The smallest scratch was fixed flawlessly! I would highly recommend New Design for your repairs, big or small! They are very thorough and they communicate well! NEW DESIGN AUTO BODY was very professional and experienced with the type of work that needed to be completed. They kept me informed to what stage they were at in the repairs. The customer service is and was wonderful, each employee greeted each customer which was a great experience.

These guys are amazing. We took our VW ID4 EV here after someone t boned our car (minor damage). The repairs were definitely expensive but they all went to the insurance.As for their service. Their shops not in the best of locations but it doesn't matter anyway - they treat their customers right and at least with the techs we worked with, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to fix anything if the jobs not perfect without extra charge/hassle.Overall, would definitely come back here (God forbid) if we need to.

The shop did great work! Color match was almost exact. Especially with the blue marble color that I have with a discontinued Honda coup. Very satisfied with their work

I took 6 weeks to repair my vehicle. My deductible was $500 but, I payed out $1100 due to lack of communication and rentals out my own pocket. Don't take your care here. You'll be waiting forever. Oh, my car is acting up now. Turning signals goes on and off one when they want to ( picked my car up on 11/02/23. It's now 11/06/23. Inside of my door hand something came off. FOH!! They deserve that star either. The only way I could leave a review.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Someone scratched my vehicle in a parking lot, and I needed a quality and timely repair. New Design Auto did a great job on my AMG, and did it on time. They updated me throughout the process.In the waiting room, I saw employees attempting to assist someone without insurance, and attempting to work with the consumer to help them with what they could.This is a good local company that deserves local support. Professional and kind.I will return if I need further repairs.Service: Painting

Delayed pickup almost 2 weeks!!! They dont seem to have any sense of urgency. I was constantly calling to ask for updates and only told me its not ready everytime! Owner is rude and front desk lady giving false pickup dates. I would not recommend this shop to someone. I wish i couldve chosen a different shop from the beginning.

Somehow always takes 4 weeks to do anything my car engine Mount was broken in two different cars I brought to them after bringing to them in accidents and they left my car with some sort of black residue in my BMW, broke the middle console, and last time they repaired my doors they took 3 weeks and the window kept rolling down by itself. Brought 3 different cars but done with them, they some secret haters smiling to your face

They are the best, especially JR. They really try to get you the best deal. They communicate well. They always clean my car and vacuum it, which is such a nice touch. I would highly recommend. I was recommended via my insurance and glad I went with this shop. They were communicated well throughout the whole process. When I dropped my car off, they give me a ride to the rental store and allowed me to leave the rental there. My vehicle was finished a little later than expected but they still kept me updated. Looked good as new, they also did the extra work to be sure that it wouldn't present any issues when I turn the car back in. ( It's a lease).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've taken my car to them twice to deal with separate insurance claims. Great communication, great work, and they're accountable. The repair was done as if it was originally purchased. I love the detailing of my car by the body shop. Employees there were friendly and courteous.The only complaint I have, is lack of communication or updates. I would recommend New Design to others because I have dealt with other body shops's repairs that were horrible. The other body shops didn't detail my car after the repair was completed.Service: Body & Trim

Traditionally, I have not had the most luck with body shops so I wanted to take the time to give credit where it is due and send some praise to New Design Autobody. Not only did they turn my car around more quickly than expected, they did an excellent job with the repairs. From the kind lady at the front desk to my dealings with Sr. and Jr., the owner and son, I felt as though each person was taking their time with me and ensuring I had the best experience possible. This was the first positive experience I've had with a body shop and I recommend anyone looking for shop to look no further. When I have future needs in autobody repair, paint, etc. I will be coming back to New Design Autobody.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrific service!!! Professional, courteous, timely, and with excellent results. Wayne and the team were more than accommodating with scheduling and were able to fix my car quickly. If I could, I would rate New Design Autobody with "10 Stars!" The service was great! I was kept informed regarding the repairs on my car, the staff is friendly, personable and professional. The repairs on my car are excellent, the driver's side (where the car was hit) is just like new! There is no evidence or trace of the impact to my car! I was so excited, I couldn't wait to get in and drive it! The exterior and interior of my car was clean, bright and shiny! Thanks Dwayne and the beautiful staff at New Design Autobody !

Believe it or not my car has been parked under a tree that dropped these gigantic acorns on my car and placed over 50 dings in my hood and trunk. New Design had no trouble removing all the dents. The color of my car is red one of the hardest colors to match when you do a pink job. It was no problem for new design they matched it perfectly. My car is absolutely gorgeous. 2020 Hyundai Limited 1.6 Turbo.Service: Painting
