Our truck broke down under warranty right around the corner. The service department got me in touch with a local tow company. We had tow coverage, so I never saw a bill. I was able to simply call and get the tow set up. The Freightliner made repairs in the timeframe they said they would, all under warranty without any hidden additional repairs resulting in a bill, every staff member I interacted with were highly professional and were some of the nicest / most pleasant people I've come across in a long time for our industry. Would definitely recommend!

One star is truly too much to give these horrible people. They have the absolute worse customer service. I left my truck on Saturday with a play on the steering wheel to fix this issue. So, they made a diagnostic and said that a play on the steering wheel cause of steering drag link . I have asked them couple time after replacing the drag link Will a play on a steering wheel disappear, they said YES. Then, they replaced the steering drag link but the problem wasn t fixed and I payed for that, my drivers have made a small driving test (2-4 Miles) and they found that nothing has been fixed, there was a still a huge play, my drivers returned truck in 15 minutes after checking out from service. Because nothing was changed, I payed $1300 for their wrong diagnosis and wrong replaced part. In addition they are going to charge me for the another diagnostic that they made wrong for the first time. What if they make a wrong diagnosis and replace another part that will not fix my issue. Do i have to pay one more time for nothing they fixed. The truck isn t drivable at all, it is very dangerous. They re liar and they re theives.

Had a really good conversation with Dan the shop manager. Very down to earth people.The service people are very knowledgeable and kind. Looking forward to do more work with Freightliner. One of the finest shops in the area.

The 3.1 rating is off, give them a chance. My 2012 Freightliner was repaired back in Aug. so the lateness for this review is somewhat intentional. Levi, Logan and Tony all had great attitudes and patient with me, Tony the night manager went overboard with great customer service seeing to it that all went well and getting me to the hotel. My truck had 9 codes, my ECM was fried and I could only go 5 mph; after 5 months no codes rides good. Awesome work (the shop was clean clean). If I had to complain about anything it would be how long it took but I rather it be done right and any time your dealing with a dealership it's going to be $$$ so really no complaints here. The facility was nice from the shop to the drivers lounge.

I had a great experience with andy,mike,Brian over the last 2 weeks today i got my breaks done and a recall and my truck was in and out 7am 130pm.i found my freightliner dealer in the n.e. last week they took care of my egr and found leaks.great people great place.

This place is terrible. Bring the truck in to diagnose it. Then they put back outside to await approval, which in turn puts others ahead of you once again. Then take for ever to put the truck back in the shop for repairs. Tell you it should be done by 5 pm. 5 days later and I'm still here and truck won't be back in shop until tomorrow's cuz they tech they put on it won't be back in until late this evening

Shortly after leaving their shop,(the next day) both mirror covers came off within 30 min of each other. They didn't bother to remove grease and check part number of 5th wheel but instead tried to charge me over $1000 for new. See pic of part plate and paper with different make and part number for 5th wheel. Engine light still on. Went in for abs light.

This is by far the absolute worst service I have ever received in the entirety of my life. Utterly ridiculous!!!!!! I drove my truck to this place for a repair. They diagnosed it and told me the time it would take them to order the parts and perform the repairs. Days later I was told that they ordered the incorrect part and that it would be more days for the new part to come and for the repairs. Now the day of this review I m writing and $7k later they are giving another diagnosis and trying to add an additional $2k. Again I was not updated, I have to continuously call to be told several different things. Absolutely no integrity here. This establishment shouldn t even be open. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE if you can help it!!!!!!! If you don t believe me just check the other reviews. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!

The guys have changed the Def pump and Air Compressor on my truck. It was pretty smooth process, took around 3 days with waiting. I am not sure why there are too many 1 star reviews, but I am satisfied overall. The only problem is-fuel consumption increased considerably.

Haven t been to the dealership, however whoever they have driving their vans are horrible drivers harassing others on the highway, tailgating, break checking and putting their middle finger up when passing people just because they are driving normal speed and not 20 over the limit.

I went in for service and I met dan s he was very helpful and patient with me. This dealership is very honest people also tony helped me too especially with my aftermarket warranty lol. The hardest part was the warranty truck master they are a nightmare to deal with. My truck sounds alot better thank you again Freightliner the whole team I will recommend them to anyone. Be back soon more service.

Their service takes a lot longer than some other places. Also they take a long time to work on your vehicle while charging way more than it should cost. Do not go here if you need work on your vehicle they dont disclose lots of needed info until after the fact and supposed they lie to their customers about when a part is coming in and dont let them know they need a hotel room till the last minute. The only good things are they answer the phone and email. They will try to get your truck fixed but it will cost a Ton more than some other dealerships . Price check other places before coming here. It will save you Thousands of dollars.

Please Please Please AVOID THIS PLACE!! they are absolutely understaffed and the mechanics are fresh out of youtube school! expect to stay at least 4 days before you are even pulled into the shop! They will give you the run around and won t tell you anything upfront! They have ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 0/10 stars if I could go in the negative I would!

I arrived this dealership about two-thirty in the afternoon on April 7th of 2023. I had Amber lights on my dash and I also had a code SPN 3052.This shop took me in right away and went to work after several regens, cleaning and troubleshooting. They were able to get the whole emissions system properly functioning.I want to thank all of the technicians, Service writers and shop foreman for a job very well done.April 8, at 10:30 a.m. I was already back on the road.I thank God for you folks and I pray God bless you all. Amen.

