FANTASTIC experience Well worth the drive! My wife and I were searching for a mini-van and landed on a perfect one at Bayside. Their sales rep, Zachary Robey, was cordial and prepared. His attention to detail was spectacular when I test drove the car, and highlighted features that a parent would want to know.We loved the van, bought it and drove it home. However, within a few days we had issues with the battery. We imagined because it was due to being an older car. HOWEVER, when I informed Bayside of us buying a battery less than a week into owning the vehicle they offered to cover the cost of the battery. AND THEY DELIVERED.If anyone is uncertain about the distance, I'll say it again, WELL WORTH THE DRIVE!

I recently bought a 'new to me' Car here. I had a good experience! Fast, easy finance, with honest salesman and management. Vincent Stepney was particularly helpful. He was honest with me every step of the way, and that is rare with car dealers!!! (Even the finance guy did not push when I turned down the extended warranty). Vincent went out of his way to ensure my 'new to me' car had the requisite accessories (It needed a car jack, and a passenger side floor mat). I appreciated it, and would go there again for another 'new to me' vehicle.

Problem #1 contacted the dealership many times over the course of a week about a vehicle. They said it was in the "Body Shop" getting "Body Work" and painting done. Even though they had the vehicle listed and ZERO accidents!! Problem #2, I told them many times the very second the vehicle is ready for sell let me know first, I will be right there to look at it and test drive it! I LIVE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET ONLY A FEW MINUTES AWAY! Problem #3, Then they said it was getting State Inspected, and again I told them the very second it's ready for sell contact me first, they said they would! Problem #4, I said in the meantime can you email me the CarFax and a Purchase Order. They emailed me the Purchase Order and on the first one they had about $7000 in added JUNK FEES. When I said I'm not paying $7000 in bogies dealership junk fees that are just pure profit for the dealership. They sent me a second Purchase Order with $3,500 in dealership junk fees! I know how the game is played ALL THESE CROOKED AND DISHONEST DEALERSHIPS ARE ADVERTISING SUPER LOW PRICES JUST TO HOOK THE CUSTOMER IN. IN SOME CASES EVEN A LOWER PRICE THAN WHAT THEY EVEN PAID FOR THE VEHICLE ONLY TO JACK THE PRICE UP, AT POINT OF SALE!! Problem # whatever now, I was still willing to work with them since I had a trade and realize anything and everything can be negotiated. So, like I have done every morning this week, first thing this morning a contacted them. And they told me that they SOLD it to someone else that was willing to pay their $3500 IN TOTALLY BOGIES JUNK FEES!! GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH BAYSIDE!!!!

Don t go here I bought a car here a year and a half ago and they screwed me over I have been paying for a car that was sold to me for $17000 but was only worth less then ten and I have been paying for over a year and have paid over $10000 and still owe $17000 and I can t trade it in for anything because it is not worth anything and I would be adding my payment to whatever I decide to get. So I am stuck with a car that I never wanted in the first place and not able to ever trade it in because bayside screwed me over. So thank you for nothing.

I was told I had a price limit to put me in a car that I really didn t want but was told they could get me in that car with no money down . Now this is after I told them I wanted my credit done and was sure what I could get so I didn t waste time . So I was told no you are good for just happen to be the amount of car they wanted me to buy not the one I wanted which was only few thousand more anyway they showed me car test drove it. I said I will take he said ok great no money down we are all set . 5 min later he comes out and manager says can t get loan mind u I made sure they could before I drove anything at this point upset the salesman was a great guy. So I decided to go in and tell manager he has my credit for 2 days and called me 10 times how did all of sudden can t get it and told him I think u guys are very shady this isn t right . Well some other manager not Darius decided he was going to come out side cuss me and actually try to fight me please for your safety don t ever go there has a customer I have never experienced threat and violence because I voiced my opinion and the manger that came out I wasnt dealing with or talking to or never met unbelievable experience wouldn t buy a bicycle from them . Truly unbelievable

We had a great experience purchasing a late model used car at Bayside Hollywood about a week ago. Our sales rep, Shawn Dyson, was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, communicative, and no sales pressure. Sales Manager, Finance and all supporting staff were similarly outstanding. I would not hesitate to go back again, or to send friends and family to Bayside for a great car buying experience.

Stoped with my son for his first car and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable instantly. Everyone you saw greeted you with a smile. If you can get Jerry count yourself fortunate. Thank you Jerry my son was beyond boosted with the car we found lol.

