What an amazing experience!! Deer damage with my car and they had my car in and completed in a week. There was a minor blemish and they took it right back and corrected it. I was simply amazed at the fact that they detailed my car!! Vacuumed and wiped everything!!! Staff is super nice and friendly.

My experience with the insurance of the hit and run was awful. I chose to come to Sheehy collision bc I bought my car from Sheehy Mazda. I called and spoke with Christy and she was the best! So knowledgeable and helpful. I also had more issues with insurance company and Denise also was able to help me since the insurance company dropped the ball with setting up rental when they were supposed to. They did amazing work on the minor damage to my Mazda cx50 and christy was even excited for me to pick it up and cleaned my car. It looks spotless. Highly recommend

Keith and the gang are great! Super honest and go out of their way to be helpful. They have repaired my son's car 2 times and helped my daughter through a situation recently. We plan on always using them for body work.

Thank u Christy, and the painters .and all the people. That fixed our minor. fender bender, and bumper. Our 2023 Santa Fe is black with all colors of fleck in paint. They mastered it perfect. So happy with the results. I would only recommend them for any work. They go over and beyond to make u happy. And they r gold class. They r top top shelf as well to me.

June 4th of 2023 I was hit by a deer while driving to Sheetz (this is relevant to establish a time line so you know why this review is so low. My car was picked up from my home on June 8th 2023. For the first week and a half after pick up I got a text but left it at that as I work from home and no need for the car as much during the week and could borrow a relative's car as needed. By the end of week two after calling three times and not being able to leave a voicemail. I was told when I got there that the person I was calling no longer worked there and they thought she had informed her case load. Why would she care if she was leaving but whatever. I let it go then saw my completion date get pushed back multiple times from 06/28 to 06/29, then to 07/07, then 07/1, mind you I had other factors like trips planned and other appointments I had to juggle oh and let's not forget because of their last minute communication if at all I ended up spending $300 on a rental I did not need to. To add insult to injury I get my car back and the touch free tailgate is not working so I had to go back to get fixed. Then I get home I find that the mechanic felt comfortable enough to sync his phone with my car and left broken parts in the back of my car. I then a phone call from the manager asking my review was such bad marks and I explain. All he said is sorry your experience was bad. I will never do business with this company as a whole again. What makes it worse is due to their negligence and lack of communication I almost did not make it in time to tell a friend goodbye before they passed. This is far from the only incident I have had but this is the one that made me take time out my day to post a review on google, because I didn't have time.....I got time today!

I'm blown away by the service I received from Sheehy Collision Center from the start to finish. Christine was phenomenal! She kept in communication with me the entire time including checking in with me to inform me of the status of my car's back ordered parts. I'm very appreciative for the honesty, communication and incredible customer service provided to me. I brought my car from 2 states away after a recommendation from my son who also had an amazing experience with Sheehy. I highly recommend this collision center for anyone looking for top notch service from beginning to end. My car looks absolutely new again! And boy can they color match perfectly. Thanks Christine and Sheehy!

Body work and paint looks good but car didn't track properly. Worn left front down 2/32 more on the inside than the outside of the same tire in 6000 miles. Sheehy aligned car three times. Didn't drive properly. Took car to another Subaru dealer. They gave me a print out of all four tires before they touched any adjustments. It shows how far they were out. They gave me a new print out after their adjustments. Car seems fine now.

Sheehy was referred to me by another satisfied customer. It was the result of a 4 car accident. I think we all had our repairs here. They were on top of everything!! Prices? Unbelievably low though my insurance wasn't billed..I was still satisfied and surprised at how low. Couldn't be happier. They even cleaned the inside of my vehicle before returning it. This used to be Sharret. My family has been dealing with them since the early 80's. My father purchased several vehicles from them and they were always great vehicles. Any accidents were always repaired to perfection. I myself, have had four no fault accidents and they've always treated me the same as my parents. I'm always very pleased with the work and with the experience. I highly recommend what is now, Sheehy Collison Center. A family you can trust!!

I truly can't say enough about Denise at the collision center. After totaling out my car, it was sent to Sheehy collision center. It was a difficult week, and the care, compassion, efficiency, kindness, competency, and sincere outright empathy of Denise was beyond comparison to any customer service experience I have EVER experienced. Sheehy is very fortunate to have such a wonderful compassionate employee....... Thank you, Denise!

I was blown away by the level of care, service and craftsmanship I received from Sheehy Collision Center in February of 2022. Christy Kipe went out of her way to make sure my car was taken care of and involve me in the color selection process. The team was able to 100% match the color of the metallic grey paint on the newly replaced rear bumper - fit and finish match was excellent. I would recommend Christy and the Sheehy Collision team over others in the Hagerstown area - I'm appreciative that they cared about getting it right.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fixed my car in a week. They did a amazing job looks like new. I also told them about my bad allergies and they took extra care to make sure it was cleaned well before they gave it back. Best place to get your car fixed after a accident. I will definitely go back it I need something fixed.

Sheehy Collision is a friendly yet professional company. They estimated two weeks for my repair after a deer and I had an altercation. Sheehy had it finished in just one week and it looks great! Unfortunately I've been to Sharrett Collision on several occasions with my vehicles. I have always been treated extremely fair by Alan and the whole crew there. My vehicles were repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. No complaints and I highly recommend their services.

