My engine/oil light turned on, prompting me to turn off the engine, as I was driving my daughter back to college from St. Louis. I contacted Younger Volvo Cars in Hagerstown as I was 3 miles away. Denny was incredibly helpful and took great care of us. Turns out the issue resulted by a mistake made during the oil change by my local dealer. Denny and the rest of the service team fixed the issue, cleaned the underside of the car and had us on our way quickly. I really lucked out, given it was a Friday after noon and I was thousands of miles away from home. I wished I lived closer to this dealer, their service was exceptional!

Keane and Heather did a great job finding and getting the perfect car for me. They provided me with a price that I thought was fair and allowed me to complete as much of the buying process online as possible. I think I only spend two hours in the dealer total and most of that was while Keane went over the all the features of the car to make sure I was comfortable with how everything worked. If buying a Volvo is always so simple and hassle free you will have a customer for life. Great experience getting a great car!

We bought our xc60 here due to the great experiences I've had with Chad and rest of the Service Dept staff.After arriving to possibly trade our xc40 in for the larger xc60, We were greated by Keane Chamberlain. To make this story short, Keane & Heather (Sales Manager), were fantastic. Very professional, Honest and respectful. No pushy sales tactics. Gave us a better deal than we expected. No haggling. This is just one of the many reasons we stick with Volvo! Def recommend this Dealership.

We just purchased a CPO 2019 Volvo XC60 with Keane Chamberlain, and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Keane was fast, responsive, polite, and informative about the SUV. He brought the XC60 to our home for a test drive, and we went and signed the paperwork the same night. Keane followed up with us to make sure everything was going well after the purchase. The finance team was also great. No complaints to make about anyone or anything. We will be back to see Keane when it's time to purchase another new car! Thanks, Younger Volvo and most importantly, Keane Chamberlain!!

I recently bought a Volvo S60 from Younger in Hagerstown. As part of their buying process, they connect you with their in-house insurance agent, Amanda Fuller, who offers to provide you with a quote on insurance. I was skeptical at first but I figured what could it hurt. Amanda prepared a quote on both of my cars and my house as well. She was able to get me a policy thought Travelers Insurance that saved me $2,000.00 per year combined on all of my policies over Liberty Mutual! Amanda was friendly and very easy to deal with. She was not pushy at all and we did all of the paperwork electronically a few days after I left the dealership so I could take some time to think about it. If you buy a car from Younger, definitely consider buying from Keane Chamberlain and asking Amanda for an insurance quote!

From day one Ashley Paxton was hands down the best car rep I have ever dealt with. She kept in contact and provided everything to me for over a week. She was patient and helpful. I didn't feel once that I was pushed. Keane (I don't know his last name) and Dwyane Johnson (Finance) were so helpful and super nice. I live in Frederick and will drive to Hagerstown for all my future sales and service.

Heather and John assisted me in purchasing my Volvo S60. While I am a resident of Frederick, I had a less than satisfactory experience with Volvo in my home town.Heather put me in touch with John once I described to her what I'm looking for in a salesperson. And she was there every step of the way. She knew her stuff and has excellent people skills.John was excellent as well, very good communication skills. Kept in contact with us throughout the process (had to order). Again, he was knowledgeable and if he didn't know he asked. Was not pushy, gave my wife and I plenty of room to think, talk, and decide. If I ever was in a position to buy another Younger Volvo, John would be my choice.Lastly, we settled on a very competitive price. I know because I did my homework. As two retired teachers, that was key.All in all, a great experience especially considering I do not like buying new cars. Thank you. Look forward to having you service my vehicle.

The team at Younger Motor Cars were exceptional. My circumstances were a bit different than most as my brand new 2019 XC60 was totaled after my family and I were plowed by a buck on Saturday night. The Volvo lives up to its safety ratings and kept us safe and we all walked away. That also meant I needed a new car and was given 7 days to buy one. My husband found the model I was looking for online and requested more info. We were promptly contacted by their sales reps and set up a time to look at the car. I decided to call to see if I could come earlier and Heather was very accommodating. When I arrived they had the car waiting for me and I was able to test drive it immediately. When we got back, I decided that was the car for me and they made it happen quickly. They are the friendliest, most competent group of sales professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will absolutely work with them in the future for all of my car sales needs! You won t be disappointed! Five star plus rating!!!!

