I had some issues with my Caterpillar 988G and I was trying to find someone to help me with it. Fortunately I found Bryan with Align Machine Company and I had a really good experience with him, something I was not used to have before. It was by far one of the best companies I ever worked with. Bryan went there to give me an evaluation and he identified all of the problems happening with my machine. After that he gave me a fair value to work on it, it was definitely worth it. He was always answering me quickly and sending me all the details with pictures and everything completely explained. He fixed my machine quickly and I so happy with his service. I will definitely call him again whenever I need services to be done on my other machines. Thank you very much Bryan, I appreciate your service and especially the professionalism.

Align Machine Company is a first class customer service company and Bryan is the reason. I dropped off four Kubota cylinders that were leaking , received an estimate 30% less than a Kubota dealer, AND got them completed on schedule. Bryan is a man of his word, highly recommend him and his company (the final bill was less than the estimate, he's honest for sure). You won't be disappointed.

The service that Bryan from Align Machine Co provides is top notch. Attention to detail with a high level of competency was experienced from the start to finish. The professionalism that Bryan provides is not something that I have experienced previously with heavy equipment repair and maintenance. My skid loader is running better than it every has after the full service provided by Align Machine Co. I would highly recommend.

Called in the morning about a blown hydraulic drive hose on a Case 1840. Bryan answered the phone and made arrangements to inspect the machine and was onsite within a short time. This is a difficult job as the hoses run under the engine but must be replaced from the top as the belly pan is not removable. Long story short by days end all 4 drive hoses were replaced and the machine was back in operation. Quality work done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Thank You Bryan you saved the day.

My skid steer needed diagnostics and repair. Bryan came out to my house and took care of it. On time when scheduled. Polite, professional, experienced. Also performed a full service on my machine at his shop. He also replaced a hydraulic hose that was nearly impossible to access. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I was extremely impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by the mechanic. Brian at Align Machine has been great to work with. Everything from quick resolution to small electrical issues to projects on tractors and other large machinery goes smooth. I look forward to putting some new machinery on preventive maintenance plans with him in the future.The split tractor repair job(attached pic) to fix a prior dealer issue was especially impressive. Brian got the manual, researched, and resolved numerous issues caused by the dealer.

We have just begun using Align Machine company to work on our Forklift for our warehouse. Brian Has been knowledgeable and courteous. He has assessed our issues and told us about possible problems that could occur. He works fast and completely goes over the work accomplished and also sends a formal write up and pictures of work performed. We have been very satisfied with his work and will continue to have him as our Heavy equipment repair company.

Bryan was fast, efficient and knowledgeable in servicing my twenty-five year old Ford 3930 tractor. Reasonably priced. You only pay for what really needs repair on your machine! He will be doing all my annual maintenance and repair to keep my old beastie running smoothly!

Payed in advance for rebuild of ford 8n. Had problems at every turn. Understandable when working on a 1954 tractor. Still don't have a running tractor.

My husband reached out to Bryan to work on a tractor cylinder that was locked up. Bryan went out of his way to try fix the cylinder and did so much research to help us out. Beyond professional and such a nice person, it was a pleasure to work with him.

Was having issues with my JLG scissor lift, Brian was able to diagnose the issue with in a reasonable amount of time and after the new part was installed I have had no issues at all.Great communication and very little wait time from time of contact
