ve been to this location twice and they were very knowledgeable, efficient, and didn t try to sell me unnecessary services.

The guys at NTB went out of their way to help me when I got a flat tire late in the day right before a long Christmas holiday weekend! Charles was super helpful and great in working with me, and the guys in the garage were awesome, too. They stayed late to replace my flat tire and made the entire experience nice when it could have been miserable. Thank you so much!

Needed tires install late evening after appointment had to be pushed back. Donya allowed me to come in late and provided great service along with the technician working on my vehicle. Will definitely come again and recommended to anyone.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and quick service! I picked up a very large screw in my tire yesterday, made an appointment for 2pm today and they called to see if I could come in earlier. Worked for me! In and out in less than 30 mins. Fast and affordable with great staff to boot! Thanks NTB!

Christina was amazingly helpful. I was in and out within an hour of arrival for my oil change. There was a misunderstanding with scheduling outside of her control & she addressed the matter with high-level quality customer service. I will return return based upon our interaction

My mom and I arrived with a dead battery 9 minutes before they closed. We were welcomed and the battery was replaced so we are able to travel back to Jersey! It was very appreciated and saved our Christmas!!

I bought 2 tires in August of 2022 and bought another 2 tires in December of 2023 from NTB HYATTSVILLE and the service and quality of work both times was great. I also had to get a tire sensor replaced in February of 2024 and the service and quality was great.

I made an appointment to get four new tires. It still took them six hours to replace my tires and in the process, they broke one of my tire pressure sensors. I've been to other NTB's and they've been fine. This one is horrible. Steer clear.

We needed a tire replaced and scheduled an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. The issue is the NTB website allowed us to book an appointment for 8 am and we found out the store didn t open until 9. The staff took care of us at 9, replaced the tire and refilled my flat spare in under an hour. Appreciate the ladies and the gentleman at the front desk for handling everything so efficiently.

National, Tire, and Battery, Hyattsville, Maryland.I had a great experience with the staff and was very satisfied with the service. I took my car in on November 24, 2023 and my service was completed on November 25, 2023 in the morning. I would recommend National Tire and Battery without reservation. Received a great deal on my tires.