I work here and out of all the body shops I've ever worked at this one is the best when it comes to satisfying the customer and the insurance companies... Def got it together so if you want quality work from a courteous team of employees who work together to make your car being fixed experience amazing... Then you should def bring your car in for all the collision repairs....

The Sales & Service teams at Sharrett have always been 2nd to none in the area. But I have recently needed to call on their collision center. Alan and the team at the collision center are definitely on par with the rest of the Sharrett family. Communication and Customer service are top notch. The quality of repair and attention to detail were perfect. Total down time was half of what I expected. Definitely not your typical Body Shop. Great Job everyone!!!

I took my car into the Sharrett Collision center for some minor bodywork, since they were recommended by my insurance company. That was a mistake. First of all, the body shop called and tried to charge me almost $300 for a repair that was not related to the accident I had. After explaining that to my insurance company and thinking it was resolved I went to pick up my car the next night. The car went in clean and came out filthy. I've never seen an car come out of body shop and be so dirty. It was covered with dust inside and out. When you slap the seats, the dust rises up like you are in an old deserted house. Obviously, there was not any care put into taping off the interior to keep it clean. As we got ready to leave, some guy came out and felt the need to mention not once, but two times, how I had received free repairs. I ignored him because after all, bad customer service is becoming standard and as Ron White says, "You can't fix stupid!". The next morning while giving my car a much needed washing, I discovered several more problems. Besides the dust, there were dark, tar like gunk spots in several places that took extra scrubbing to remove. Not sure what they were, but they should not have been left on the car. There is primer over spray and spots in the door jamb and several spots with dirt under the paint. But the biggest problem is damage to my instrument cluster. There are several large scratch in in the display panel that were not there before. I presume they were were done when they were making the unauthorized repair. So, not only did they cover my interior with dust and damage my car, they couldn't even achieve a dirt free paint job. And to top it all off, some of the their employees don't understand how to interact with customers. I've got an appointment to see what can be done about the above issues. Hopefully, the will make it right. However, customer's should not have to hope their cars will be fixed right the fist time.

I have had service to my car several times (deer incident, severely dinged door, etc). Alan is incredibly competent and the staff is so friendly. I love that they have a play area for children and snacks to keep "hangry" at bay. I travel almost an hour to get here and will continue to do so, as Sharrett Collision Center has earned my respect and my future business.

My car was taken on a Monday and was informed it would be ready Friday. On Wednesday afternoon I am told it will not be ready until Monday because a new door had to ordered. Obviously no one looked at my car on Monday or Tuesday. I heard nothing on Monday, left voicemail around 2:00. The place closes at 5 plus I had to return my rental car. A instinct had me go to Sharrett before Hertz, glad I did since my car still was not ready. I had driven 30 minutes for nothing. Kristy said she had been to busy to call me. The people are polite but the service is lousy. Unfortunately I am at there mercy. The only saving grace is the accident was not my fault so I am not paying for the now 4 days extra for the rental car.

Again, Sharrett Collision and Alan Goucker are excellent! I had a great experience with my car about 2 years ago and now we had a need with my husband's car. Alan had me in and out of there in no time. He remembered me from two years ago also! Amazing customer service! I will never go anywhere else.

This is my second purchase from Sharrett. I didn't think twice about returning to this dealership to purchase my new Mazda. Erica was very helpful throughout the entire purchase process. Jeff was great throughout the finance process. And a short time later I was on my way with my new Mazda! Thanks! :)

Christy Kipe handled my insurance claim on my wrecked Subaru Wrx Sti. I highly recommend her and Sheehy if you are looking for your vehicle to be repaired. She treated me like I was family, and represented me like it was her car that was damaged, and made sure I was taken care of. I will never take any vehicle anywhere else, and highly recommend them to everyone!

Very happy with the service work at Sharrett and their customer service. My vehicle was returned to me cleaner inside and out then when I dropped it off!

Early in December I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer in a 2019 Kia Stinger with less than 10,000 miles. The front end and the mechanical systems in the nose of the car were trashed. Sitting in the damaged car, I searched "auto body repair". I read the customer reviews and chose Sheehy Collision Center. Initially I was uneasy because I live in Texas and I had to get the car home. I knew if there were issues with the repair, returning to Maryland was not an option. I considered getting the car only to drivable condition and getting the car repaired in Texas.Getting the Kia fixed in Texas soon left my mind. Here is why. The first person I spoke with was with Denise McDonald, who accessed the extent of the repairs and parts availability. She told me the anticipated repair date and the quality I could expect.Amanda Smith, the production manager kept the job on track ensuring a quality repair in a reasonable time. For the mechanical repairs Kenny Welty returned the car to pristine condition. John Embley, the paint technician, did a beautiful paint match. It was a difficult match because of the metallic flake in the pigment. No computer could make an exact match.At Sheehy Collision Center you get an experienced team of honest people to restore your car to original condition in a timely manner. I've had to have body work done to my car twice in the past 6 months. Sharrett Collision did exceptional work on both occasions. Alan Gouker made the whole process painless. Excellent customer service, and the guys in the body shop are the best at what they do! Also, my car was detailed inside & out. Thank you Sharrett for making my Maxima look new again!
