I was having car trouble where it was continuously turning off. I googled near by shops and the reviews from Rivera Tire shop were amazing that I had to give them a try. They went above and beyond for me. Literally squeezed me in same day, were amazing and got the part same day, stayed past closing to make sure my car was fixed and I can drive it to work the next day. I mean amazing and very understanding staff. So thankful to have found them. 20/10 recommend!! They won t disappoint! I will definitely be back for any car issues! Thank you all again!!!

Stopped in for an emergency tire repair (nail) and loosing air fast. They seemed to be very busy with other repairs but, took the time to take care of my issue immediately at a fair and honest price. Very friendly service. Thanks for getting me back on the road fast!

Excellent and friendly staff and management. I had a vehicle emergency while driving on the highway, and they immediately assisted me. They diagnosed the problem and provided a fair estimate. I truly appreciate their help and the kindness they showed. Hopefully, this review can repay them in some small way.

Melvin and his team are AWESOME to work with! Honest, trustworthy, well-priced, and very accommodating. They've helped me with quite a few small issues I've had with my 20-year-old car and always taken great care of me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Rivera Auto Repair and Tire!

We were stranded New Years weekend when a part of our car came loose in the under-carriage. We were so lucky that they happened to be open at 9 am on a Saturday. They promptly fixed our car with friendly service and it was a smooth drive from there. If I lived in the area I would certainly go back.

Melvin s team did repairs on my vehicle over 2 years ago.They did an excellent job! I stopped in a few days ago to make an appointment as I was losing coolant. Melvin got his mechanic to fix the hose right away and I was in and out in no time! The receiving area was very clean and very organized. The whole team is very professional.

I've bought tires here and had a tire plugged in an emergency kinda situation. I most recently got an oil change, and their service is top shelf in my opinion. I definitely recommend them.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning with a hole/screw in my tire and the gentleman were very helpful and helped to get it repaired within 15 minutes. It was amazing. Very professional.

I can not say enough good things about Rivera Auto Repair. I had a slow leak on one of my tires. Needed to find out the reason before a big family trip. Brought the car to Rivera. When I went inside I was greeted by the owner, Melvin, who was very friendly. He had one of the mechanics take the tire off of my car and inspect the problem. Quickly, they were able to find the problem, and Melvin gave me a couple options. Thankfully they were able to replace the tire, check all my other ones, and add air to under inflated ones. Fantastic service, fantastic prices, and fantastic people. A trustworthy, non-pushy, and fair priced mechanic is hard to find. Best and most reliable Auto Repair Shop, in the tri- state area, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. it's nice how we are able to communicate in Spanish or English that's a plus if you ask me...

Came in for a tire change there prices was better then everyone else and I only waited for 30min or less no unnecessary charges a perfect mom and pop shop

From my very first contact with Melvin he was extremely kind and helpful. They fit me in the same day to run diagnostics on my vehicle that I was having engine issues with. He took the time to explain what they would be doing and how they would determine the problem, going further then just reading a code. He was upfront and honest about their charges and called by the end of the day to discuss their findings and ask for permission to proceed with the repairs. They had my car running and back to me the next day with very fair pricing. I ve been looking for a reliable mechanic, who seems trustworthy and takes pride in their work without costing a fortune. Rivera s also guarantees their repairs for 12,000 miles or 12 months, which is a huge plus and says a lot about their integrity! They have definitely earned my future business and I would not hesitate to recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Out of stater resident moving to MD. They charged me $90 to inspect my 4Runner but failed it bc of window tint. Next time tell me it s going to fail to save me from wasting $90

I had a great experience. Owner is very honest and very friendly. The first time I went there I had a leak on my tire. I visited few places and they told me to change all my tire but when I came to Rivera tire center he pretty much told me it was just a leak and I didn t need to change the tire. He did the work for free. I really appreciate his honesty. This place is all about honesty. Everytime i go there they find ways to save me money.Service: Tires

Not only is the staff friendly, the place is VERY clean. A bolt under my car was stripped, Melvin let me know right away and even sent me the pictures. They replaced it quickly and I was on my way. This is now my go to place!

These people are the BEST!! My son and I were traveling 8 hours to take him back to college when his car broke down. The ANGELS from Rivera auto dropped what they were doing and assisted us knowing that we were only halfway through our journey and had it fixed in no time. I cant say enough good things about Rivera Auto Repair and Tire. Melvin is a fair and knowledgeable mechanic as are his employees. My husband and i will not take our cars to be serviced anywhere else. It is very nice to have someone that is competent, efficient and fair doing the work on our cars. I highly recommend his services. Unlike many repair shops, Melvin is always honest about what needs to be done and his work is outstanding and affordable. If your in the Hagerstown area, Trust him to do the work on your vehicle, you will be satisfied. I had a great first experience with Rivera Auto Repair and Tire!When I called to ask about tire installation cost, I was given a reasonable and very affordable price; over the phone all of my questions were answered with accuracy and care. They were able to accommodate my needs for same-day service, and let me know that they would be able to fit me in during the day and to expect the car to be ready by 3pm at the latest. I arrived at the shop around 10:30am, soon after I had called. My car was ready in less than an hour of me getting to the shop! (Which gave me relief, and I am wholly grateful for as there was an incoming storm). I returned to the new tires on, balanced, and all facing the correct way; there were no missing bolts or valves, nor bends in the wheel. Safe to say this shop has substantial attention to detail, beautiful customer service, and a lovely keyboardist as well.Much�simas gracias por todo!! I'll definitely be back for any needs suspension & below, and likely other general maintenance.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rivera Auto Repair! I stopped here at random when my car was having problems on my trip from NY to Florida. I called them as I got off the throughway and they pushed their schedule to get my vehicle in right away! I pulled into the lot and was immediately greeted.I had a uhaul on the back of my car so they did the repair outside of the shop with a manual lift. After almost 2 hours of work, they sent me on my way with a fixed car and a very inexpensive bill!!If I lived in MD, I would never go to another auto shop.
