Great experience. I worked with Justin and River and they were professional and knowledgeable. No pushy sales people was a plus for me. I went in, got what I wanted, and there was no hassle. Dwayne Johnson was a pleasure to work with as well. He was very informative and we had some great conversation.

My wife and I were in the market for an SUV to replace our aging car. We searched Carfax, and luckily found an excellent deal on a barely used, low mileage and well equipped 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE at Younger Mitsubishi. Sales Associate Harley provided outstanding and professional customer service! Due to our work schedule and typical rush hour traffic jam on I-81, we arrived at Younger Mitsubishi in Hagerstown, MD shortly after 6:00 pm. Harley was very patient, and had the selected vehicle ready for our test drive. She also did a great job efficiently evaluating our trade-in. Finally very friendly Business Manager Jon finalized our paperwork, arranged our WV tag transfer, and thoroughly explained the extended service options. We happily drove our awesome Mitsubishi Outlander home that night. Overall we were very impressed with the low pressure and relaxed yet highly professional sales experience at Younger Mitsubishi!

I know this is not going to be believable but my wife and I had the best time test driving and picking out a vehicle at Younger Motor Group. Their team of professionals were great from beginning to the end. John, our salesperson, was so knowledgeable and helpful that you couldn't help but to enjoy the time you spent with him, and trust me we ask him a ton of question. Dwayne, our business manager, was amazing. He explained everything in terms we could understand and always wanted to make sure we understood the price and never tried hiding any, total transparency.You have to understand how amazing this review is because my wife and I hate buying vehicles and the whole sales process, but after dealing with Younger we will never go anywhere else. Thank you, John and Dwayne!

Service Dept (shop foreman, tech and service advisor) Claimed my tires were safe - tires i had bought from Younger in March 2023 and rotated 3 times, 5000 mile intervals, by Younger, were safe to drive on Nov 15th 2023 ... a maryland inspection station said "tire is ready to pop" not safe same as MR Tire said. Amazing they jeopardized my family over a tire condition debate.

The gentleman who checked me in, I think he was a manager? Was very nice, chatted with me about random F1 trivia during check in, put me at ease that my check engine light was possibly related to a recall (which it was!) and made the process so easy. I used to take my car to Frederick as that is where I bought the car but I will only be going to this location from now on!

I would absolutely recommend Younger Mitsubishi to all my family and friends! Justin is the best in the industry! I have never felt so taken care of when buying a vehicle in the past. Justin has definitely changed my views and the process of buying a vehicle. Justin actually cares about the customers and it truly shows. It was a hassle with this place. 1st visit: they saw my vehicle for a fog light that wasn't working they tried ordering a new light because it was under warranty2nd visit: light assembly came in but they ordered the wrong side didn't offer me a gas card or anything for my travel when it was their fault3rd visit: ordered the proper light for the proper side but once installed still didn't work upon further inspection I was told I needed a new wiring harness for my front bumper and it's not under warranty and it's $500I left dealership and took my vehicle to my local mechanic they fixed the wiring harness and got my fog light working all for $150 won't be back to Younger

I bought a used truck at this dealership back in December. The customer service was fantastic. The sales rep I worked with had great communication skills and the dealership stands behind their word. I would highly recommend looking at this dealership for your next vehicle. Ashley in used cars did an excellent job, as did the manager, Adam, when I had a problem. The issue was resolved quickly. Great prices and service.

Unfortunately, my local dealer did not have the car I wanted at the time I needed it. Younger did. I purchased at Younger even though it is an hour longer from my home. I've been happy with their service department so I drive the extra hour to Younger. If you could just pick up and move closer to my home, that would be great. ;)

Ashley and the team that handled my sale were great. I couldn't believe how smooth and quickly we were in and out of there. No hassels. Also, we had been to a number of dealerships that day and not one salesperson walked out to help us. When we came to Younger Toyota, Ashley walked out all smiles ready to help. It was a great experience start to finish.

Gary Cohen was my salesperson and the reality is I would not have bought from this dealership if it weren't for his professionalism and outright charm. He treated me with respect and was super friendly, all the while taking care of my needs and my time. Younger Mitsubishi is really lucky to have a veteran like him on board. He is the reason I settled on this vehicle and at this dealership. The finance manager is a really great person to work with also. I appreciate his insight.

Gary worked efficiently, and respectfully. He was able to get me everything I had asked when it was quite a puzzle to do so. I love the car and have been spreading younger s name to all who hear especially the warranty on the car which I believe to be the best part. So go down to younger and grab y all a Mitsubishi Outlander you will not be disappointed.

Jermaine and Jeff were very pleasant to work with. I didn t feel pressured nor overwhelmed during the process as I was with other dealerships. Jermaine allowed me to take my time to make my decision and her correspondence and patience was remarkable. I will highly recommend friends and family to Younger and will surely consider them for any future vehicle purchase/trade-in. I absolutely love my new 2022 Eclipse Cross!

My Sales Consultant, Mr. Poling, was exceptional. He made me feel comfortable throughout the the process and was not pushy while I was making up my mind on whether or not this vehicle was the one that I wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and everything the vehicle had to offer, which persuaded me to test drive it. I had the BEST buying experience with Younger and my salesperson Ashley Paxton ! I m a first time car buyer & the transaction was smooth. My salesperson was quick to answer my many questions & explained everything in detail . Was not pressured into purchasing anything extra . My new vehicle is immaculate , and was ready to go when I got out of financing, they even offered me a big bow to put on it to have my picture taken . Ashley Paxton & younger went above and beyond , while exceeding my expectations . Thank you , everyone !