Warning truckers:Long wait, wasting time and money !THIS IS FROM MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM & I PROMISE GIVING YOU THE CORRECT AND ACCURATE INFORMATION YOU NEED.I'm gonna give them -5 stars if I could.They didn't even fixed my RECALL ISSUE!My truck engine light is still ON!I brought my truck in on Friday, for a RECALL service.The gentleman at service department told me we will get your truck in by tomorrow noon ( Saturday).So I decided to stay in my truck that cold night because my truck will get fixed by tomorrow.But on Saturday they said we r behind and will get your truck in on Sunday and you will be out Sunday afternoon. So I left to my home.But no wonder, when I called them on Sunday 0400 pm they said we're sorry we couldn't get your truck in today and we will definitely get yours on Monday morning.And on Monday morning I gave them a call by 0930 am, said: OK we are fixing the recall issue and by the way we sent you an email with an estimated fixing cost, take a look on that and let us no.And when I saw that estimated cost of fix trust me it blowed my mind.(($12375.00))For ;1. one headlight change2. Advance Diag to find issue3. DOT INSPECTION4. Replacing air comp and dryer and hoses5. Reseal leaking cam SHG6. Alignment7. Replace leaking oil senderBy the way I refused their estimation and I called to their parts department and asked them how much is a head light assembly for a freightliner cascadia? They said it's $844.50.But on their service department that headlight assembly was $915Look how much they get extra on the parts they get from their own store ?!Please DO NOT COME HERE.THIS IS RIPPING OFF!Call other dealers and ask them about the price of an ELD headlight of a freightliner cascadia and compare it.Go to a local mechanic as long as it's possible for you and do not go here.

I had no problems with this place. Got there Tuesday Morning and I was out the next day with no issues. The guys at the service desk were real cool, respectful and they kept me in loop on what was going on with my truck. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to them...THANKS GUYS

Ridiculous customer service a lot of wasted times a lot of rip off very very greedy unfair $400 just to look up the truck is not even one hour very ridiculous, they knew I have loaded trailer and still wasted my time what were you it was just a leaking coolant how much time does it take to find that out?The sad part is they don t care about customers but their money.

Go elsewhere if you want your truck fixed right...truck has been at Freightliner for almost a month and get the truck back and the check engine comes back on after 120 miles...3.5 hours later and they still have no idea, so much for the 2 hour mission... Maybe instead of trying to expand and open more shops maybe they need to concentrate on doing a better job with the ones they already have.

I m a little displeased with my recent experience here. I don t like leaving negative comments or reviews, but I m extremely agitated about spending $17,000 one month and $13,000 another and the issue I identified not be repaired when I get my truck back after 3 months of waiting for my vehicle. It s discouraging to be told you have to spend more money and advised to take it somewhere else. I m feeling as if the mechanics guessed incorrectly and are sticking me with the punishment. If you don t fix the issue, or don t provide service, you shouldn t be paid. As an independent owner this kind of expensive repair work and with poor quality work hurts my business growth. While the service writer is cool, I can t omit the end result of more money and I still haven t driven my truck to earn money

I came here and they took care of me very well. I had an issue with my def system and they had it fixed within a couple hours of showing up here; also cleared codes and took care of things in a good timely manner. After I got all of that work done my truck ended up not starting but they didn't hesitate once to jump in and get issues fixed. It turned out to be my starter and they got it taken care of overnight. A big thanks to Logan on first shift and also Tony on second shift. They always made sure I was well taken care of as well as Brian and Levi. Their entire staff is friendly and very easy to work with. If it were up to me I would always come back here whenever I'm in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Great job guys!!!!!

The service writers and the guys in the shop top tear people. Always friendly and professional. always get the work done correctly to first time and they keep me updated. The last one is HUGE, poor communication runs rampant everywhere, not here the guys do their best to let you know whats going on and what to expect.

I paid to have a alignment done and my truck still pulls to the right just like it did before I brought it in. The alignment measurements from one side of the truck are different then the other. I asked the service advisor about it and he was clueless. What good is a service advisor if they are so inept that they cannot advise a customer on a course of action?

I had a truck with an AC compressor locked up and smoked belt. The driver could do without the AC (in February), but the alternator no longer turning either was certainly an issue. He was 4 miles away and the clock was ticking to pick up an important load so I sent him here. He wasn't going to make it too far either. Honestly, I was preparing my sob story to the customer as to why we would miss the pickup as I expected, like many shops, that my driver would be told the usual, "well we'll get in in and look at in in a few hours....". I told my driver to let the service advisor know our time crunch, but really didn't think it would help. WELL... Nate and Jeremy there we're on it! They even had to run for a part that wasn't in stock but they got my truck all fixed up (done right I might add) in about 2 hours. It would have been less if they had the part there. It was close, but we made the pickup on time and all was well. Nate and Jeremy certainly seem to understand the trucking business and why good/ timely service is so important. I unfortunately have a few shops throughout the country on my "s*it list", but I'm happy to be able to add this one to my "send them there if they're in range" list. Things must be changing there if any of the negative reviews are accurate. I obviously cannot speak to anyone else's experience, but ours was top notch!

It was the worst experience I ever had. They spent more time trying to figure out how to charge me more money, than to figure out what was wrong with my truck. I paid a bill of $1700, so they can give me back my keys and no issues on my truck were resolved.Truck #34485D&A Transport In response to your reply since there s no option to reply back to you :The point is, you all spent all day finding any possible reason to charge for more and to make matters worse, you have no parts in stock. I was told that if said part was found sooner, that I would be responsible for additional charges. You have no consideration for the drivers giving you business. We have to spend on food, and rooms while you all spend time doing who knows what. In the entrance of your store, there s a sign that states that you will have us a quote within 2 hours of my arrival, and I didn t get one til 12 hours later. You can try and defend yourself all you want but my truck is at another local shop and they know your reputation. It s funny how the work gets done quickly AND correctly without outrageous prices here.
