As a matter of fact, I have been to this Sheetz multiple times. This is not the only Sheetz I have ever been to with a single unisex restroom, but I do recall finding a Sheetz with a single unisex restroom in Kearneysville. This Sheetz has the restroom line busy but my turn just comes when the previous person is finished. There is a stainless steel sink at this location but it s only for employees. The bathroom in fact has a porcelain sink. Last time I was here was just December 17, 2023.

There are never enough people working. The order most times are missing something. Toppings are hit and miss. You order nachos regular and it's not enough. You order extra Toppings and it's swimming in them. AC&T is so much better.

This is the worst sheetz I have been to. The parking lot is cramped and there is only one restroom for men and women combined, so there is generally a multiple person long wait.

It's 9/25/2023 at 7:25 pm. I arrived here at Sheetz and ordered two milk shakes at 6:57. Here I stand still waiting for my order 28 minutes later along with another lady who was here prior to my arrival and she too ordered two shakes. She just finally received hers and they was not made correctly, but she refused to wait any longer and walked out shaking her head. This sheetz has by far got to be the worst sheetz I've ever been in along with the slowest. Everytime I come in which is a few times a week, it's always got paper towels on the floor covering up spills and paper towels around the one cooler in the front that holds the fruits and pre maid sandwiches. The coolers for the beverages are never stocked. There is only 1 restroom in the store which usually causes there to be a line for the restroom forming in front on the front doors of the store and it makes it difficult for customers to enter and exit the establishment. The only thing good I can say about this Sheetz is the employees are always very polite. Perhaps is the store wasn't so small and if they has more employees working each shift they wouldn't have some of these problems.

Sheetz is Sheetz every store is run the same way. The stores are usually clean, the staff is busy and polite. Nice all-around business. Fuel prices are generally one of the lowest if you have a Sheetz card.

I just witnessed the coolest thing at Sheetz in Hancock. When I approached the store an associate was holding the door open for someone. Natasha a second store associate was walking and elderly woman with mobility issues out to her car. That's not just good customer service that's about being a good human!

The place isn't bad as long as you don't go when it's busy. Not the fault of the employee's but rather the size of the store and the layout of the parking lot and the gas pumps. Both are a complete mess. You can't access the pumps from both ways but people try and that leaves cars parked waiting in line for one of the four pumps (each with two sides for a total of eight) blocking the traffic coming in and out of the "parking lot". Really the pumps are out front but there is no parking out front, just pumps. Parking is on one side and around back. Their is not much room for anyone with a trailer and there are a lot of people around here with trailers. And that goes for getting gas as well as the parking. As far as the store goes at least they have a bathroom. One stall. The employee's are fine. I guess. Food is just okay if you want to wait for a long time. Just like the parking lot, the store is too small and disorganized to have room for a lone to form without people making three different ones and not knowing the order of which they got in those lines. I guess a good rule of thumb would be to just make sure not to go if there are not any pumps available. That should tell you what your experience will be like. The more free pumps the better.

I would give them a minus -5 if I could. I asked for nachos with the cheese on the side .I got my order with the Cheese on top. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and I don't know what I got view the photos. If anyone knows please let me know. I wanted a fountain drink but couldn't get one because there was no lids. Spoke to an employee who told us that he would tell the manager which we never saw the whole time we waited on our order. The store was absolutely filthy, Paper on the floor and we stood there and watched two employees walk over it without bending over and picking it up. Who ever the notrainer and the manager is they should be fired. Apparently they do not know how to run a store. I asked for my money back and the cashier didn't know how to do this so she just gave me the price of the nachos. This has to be the worst Sheetz in Maryland no make that the United States. It's such a shame. I knew better than to go there. Never again!!!!

If I could I would rate them a 0. Heather has been rude the last couple times we have went there. I will never be returning to this Sheetz again. They never have any ice or drinks. Some nights they are lazy and say they can't make MTO sandwiches, and tonight Heather refused to allow us to use the bathroom. We work construction and are on I68 at night and Sheetz is the only place in Hancock opened all night.

Only a single unisex restroom, then line was long. I ordered a coffee and they never announced my number, I finally had to go up and ask for it.

