The technician was great. He quickly identified the issues and repaired them. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. He also pointed out another issue related to my water line that needs attention. I d recommend Jack as a technician for any of my future needs

Terrible experience! My refrigerator was not working properly and I made an appointment to have a tech come out. That part went great, easy to schedule tech arrived on time and determined that a part was needed. We ordered the part and it was expected to be delivered in a couple of days and the tech would return to complete the repair. After a couple of weeks with no update, I called Sears, not easy to get a human on the phone! I was told that due to supply chain issues my part was not available. No one had reached out or bothered to send an email. I requested a refund. I was told that the refund had been requested. Week later I call to follow up, another week later, I receive an email stating my part had shipped. I was livid! Called and asked how does something ship that was canceled 3 weeks ago? In the end I was told that the part was once again canceled, and my refund requested less the $99 service fee. Laughable, a service fee when they didn't have the consideration to contact me at any point, held my 472 dollars, for a month scratched my kitchen floor and I am still waiting for my money. I do not recommend at all, terrible customer service.

I would highly recommend our tech, Jeff. We had 3 repair companies out before him & he was the most knowledgeable, honest & friendly. If we have future problems with the fridge (hopefully not), we ll definitely be asking for Jeff. Thanks!In regards to getting a live customer service rep, that could be improved. I tried to update the main phone # on file that the appliance insurance company submitted but couldn t get through the endless loop of the automated system.

Charles the repairman that came to look at our oven was very friendly, respectful and helpful. Although he was unable to fix the problem with our oven he was very helpful in directing to someone who could.

Our service was very good. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very kind and courteous.He checked out our microwave thoroughly but unfortunately it has to b replaced. we have had it for several years,so time to replace it.

The service when it finally took place was great. However, Sears Home Services customer service was beyond horrible. I had missed appointments, recordings in place of actual people to address concerns/questions and representatives who were difficult to understand and to express my concerns.

My large burner on my stove would not get hot. Charles was so professional as he expertly explained and fixed the burner. He took the time to explain the problem and even gave me tips to help the problem in the future! He is now my go to guy. I won't use anybody else!

Steven T was thorough and explained the process and diagnosis. The problem was a damaged motherboard inside the furnace. He replaced it with a new one and the system was back up and running.

Was very efficient. Only downsize was $300 labor cost for half hour work. That's has nothing against service rep.

I was very disappointed in my service this time. He did fix the light issue and ordered the drawer replacement but did nothing of a maintenance check. did not check the coils on the bottom or look over any of the ice maker or clean anything
