Paid for the highest level wash which includes a full wipe down, vacuum, dash wiped, all interior windows cleaned, etc. had to ask them to clean my rear window after they told me they were done. As I m driving away I see they didn t clean the dash, they sprayed the floor mats with a hand spray bottle but didn t wipe it down, they didn t apply the air freshener. Truck was clearly not wiped down, soap remnants remained. This all happened when they weren t busy so they are just rushing for no reason. Poor management and quality control.

Went there today for the 1st and last time. When I first got there I had to wait several minutes for someone to even come out so I could pay for my car wash. I bought the platinum package. Got around to where they are to clean the inside and they had loud music which played profanity. After I was told my car was complete, it s like they were scared to use the vacuum. They never even took out the mats. I did say something and they did re-vacuum it with a few rolling of the eyes. But it is what it is.

This was not a good experience at all 4 people plus the manager was outside when my car was released to me. Totally unacceptable. I got an oil change at another location and noticed that the car wash $10 off was in my area. Very disappointed.

I also paid for the highest level wash. Should include wipe down, vacuum, and wash. This time they were not busy but still rushed. Was done in 5 minutes. Didn t vacuum the back at all. Most surfaces was not wiped down. I ve used this car wash before with great results, so I gave them the benefit of doubt and drove back so they could fix their mistake. Once again they were done in less than 5 minutes. Didn t do a thorough job. I regret tipping them the first time I was there. I don t recommend this place anymore

We pay for the highest car wash as a membership. The service here has gone way downhill. The windows are always streaked . You get a halfway vacuum job . They put the air freshener on the center console mid summer and it melted n ruined the finish. The truck has running boards which are never wiped down. 2 Managers told me they are supposed to be and did it themselves. Do better guys !

I read the reviews myself before coming here and was skeptical but they did a great job. I looked back and realized the poor ratings were from years ago and weren't any more recent ratings. Apparently the manager is relatively new there, I met him, seems like a good dude. I'll be back soon.

Employees too busy on their phones to help other employees. Interior and dashboard not wiped down. Interior floors halfway vacuumed.Don t spend your money here. I asked for no air freshener It was placed hidden in my truck. Now my car smells weird and I m sick to my stomach from it.

See this place all the time, never used it because it's kind of in an inconvenient place to pull into and out. Came in today to ask about getting my car detailed because the large sign above it says "full service car wash and detailing". Not only did they say they don't actually do detailing, but their wash was broken, too. Beautiful landscaping, though.

They always do a pretty good job. To be fair, my car is usually pretty bad when I go to them but they sometimes miss some of the details. I still go because they are generally good but if they got the details, they would be 5 stars

Paid a ton for total lack of attention to detail. Don't waste your money - Flagship in Edgewater costs about the same and they do a great job.

I've tried this place a couple of times now ($38 - Full Wash) and unfortunately, in my opinion, this place just does not do a quality clean of the car. You'll find you'll have to touch-up the missed spots around the car body, windows, and wheels once you get home. Also, make sure to remind them to give car freshener as they forget at times. Better to make a drive elsewhere or wash the car yourself. This is a carwash for when you're in a pinch only in my view.

Not sure what the hell I just paid for. It all started with the lady asking me if I wanted my mirrors folded in or not. Do I need my mirrors fold it in? I don t know. Will they be damaged if they are not? I don t know. Well I m not the expert. I m not either. Most people fold them in. Ok My tonneau cover is soft sided, will it be damaged? I don t know. Ok I ve never seen one get damaged before.Me pulling in to the tunnel, underwhelmed.Transition to the cleaning/vacuuming, see attached pics. Dashboard still covered in dust, floor still not vacuumed completely.And then when I tried to pull out back onto Route 4, I had no traction and was fishtailing. I don t know what the hell they got on the bottom edges of my tires, but I was all over the place. Like I said at the beginning, not sure what I am paying for.

I have had a membership at this place for the past three years and we love it. With having younger children in sports, it s so worth it to go there once a week and have the inside cleaned out. Not only do they do a wonderful job, but they really go above and beyond for customers. The manager, Tom is the friendliest guy, and he really seems to take good care of the place and his employees. One time I asked an employee, if they could recommend how to get stickers off of my back car windshield, and the employee offered to take it off for me, and he did such a wonderful job! it s those little things that really make you come back!Ps.- after reading the comments, it looks like a lot of people expect the level of clean of an $200+ auto detailing service lol. This was the second time I used them to clean my truck. I even took my ladder rack off so there wouldn t be any issues. Not only was the staff rude but they act as if I was a inconvenience being there. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he wasn t in. This is only my opinion but don t waste your money at this location.Was hoping to have interior only cleaned and I can do exterior. I work for a sales company and they demand clean vehicles and we are looking for a new place to do all are vehicles. I believe the 17+ plus notService: Auto detailing

I have had mixed results here. About 3 out of 5 times they do an OK job. I pulled in a couple of weeks ago at 5:55pm (they closed at 6pm) I was met by a women yelling to "turn around! We close at 6!!! I asked what time did you say you close, she said in 5 minutes. I looked at her in disbelief... If you close at 6, then close at 6!!! If you close at 5:55 or sooner then advertise that and put the cones out to block the entrance. Today same women met me at gate and said we are "real busy, are you sure you want to wait??? WTH is this place doing??? Are they trying to go out of business???