Drink cooler had way to many empty spots, was unable to get my normal drink because the space was empty. Seems to be an ongoing issue with all Sheetz stores, but this one was the worst I've seen yet!

I'm giving this a low star because of the size of this store and where it is located. There is room on this property to expand and build a new store with expanded gas pumps. I made an design on a spreadsheet for a rebuild of this Sheetz and a location by interstate 70 where a gas station existed for a really big Super Sheetz Store with a truck stop if not a different super convenience store with lots of gas pumps and a truck stop!!

What a dive, Go to AC&T on other end of town. Sheetz has long lines, slow employees who just stand around and talk. Coffee bar is always wrecked, and lucky to find what you need for your coffee. Bad food. Prison food is better. Manager has no leadership skills. He/she don't care that the employees don't do their jobs.

The worst Sheetz I ve ever been to, hands down. First of all, there is a huge line for the bathroom because there is one bathroom for everyone. Secondly, do not park to the left of the building. I am currently stuck because they are filling up the tanks with the truck parked behind my car. I get they are just doing their job, but at least do something about the parking! This is ridiculous.

They need to take some tips from the sheetz in berkeley springs. This sheetz never has juice or redbulls stocked never.. they don't make the breakfast pizzas or sandwiches on the mto shelf anymore . The bathroom is always dirty always.. they fired all their long term good employees... I'll go here if I'm in a rush but that's only 4 gas.

This establishment is quite honestly the butt-end of a joke. Upon entering, you first notice how cluttered the space feels. Before leaving, I had even noticed a cluster of insects in the corner. Quite disgusting. The manager felt no need to tidy up it s as if they can t read. If you are looking for a pleasant experience at Sheetz, I recommend the one further down 522 past the town or Berkeley Springs. It is God s heaven on Earth there.

Not a real Sheetz. It looks like Sheetz bought another gas station and slapped their name on it. Terrible idea. This gas station only has one bathroom for everyone.

This is the trashiest sheetz I ve ever been to. We ve stopped here multiple times and every time there is a long time for the one tiny bathroom. There are the trashiest people that come here for family meals. Small and cramped. AVOID THIS SHEETZ. Food is fine though.

They were open at midnight. I had to pee. They had a clean bathroom and tons of stuff for a road trip. An added bonus the people were really nice. I would definitely come back again.

Lots of nefarious patrons... super small and seemed understaffed. Only one unisex bathroom. Kind of disappointing for a Sheetz. Still same great food and drinks though!

The worst Sheetz EVER. Disgusting bathroom, long line for cashier and bathroom, understaffed, marginal looking patrons. I think the Sheetz reflects the local environs. The Sheetz 10 miles down the road in Berkeley Springs is a world better.

Waited 20 minutes for my food and watched people who ordered after me get served before me. The staff falsely accused me of steeling. The bathroom was disgusting. The store had a foul smell. The older male cashier was very rude to other patrons

Really busy. Really small. Long line for one unisex bathroom that was nasty. There was pee all over the seat with paper towels everywhere. Salesperson there went out side with her apron on and did not rewash her hands. Not a good sheetz to go to.

Exact change was required. I asked to have my change added to my Sheetz account. She said sure but it was not added. The store was very picked over. The lot was very small and hard to get in and out. Last chance for cheaper gas before heading into Pennsylvania though. Get gas before you get here if you can.

I stopped in to order a half of sub and a shake. I decided to get a extra drink to take with me on my journey. When I went back to the drink case to get something there was barely anything filled in the case.I asked the gentleman why wasn't anything in the case. He replied they was to busy for the day. This is a poor excuse to nothing in the drink case. Someone should check up on thos store in the late night because they are not performing at the level they should.It is very sad and not dependable to get what you need at late hours.

By far, the smallest sheets I've ever been to. Very small inside, there wasn't much room to walk and only had one bathroom. Very busy spot. Staff were friendly!

i like going to sheetz because the food is great and it s usually clean and nice to go to.this sheetz is dirty and gross, worst sheetz i ve been to. would not eat anything here haha honestly so weird.two stars cuz it s still better than most gas stations