They don't have transparent pricing. Expect to pay 20% more then the listed price. Also, they don't detail their cars ahead of time and will try to charge you an additional $1,000 in cleaning fees if you want your vehicle to be clean when you get it.Update:To the GM just reached out to me to discuss my review.I do not see how us discussing my review would be benefitial to anyone but you but am happy to share more about my experience with you.I found the Chevy Traverse online and called to schedule a test drive at your Waldorf location. I spoke with a gentleman, who I won't name, that convinced me to drive to Waldorf to test drive the Traverse when we were fine going to Hollywood because it's closer. We arrived (late) to our appointment to find out that the Traverse was still at the Hollywood location. The gentleman sent for someone to get the car and bring it to us, which would have kept us waiting over an hour so we decided to drive back over to Hollywood to test drive the Treverse and were referred to Alba.Alba, was very sweet and kind. I have nothing negative to say about her and wish this experience did not involve her at all, because she is too good for your establishment. The manager working that evening also left a good impression and is quite good at reading people.When I drove the Treverse, it ran well but had horrible odor inside the vehicle. The second vehicle was the Jeep compas, which i liked, except it completely cut out on the highway while I was test driving it. I reported it back to the manager that was working, and he apologized and thanked us for letting him know, saying he would take a look.It was late and i was overwhelmed, so we left to think on it.Alba called back the next day and I told her I would purchase the vehicle if they could get the smell out and fix a plastic piece on the back that was broken. She said they could possibly give us a discount and also assured me that they would clean it and get the smell out.I arrived later that day with the intention to purchase. Alba mentioned that she was scrubbing the car out to get it cleaned up. The detailer was working on it in the parking lot. The GM was working that evening.I went to talk to Alba about the price and was shocked to find they added roughly $4000 to the price of the vehicle. I was expecting tax and a dealership fee, the vehicle was listed at $17,900. We were pre- approved through NFCU for the loan and enough to cover taxes. Part of the $4,000 was the warranty, taxes, and $1000 was a cleaning fee that was added, but I was not previously made aware of.The GM did offer to bring the pricing down. He also tried to convince us to finance through them and assured us they would have better rates than NFCU, which I highly doubt. I was very frusturated and trying to wrap my head around everything happening and also the fact that I wasn't prepared to pay, even with the disount. There were 3 sales reps around me at this point and I was mortified enough as it was that I didn't have enough money to purchase the vehicle due to the added costs. The GM then told me that was as far as he could go and that he would only make $175 off the vehicle. He almost convinced me to come back my next pay check, but I was so upset that I had to get up and leave. I literally was crying due to embarassment and frustration. Eventhough I liked the vehicle (minus the smell), I do not prefer the way you do business.The next day I found a Kia Sportage with 78000 miles on it for the same price at Carmax. I purchased the vehicle after test driving it. Their pricing was transparent and the car was detailed with no additional cost. I absolutely love my new vehicle and could not be happier.If you called to offer a better deal, as I told Alba, I am not interested. If you called to argue, I am not interested. If you called to ask me to take my review down, I think people should know what to expect when visiting your dealership. If you lose business, I apologize and hope you strive to do better.

I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Colorado Z71 from Bayside Hollywood.I d like to share my experience with Vince was superb! The negotiation process was seamless and I was able to walk-out, with everything in-hand, in less than 3 hours.In preparation to my arrival, Vincent was able to replace the faulty battery. Following my test drive, I shared my primary concern; the truck s intermittent AC problem.I was ensured via a We Owe that this concern would be fixed, in a timely manner, after purchase. Again, Vincent was very accommodating by validating that these services could be handled at my local Bayside dealership.Overall, a great customer experience!

Darius, my salesman was an absolute joy to work with. He had a wonderful personality and infectious smile. We did a lot of the leg work over the phone and he kept me up to date throughout the day. The manager was great, the finance (Steve) department was great it was a overall great experience. I love this dealership! I just bought my second car from them and just like the first time it was a smooth and easy process. I had the best car buying experience! I traveled 6 hours to get the car. I made several calls to Sergio and James before I arrived. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Once we arrived it was only an hour and a half before I was in my new car. Steve the finance guy is also amazing. They are willing to help you find what you need without making it stressful. Definitely will be buying another car with them! It was great seeing everyone work together to make a seamless purchase.

Went to waldorf looking for a vehical and was given the run around. Came to bayside auto and was immediately impressed.Vincent was amazing and was very patient with me. I went in with the thought of getting one vehicle but that didn t work out. So I ended up getting something different that I loved just as equally. Sergio (my salesman) and James (the sales manager) were excellent! They weren t pushy and didn t make me feel like they were just trying to make a sale. Shawn Dyson my salesman manager and James Connelly the general manager provided me with the best car buying experience I have ever had.I wish I went here months ago no haggle no wasting my time I was in and out and no time. if you go anywhere else you're wasting your time not to mention that I got the most for my trade out of anywhere in southern Maryland. I cannot believe how well everything went. I got the truck I was looking for at the deal I wanted. Oh yeah did I did I t mention that I got a great deal. Honestly I received a better deal than any of the other dealerships around and I couldn't be more thankful to the gentleman that helped me.