Terrible work . I paid for the best wash 38.00 . My truck was half vacuumed out grease marks were left on the side of the truck .what is on the list of services they are going to do expect it to be only maybe half done with no F given . I was there early in the day no other cars . There was no reason for the terrible lazy work that was shown .

This was the first time going and I think it will be my last time going paid $38 dollars for the works they did not clean the door jams, wipe the dust off inside. The tires looked liked they were never touched I had to ask them to go over the door jams again they looked at me like I was crazy and still missed the dirt. Since I have to come home and redo everything they were paid to do I might as well go to the magic tunnel.

Customer service was good. Ran car wash through tunnel around to where they vacuumed and did the windows and so forth once again customer service was good. This is a good car wash. A little pricey can get more done in Waldorf for less. We gave it four stars but the price set it back to three.

Paid $38.00 for truck wash. Windshield had bug marks still on it.Inside dash only half cleaned.When truck was ready had to ask employee to wipe something on the steering wheel.

I have been coming here for over a year and love this place. They do an amazing job and everyone is so friendly and hard working. It's a shame to see so many bad reviews for this business. We need to remember they are humans, just like us, and we ALL make mistakes. I know I have very high standards, and can be "picky", so of course there can be occasional times I feel something is missed and I will point it out. Whenever that has happened, they have always apologized and corrected it immediately! That's the best I, or anyone, can ask for. Tom, the manager, is such a nice guy and he works just as hard as everyone else, he doesn't just sit behind a desk. I also want to give a shout out to Gabriel, he is always there and such a pleasure to interact with. He greets me by name, is always so happy, knows what customized fragrance mix I like and pays such great attention to my car. I hate to single out just one person, the entire Team is spectacular!!!

I was really disappointed with the service that I got here. I was really excited to get my roommates car detailed as a surprise for him and a giant thank you because he's been letting me use it to get me through a hard time. I paid for the silver package and when I got in to leave the windshield had not been cleaned, there were crumbs still everywhere, including the middle console and despite the fact that I had watched them wipe the car down after the car wash there are white spots all over the back of the car. I should have just saved myself the tip and the cost of the package and done it myself.

went there to get my car washed since i'm 9 months pregnant & it's too hot out to do it myself. they did an awful job. got the most expensive wash thinking my car would be spotless... all the dirt on the floors weren't vacuumed up, seats weren't vacuumed, windows/mirrors weren't all the way clean. i was only there for about 10 minutes, you can tell they just rushed through it then moved on to the next. my first & last time there smh.

Despite the bad reviews I gave it a shot. I m really not all that picky about a quick car wash so my expectations were fairly low to start. The drive through wash machine did a pretty good job on the outside. The team did pretty decent at vacuuming the inside. I do want to say that greeter gave off the vibe that my presence was an inconvenience which was very off putting. Lastly my front wind shield ended up a mess; it was cleaner before I went. It was as though the same rag that s cleaned soda syrup coated cup holders was used on the wind shield. When night came along the film amd smudges mixed with the glare from other vehicle headlights impaired my view. I had to use a degreaser to remove the film before window cleaner worked on cleaning the wind shield.

Could have done a better job vacuuming. So I gave them a second chance. After a half hour the car was not dried off, windows were not done, mats were power washed and then put back in the car soaking wet. This is the last time. Horrible

The service was poor.They called me Twice to tell me my car was done.then they told me it was not ready they had forgot to vacuum drivers side.windshield was not cleaned on the outside.Wheel wereNot cleaned &no shine to them.First time there & last.

The worst of the franchise, if I can I ll visit the location in Crofton. It s always short on help and the service always lacks quality. I always have to ask for my fragrance even when it s on the ticket. Used to be run well but now a days terrible

I wouldn t be so harsh but literally every time you go here you have to ask them to go back over items they missed. When you pay 38 dollars for a wash you at least expect the dash and door jams to be cleaned. Auto Spa constantly disappoints. The staff stand around and eat chips while playing on their phones. Although that makes sense seeing it s probably their first job. Either way I don t recommend auto spa.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
