Super easy and fast process, maybe 5 minutes in total. Came late in the evening and there were no other cars. Everything worked fine. Love it!

Great once you're able to locate the entrance. Don't turn into the hotel lot. Go up to the light.

Had no issues, was in and out in under 20 minutes. I went for simple emissions and the self service kiosk was up and running.

Terrible customer service no one s ever in the office just let us send you the money. Please stop taking our time too.People walked past after a half hour and said they don t have access to help us.Another person walks out of employees only walks pass says nothing 29:04The manager was not much help at long last she was micro aggressive I don t really understand why but it was clear that no one even when the lanes on the outside were empty was ever going to come in and check the office and help anyone it doesn t appear that the reason will be because they re understaffed but perhaps not motivated regardless it s a shame that we have to waste money on something so frivolous and our time that we can t get back as well this is something I did on my lunch break.

Easy to take the self inspection. No lines when I went there at 6pm. You can watch the tutorial on YouTube, and you'd better find where is the connector in your car before you go there, then it would be finished in less than 5 minutes.

My first time there at the self kiosk...5 stars. I was so glad there was a nice gentleman there to help me. He didn't work there but he was nice and helpful. The self kiosk was so easy. I will definitely do this from now on. I can go early in the morning or late at night.

The drive thru is quicker, customer service is straightforward, minus the lines. The earlier you go the better. The self service machine in my opinion is longer, definitely if you do not know what you are doing.

If you are trying to get a veip extension never call MVA customer service because you will be on hold for hours. It is much easier to go online and get your extension. You can also use the self-service kiosk too.

I like that they have early hours on Tues & Wed. I went at 730a on a Tuesday and was on my way home by 740a. The process was easy and fast.

there was no line at the self-service kiosk, and it only took me 3 minutes to finish the test!

Very helpful ladies inside the office who really went out of their way to help me with something I have been trying to do on my own for a year. They were the answer to my prayers that day!The female associate who tested my vehicle was very friendly & quick to respond with a smile.

I used the self kiosk and was charged $14, (suppose to be $10). I paid, I came back weeks later to retest (suppose to be free) and couldn't because it was another $14. Now my registration has been suspended. May not seem like a lot of money, but during these times, it actually is. Just another government business, misleading and deceiving the people

Currently broken. Charged me and then got stuck on the checking screen. Waited 30 minutes, unplugged and retried etc, still stuck on same screen. Eventually left unsuccessful. Others in line after me unable to use, as it was still stuck.

The place was not operational 24-hour, as stated! The site was out of commission on two occasions I visited. This forced me to carve time out of my schedule and go when the regular Baltimore City VEIP was open.

I tried the KIOSK,but vehicle need to be 2005 or newer model. So I came back on a weekday and from the full service station which is located at the same place did the test in just 5 minutes. They said the test results are sent to MVA online, so I don't need to mail it.Thank you for the quick service

NO line at all when I went on a SUN afternoon. I'd reviewed the instructions on-line before arrival, but that probably wasn't strictly necessary. Knowing where your vehicle's connection is located would be a good idea (it was in my owners manual)

It was pretty simple and quick. Went for self emission test at 11 PM to avoid the queue. I was the only one, it took 3 minutes for the test and I was done.

My only small problem was it was supposed to show me where to plug the cord into my card, but I did not see the circle they said to look for. Luckily I've done this before, on a different car, so I knew where to look.

Did a late night VEIP test at the self service. Very easy if you know where your OBD connection is in your car. Well lit and felt safe. Better than waiting in line....

Went to the self service kiosk today around 5:20 pm and there was no line. The kiosk was in working order, had clear instructions, and the entire emissions testing process was done in about 5 minutes. Super easy!

I was able to find a self service kiosk on line. I took a 30 minute drive only to have the machine register " unable to preform the service requested." I should have known that something was wrong when the car in front of me left without service as well.If the machine can electronically render or reject service how about programming an "automatic- out of service designation in the software?"

I had to go around twice because I couldn't locate where to plug in the cable to read my car's emission status, but overall it was easy to use and convenient.

Quick self service kiosk is easy to use, but there's only one, just make sure you know where your connection is ahead of time.
