I got my daughter s car back after repairs from her fender-bender . To say I am highly impressed with the work completed by R-N-R Autobody and Painting Specialties would be an understatement! They were able to complete my work expeditiously so she would have her car in time to take me to my upcoming surgery. These guys are talented, skilled and professional; I would *highly* recommend them!

RNR was one of two Autobody shops recommended by my mom s insurance company. Very happy with RNR s service. They kept us up to date on repairs and accomplished all repairs in a timely manner. People were great to talk to, and they asked after my mom who had hit her head on the windshield and cracked it - the windshield, fortunately and not her head.

I have went to RNR now on two separate accidents and they do amazing work. They keep you updated throughout the whole process by sending you links through text. It lets you know how much the repair is and also lets you know the expected finish date and if anything changes, a text comes through to give you an update.The staff are very friendly and helpful as well and very easy to work with.

I am so glad a coworker recommended RNR to me. Excellent work and fantastic prices. I liked that I got text updates. Will recommend them to everyone that needs bodywork done.

They did a fabulous job fixing the damage done by a hit and run driver. Gave us updates on when the vehicle would be ready and sent the info to the insurance company so I didnt have more of a headache with the whole process. They turned this damage around and it looks good as new!

Almost a year ago I was backing up and caught the corner of a guardrail on the driver side of my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500. I was waiting to get my tax return so I could get it fixed. After searching for quotes in my area from other auto body shops, RNR gave me the cheapest quote so I set an appointment with them. They told me they d have a loaner vehicle ready for me. I dropped it off on a Monday and they said that it would be done by either Thursday or Friday. I was on a time crunch and requested if it could be finished by Thursday. They said they would do their best. They kept me updated via automated text messages (very convenient), and they text and called me when it was finished. Which was on the requested day. When I arrived, I looked over the truck and I was very pleased with their results. So not only did they have a loaner vehicle ready for me, they got the truck done on my requested day. AND cleaned the outside AND inside of my truck! I ve already suggested this place to two other friends of mine, and will continue to do so. Thank you, RNR! These guys will take care of you and make anything on your vehicle look new again!

I recently had my GMC Terrain worked on for damage after being hit by a rock thrown by a mower along the road. RNR is wonderful and I highly recommend them! They are kind, friendly people to work with. I got my car back within the time frame they quoted me, and my car looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside of it.....that was a lovely surprise! Thanks RNR!!!

Had 3 cars fixed here. All were done extremely well, couldn't even tell it was wrecked. The pain matched perfect. I just got my 2020 Nissan back and it looks completely new. First experience was great. A year or so later, not so great. The guy who answered was very unprofessional. Talking bad about our insurance company (Geico) and said he'd really rather not work on out car. He didn't, we took it to another shop!

Awesome service and extremely pleasant folks to work with. I brought my Subie to RNR for repairs (bumper replacement) after getting rear-ended. It was about as seamless of a process as it could ever be. I came in to get an estimate, which took all of 15 min. They called when my parts came in and got me scheduled for the repair - I dropped my car off 3 days later and had it back within 48 hours. They coordinated my car rental pick-up/drop-off, they coordinated with my insurance company. Communication was on point during the whole process. I did not really shop around since I was ultimately not going to pay, but I thought the costs were very fair. The repair looks great - like nothing ever happened. They even cleaned my dang car. BEST IN CLASS! These guys are the best at what they do. Ryan took care of both my cars from start to finish. Very professional and made sure to keep me in the loop of things at all times. What a wonderful place! These guys are the best. They towed my husband's pickup to their shop after his collision and after getting all our insurance information they just took care of everything. They texted me progress reports and let me know when they were finished which was in about 1/2 of the projected time. Each man excels at his craft. They are a great team...and they have a cool looking waiting area.

Waste of time and a rip off. Stay away scam I brought my car for overviewI needed to change the front grill and paint bumperMy bumper had a very tiny crack about 1 inch and he told me that I would need brand new bumper because he warranty s the job .I asked isn t this the body shop isn t what u do.. because it s repairable.. his like I m not doing this car.. so he wants to rip off people and very not professional. Has no respect to customers .. bunch of scammers .. stay away and save your hard earned money

Excellent body shop! I have been getting my vehicles repaired here since moving to Hagerstown. They do GREAT work and stand behind all their repairs. Excellent customer service and they work directly with insurance companies even arranging rental car pickup at their location making repairs seamless!

Going to R&R was the best choice I made for my car. They were professional, friendly, and do great work. They were able to find me a new hood pre-painted, which saved me quite a bit. The turnaround time was amazing and my hood/grill looks awesome. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you have a choice in body shops, there isn't one, go here.Service: Body & Trim

Very nice people. They have treated my mother great. She went in to get a price to install her taillight guards and they put them on at no charge because she is a customer of theirs. Anyone else would have ripped her off.

They did a tremendous job with the body work needed. Replaced the back spoiler part including exhaust pipes. Quick and efficient! They even washed my car- unexpected bonus!!!

These guys are awesome to work with. I have had them work on my car several times and they provided great workmanship, taking pride in their profession. The hood of my car had some aluminum corrosion causing the paint to peel. They cleaned it up and repainted the hood for a great price! They even buffed out some other spots! You will not be sorry going here!! Thanks Guys for a Great Job!!
