My wife and I had a great experience at Preston Mazda service! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We brought in our Mazda for service and a recall item, they arranged for a loner as some of the parts were on back order. That was really nice.I was very impressed with the link they sent me from the mechanic who walked me through in a video all the issues he had found with the car. That was REALLY COOL. I've never seen that before! A very nice use of technology.Not only will I use this service center again. I will certainly see them for my next car purchase.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming, Battery, Oil change

Recently had the pleasure of working with Jackie to get my vehicle serviced. She was easy to work with and very up front about what my vehicle needed and what I only needed to keep an eye on. Will definitely be back!

Had first service performed at 3000 miles. Found out my Preston for Life doesn't include oil change and tire rotation has have my previous Preston vehicles. Car already has manufacturers 6 year 100k warranty. So what am I paying for free towing that might not even be included, just adding more to my monthly payments. Very unsatisfied right now.
