I recently bought a new Navigator here. My salesperson was great, but the finance guy never returned my calls to verify that they'd gotten the (large) wire transfer for my down payment, despite leaving messages on his cell and office numbers and asking my salesperson to have him call me. The only way I found out was when I eventually got the loan paperwork from Lincoln Financial Services in the mail and it was for the correct amount, and not the full "in case we don't get your down payment" amount.

GREAT customer service. EVERYONE greeted me w a smile. The tech that was in charge of my car walked up to me like he knew who i was. The formal txt updating me of my appt, NICE. VERY CLEAN atmosphere. Timely manner car was doneI felt really comfortable while waiting.A carwash would of been nice..but w everything else A1 it was not a big deal

Very professional go out of there way to accommodate. My only concern salesmans needs to be up to date on all autos they sell specially features. But given this fact I like my Lincoln.

I recently purchased a Lincoln Aviator from Preston Lincoln. Greg made the whole transaction super quick and easy. I highly recommend buying a car from Preston if you get the chance.

Car returned with dents and unbalanced tires. I only hope they did change the oil.
