This is hands down THE BEST repair shop in Hagerstown. Very professional service and staff. Thomas went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire on this snowy evening. I don t know if I would ve made it home without his prompt help. Thank you soo very much I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place not only for GREAT, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE but also the fact that it is CONVENIENTLY LOCATED behind the Pilot gas station, the entrance is easily accessible across from the AC&T travel canter.PS: they re open until late, when most repair shops have shut their doors, they re ready to save the day!!

This southern tire mart location has exceeded my expectations and beyond. GM Thomas was extremely professional and helped me set the service repairs there along with Chris and the mechanic Chance. Awesome team of professionals. Plus the branch is in a perfect location next to AC&T store where you can do all your truck stop shopping and showers. Stay away from this place,167dollars to fix valve core,balance tire and put air inside ,less than 20 min of work.Robery,Use Rice tire across the street,i would go there but it was weekend.

I would like to Thank, Trinity, Dalton, and Chance for helping with a unpleasant experience at another shop. Trinity was very professional, respectful and was able to get me in the shop, very organized. Dalton and Chance fixed our issue explaining everything they were doing and what they had found and what the other shop did not tell us which was both of our hubs were leaking. Both Mechanics were very respectful with our truck which means alot as a Owner-Operator, they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The Asst. Manager and Manager of this shop should be very pleased with them and their work ethic and as hard as it is to find people that want to work should make sure not to lose the 3 of them! Another plus the shop is very clean! We live in the surrounding area and will be back. Thanks again for taking what started out during the day to be a bad day and making it more tolerable by the Awesome service we received! I would highly recommed this Shop!! Got two front tires came in had two tires. Go bad that I got from southern tire mart and they stood behind the work they give me awesome service. Give me a great discount on two brand new tires, and the two tires I had was over a year old and the shop just immediately jumped on it change my two tires and give me awesome service. I d recommend anybody to come here. Thank you.

My Dad Heri (Glory Transport) did his oil change here and was helped by the manager Thomas. Thomas was very kind and helpful. Thomas Made everything very easy and was at his service. The young gentleman working Saturday night was truly a savior. I had a flat tire (on my pickup) and knew it wouldn't make it through the night. I stopped at 9:15pm and asked if he could possibly plug it for me and without hesitation he had me pull in after he finished working on the truck ahead of me. I can't express how grateful I am to him for his kindness and time. Him and the young woman working that night were beyond wonderful. Thank you so much! Truly an asset to this company.Service: Tires

As an over the road truck driver,I have stopped here for service on multiple occasions.Each time I have had positive experiences.The service advisor/writer who works at the front desk(Stephanie),she gave me her consent to include her name,has always been courteous and professional.The tire technicians are simply the best in the industry.Whenever I needed tire service,I have always been treated with respect and the work is done in a timely manner.This establishment, located in Hagerstown Maryland,right across the lot from Pilot,deserves to be recognized and acknowledged for doing great work.Going forward,I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Both Headlights went out last night on my International, good thing I was at the Pilot in Hagerstown, MD when it happened. Walked over to the Southern Tire Mart on the other side of the Truck Stop where I was greeted by Ms. Trinity(hope I spelled that right) and was immediately switched to Chris one of the technicians on duty. Long story short the service was amazing and prompt. Thank you Ms. Trinity and Chris the technicians for the awesome experience.Service: Electrical

I was just passing through on my way back from a road trip down in Gatlinburg and the Smokie mountains and as I am driving back my engine light came on and my wife told me to stop in Hagerstown to get try and get my RV looked at and we found Southern Tire Mart at Pilot in Hagerstown online and figured we would give it a shot and there was a younger gentleman named Thomas who I believe was the General Manager there got me in right away and had one of his technicians immediately go out and run some diagnostics and they scanned the code and then determined it was more than likely a loose gas cap so they cleared it and it s been off ever since.It was just a refreshing feeling to stop at a place that I wasn t very familiar with And experience that level of customer service!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I needed a jump start and thier fee was $300. I didn't have that, so I found a copy to do it for $150. Since I was in Pilot, Pilot and Southern wouldn't let them jump my truck. What happened to their humanity.
