Honest shop that does fast work, prices are very competitive/reasonable, and the owner Jorge is a nice guy who's professional with customers. I initially went after getting a flat while driving and they patched it and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. That patch has held up for several years. I've since had them do check ups (one with an oil/filter) change - very quick turnaround (same or next day) and they don't try to sell any services, repairs, etc., that aren't truly needed. I wound up needing a new tire, which they unfortunately don't sell, but they plugged the damaged tire and I had no problem getting to a nearby tire place.

Horrible. Scam of a place. I was charged $60 the first time even though he did literally nothing. The wait time is atrocious regardless of what time you come in, and communication is ABYSMAL. I was told "I'll call back" waited 2 hours - no call, so I called, and was told the same thing again! It's as if you need to beg them to fix your car. I'm not returning here. Over priced for subpar service. Visit VCD instead. Cheaper, quicker, better.

George, Mario and his staff members are A+++++++++++++++ mechanics. The best shop in the DMV area period ! I always go there. Excellent price and warns you about any other problems they may see and let you know the best way you can deal with the problem or fix it. Best mechanic shop in PG county.I have used many shops in the area and I have found this to be the best one. I have trusted George and his team with 10 fleet vehicles, my personal vehicles and have sent 3 friends there. Always a quick turn around and reasonable pricing. Great place to get your car fixed. I really appreciate them taking the time and doing a thorough check to finally find the problem that 3 other shops couldn't find. The prices are reasonable compared to competitors in the area. They could do a better job with following up with me about my car. The shop is very small with not much parking but overall I was very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them to fix my car.

Had a unforseen issue with my truck and had to literally get it towed immediately, yelped a couple shops, but even with mixed reviews this one stood out. So I gave them a call, George answered and told me sure we could check it out. I get there I'm a little skeptical because I mean literally this lot is packed with vehicles. Bummer nothing could be done today because they close early on Saturday, and would not open till Monday but George assured me he would give me a call Monday. No worries though I did get there at like 230 shop closes at 3pm. Sure enough Monday he called me to let me know my vehicle would be ready by 6. I get to the shop about 530 ready to ride into the sunset with my baby. Steadily approaching pickup time and Unfortunately they find another issue. 630 George leaves the shop and tries to locate the part to no avail the shop closes at 7pm but him and the tech stayed till 8 trying to resolve the issue. He not only went out of his way,. He explained the issue and didn't quote me a through the roof price. Customer service like this is dang near nonexistent. He ordered the part and it was scheduled to arrive next day at 8am. He assured me all would be taken care of and he would give a call. Sure enough 11am my baby was ready,riding smooth. I can't thank him and his team enough. If you are looking to get a reasonable price, and quality work done Master King Auto is where it's at? Definitely will be back.

Great mechanics. Been using them for 10 years now and i am always satisfied with their services. Jorge is upfront about your car issues and gives the best recommendation at the best price as well. He never disappoints at all and he uses the best guys to ensure the job is done well and accurately. I came in before a road trip with my tire pressure light on and they checked all my tires and evened out the pressure. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I ll be sure to make this spot my new go-to for maintenance!

I have been here a couple of times. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable technicians. They are really good at what they do and are affordable. The Toyota dealership tried to charge $3300, but this place only charged me $570.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my brakes and rotors looked at and they told me I could come "right now". When I got there, there were 4 other customers in the waiting area but they took me right away. They gave me a price quote and said the parts would arrive in 40 minutes. I decided to leave my vehicle since I don't live too far. They called me about 3 hours later to pick up my vehicle. I paid and drove off with no issues. Great customer service and very friendly staff! I will be returning!

I had about five cars in my life so far and I must say they took excellent car off all of them! I also sent my boyfriend to them and he has not had any problems with his car after they fixed it. Yes, they are always busy but they will make sure to get you what is needed for your car. I love coming her because they want kill your pockets.

This guy did not acknowledge me when I walked in. Then he charges me for services then after he's done adds more money than was agreed upon. That's definitely not how business should be conducted and will never be coming back here again.

They set appointments they can NOT keep. Very unprofessional when dealing with me. Would not finish giving me a quote without going to help others who came afterwards. Will never go there again. Thumbs way down.