Simply put - A wonderful car buying experience. After experiencing perhaps the worst customer service at a car dealership in Frederick, we stumbled upon Younger Volvo Cars in Hagerstown. So glad we did! The entire team worked seamlessly to provide us with a personalized car buying experience that put the customer at the center without the oft dreaded haggling, up-selling, and hurry up and wait that seems to define car buying. Heather Henskell and Keane Chamberlain greeted us promptly on our first visit, showed us what we wanted to see (and didn't push what we didn't want to see) and based on our conversation found the car we wanted, but had to wait for it to come in. When we returned to pick it up, most of the time was spent with Keane personalizing the car to us. When we finished, Heather and Cheryl Taylor were ready with the paperwork. Again, it was streamlined and personalized without heavy sales pitches or up-selling. All three of these superstars worked together to take care of every detail to ensure we were taken care of and we were in and out in no time. This defines what buying a car should be - personalized and pleasant. Not high pressure and adversarial. Bottom line: Everyone should put the Younger team at the top of their list when considering buying a new car. I know we will. Thank you, Heather, Keane, and Cheryl. We not only have a new car, we have three new friends we look forward to working with again in the future!

Germaine Russell (and the rest of the Younger team) was super helpful, responsive, answered all of my questions and kept the final process moving. My brand new XC40 looked perfect when I arrived and she walked me through everything in the car before I drove away! I had talked to numerous other dealerships in VA but ended up at Younger on MD. I highly recommend Younger and Germaine! Thank you for making it such a positive car buying experience.

Purchased a Volvo S90 from Younger Volvo in Hagerstown this month. It was a very seamless process from start to finish. Our salesman was Jon Allgeier and he was awesome! Our finance person, was just as awesome. They took us step by step with every piece of paperwork; not that this was our first rodeo buying a car. This was the first with Younger and definitely not the last!

My wife and I purchased a XC60 with Keane as our sales representative. His business card lists his title as Sales Professional, which he truly is ! We completed the test drive, negotiations, paper work and delivery tutorial in timely courteous manner. 6 Star experience!

Earlier this month, we got a flat tire while driving from the D.C. area to Indianapolis and had our car towed to Younger Volvo. The tire we needed wasn't in stock, but we had to get to Indianapolis by the end of the day. The Service Manager, Adam Himmelwright, went out of his way to help us get back on the road as soon as possible. Adam called around town to try to track down the tire, and then managed to line up a rental minivan several hours before we would have been able to get one ourselves. The Service Advisor, Chad Shaffer, kept in touch about the replacement tire and had our Volvo repaired, washed, and ready to go when I came back to pick it up--all for a very reasonable price. We were beyond satisfied with the outstanding customer service that Adam and Chad provided.

We just bought a new Volvo XC90 Inscription from Germaine Russell and Heather Henkell (Sales Manager) at Younger Volvo. I recently retired after forty years in car and heavy-duty truck sales, the last twenty as general manager of Truck Enterprises Hagerstown, a busy heavy-duty truck dealership on I-81 in Hagerstown, MD. I know the vehicle sales and service business pretty well, and like everyone I have had both good and bad experiences buying my own cars and company vehicles.To say this buying experience was my best ever would be an understatement. Germaine is a very detailed, patient and thorough salesperson with excellent product knowledge and a great personality. She inspires instant trust and isn t afraid to say, I don t know but we ll find out. I think I m a fairly skilled buyer, and Heather handled my questions with great confidence. This may be the first time ever that I said to a sales manager, Let s save some time, I know the business, just save a lot of oxygen, give me your best price and if I m ok with it I ll buy the car... - and that s exactly what happened.This is my third Volvo. They re great cars and Younger Volvo is a great dealership. Germaine and Heather are pro s, I was offered an excellent finance deal along with an insurance quote from their own insurance agency. Germaine s delivery of the car to us - I rushed them so we could leave on a road trip to the Eastern Shore in our new car - was thorough and flawless. I asked her to sell us some add-on items, Germain made the arrangements and I ll pick them up when we return from our trip.And yes, we love the new XC90. I ve owned and driven A LOT of vehicles in my driving lifetime, and this one is by far the best and most satisfying of all of them. Sue and I offer our sincere thanks for a terrific deal and buying experience. I am a long time professional in this business, I ll be returning to it shortly to help develop a group of new truck dealerships, and my sincere compliments go to General Manager Dave Carroll on his great team at Younger Volvo!

Dealership had mailed me a $50 off oil change offer. I called and specifically asked the dealership if this offer applies only to Volvos, as I currently do not own a Volvo. I let the service advisor know what vehicle I owned and he checked with his manager and told me that the offer would be valid for my vehicle. We then set up an appointment for the oil change. When I arrived for my appointment, the dealership decided to change their mind and not honor their own offer. I ended up driving 70 miles and losing 1 1/2hrs of my time for nothing.The next day, I called the general manager and explained what happened. He told me that he will look into it and call me back the same day. I have yet to hear from him a month and a half later, even after leaving him a few more messages. I would avoid this dealership as it does care about customer service and does stand behind their own offers.There are many other dealerships that take care of their customers and this is not one of them. If you can t trust them with a oil change, how can anyone trust them with a major purchase such as a vehicle.
