I called in the noon hour inquiring about service. Was given the time and confirmation through email. Upon arrival, not ONLY was I greeted kindly, I was treated most respectful by the staff. My cars service was completed in under the time I was originally told. I'm very impressed and will be returning to this branch.

A little late of a review but none the less . Last summer around July actually I brought in my Nissan rogue for a flat repair . Never brought my car in there or been there before . But they were one the few places that were open. They were super friendly there . Awesome people awesome service. They were quick at repairing my tire. Now here is the big catcher. I was in a tough spot a lot going on with my life . When they called me up to get my keys they said have a nice day . I said what do I owe you . They gentlemen at the counter smile and said have a nice day . I got in my car and broke down. I just lost my son and it was something so simple like that . That really made me smile for the first time in days.

Great service!!! I believe it was Don who said we haven't worked on any Tesla's yet, but said since you're here and the tires are here, let's go ahead and do it. They did a fantastic job, couldn't be happier!

Today I received Services for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson I am Very Thankful on the Exceptional Customer Service I received DAN WAS BEYOND AMAZING HE WAS VERY DETAILED IN EXPLAINING MY VEHICLE NEEDS AS FAR AS THE PROBLEM WITH THE OIL LEAK I WAS HAVING AND ALSO GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I SHOULD DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM VERY EFFICIENT WITH TIME ON MAINTENANCE TO MY VEHICLE THANKS DAN AND NTB TEAM YOU GUYS WERE AWESOME!!!!!! AND YES I WILL BE RETURNING AGAIN FOR SERVICES

Brought my van here for an oil change and a tire rotation last week. I notice oil spots on my driveway so I looked and could see oil dripping underneath. I took the van back in to explain I just had it there for an oil change and rotation and now it is leaking oil. The person at the counter was not apologetic or sympathetic at all, they seemed more annoyed like it was my fault. There were customers ahead of me so I had to wait for my turn. When the van was taken back I went and watched everything. The tech put the van on the lift, inspected underneath then brought it back down and started looking at the oil filter on top(2018 Chrysler Pacifica 89,293 miles) it appeared like it was loose. The tech then took the oil filter cap off and was inspecting the cap and then brought in another tech to also inspect. He then raised the van back up and drained the oil. The tech then cleaned the oil underneath and put the drain plug back in and lowered it back down. Then it just sat there for 20 min and started working on other customers. Then a delivery came from the parts store with a new oil filter. After a they received the new filter the tech put the new included o-ring and filter on the cap and then installed it into the engine. Which then made me realize the tech never pulled and old filter out which leads me to believe they never put a new one in last time. The tech then removed the lift arms so I went around the the tech or manager at the desk and was told the o-ring failed and explained how O-rings could fail from getting old or being over tightened, and stated they replaced the filter and o-ring and did a whole new oil change at no extra cost like I should be grateful for the second oil change. Never once was there an apology for my inconvenience or time wasted coming back there. And waiting for almost 2 hours.The tech also never checked the lug nuts for a re-torque even though their paperwork states it is required after 25 miles. I guess they don t follow their policies too well.While waiting for my car to be looked at, the customer before me Kathy with her black Chevy equinox was there because she didn t think they actually rotated her tires because the same tire was showing low on air which should be on the front of the car now. and when they finished it was explained that they forgot to re program the wheel sensors so they went ahead and took care of it this time. Again not one apology or concern for the customer s time.I have had other work performed here and suggested this shop to all my friends and family for their quality and professionalism. This last service has changed my mind for sure. The manager or tech behind the counter had to send other customers away and was just complaining about the new management because of the services removed from their catalog. I will just have to go back to the dealership from now on as the cost is the same but the service is better and more reliable.

Woke up to a flat tire on the morning of my flight back home and remembered seeing this shop during the week. Came in and Dan quickly found the nail and got the repair going. Can't thank Dan enough for helping me get home on little notice.

These guys were great! I had actually scheduled to have 4 new tires put on my car somewhere else and thought I did it here at NTB Hagerstown. To make long story short not only did they squeeze me in and did my tires but also matched the price and called the other tire place that I was supposed to be at and got my deposit refunded to me! Good old fashioned customer service that you don't see much of anymore! Definitely do business here again. A+

This used to be my go to tire place but times have changed. I bought a set of tires here a few months ago and was happy with them. I noticed yesterday however that one of my wheels had developed a crack in the spoke after hitting a pothole. I came back to NTB to get that tire switched to another wheel and was told that since it is a used tire that it cannot ever be remounted! What a joke. New management is uninformed, inexperienced, and only interested in selling a brand new set of tires to replace ones that are only months old. Management needs to go back to tech school and start from square one

Ryan was absolutely fantastic. He checked us in right one time, and answered all our questions. Even got us better tires than we planned on purchasing. They were quick and efficient replacing all 4 tires on our car. He called us back in less than an hour letting us know it was ready for pick up, and made the pick up process so easy. He walked us through the warranty process as well as how to get a coupon for our next oil change. We will definitely be coming back. His customer service was amazing and definitely made the experience worth repeating and telling our friends.

I went in for a tire patch, though it ended up being a cracked valve stem...the price that I was given to have it repaired was hard for me to believe, honestly.They have EXCELLENT service, a clean, inviting location, and a price that I could not ask to be lower--literally. I was wowed, with satisfied being an understatement. I absolutely recommend, and will definitely be back for future needs!

We've been taking our car here for years, and we get all work and oil changes here. They're always friendly and great service. Never overcharged, and they let me know when I don't need something done.

Ryan and Joshua are awesome! When I called, I accidentally gave the wrong tire size but they helped fix my mistake and got me taken care of!As a retail manager, I'm always looking to make sure the environment is great for my team. While at NTB, I saw the team laughing and joking around - I could tell they work in a great environment and care about what they do.10/10 would definitely recommend!

We were so grateful to have such amazing service from Kenny and Ryan this morning. We had a flat tire last night on our van and we were about to leave today to drive across America back home to Western Canada. They helped fix up our spare tire, put it back under the van and get us road trip ready. Thank you so much for your help.

Brought my own tire in to get mounted and balanced, was in and out pretty fast. Nice facility, everyone is clean cut and professional, will definitely be my go to tire shop now. Update, went in again today and service was still excellent, wait was a little longer but that was on me for not making an appointment

Great staff - got a flat tire driving from Virginia to Ohio, Dan got us in quickly, patched the tire and had us on our way. Also checked the other tires (overinflated) and was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

I visited NTB for the first time today, and was very pleased with the service! I scheduled a routine oil change to take advantage of an online promotion, and they provided me with an estimate for additional service at my request. Daniel and Ryan were both very helpful. The waiting room was nice, I was able to sit at a table with my laptop and they had comfy chairs available as well. I will be a repeat customer.

Great service within the hour during my oil change. Pleasant staff members. Customer waiting area could be updated, coffee area could be cleaner, although nothing too horrible. I recommend this place and will come back for my next oil change.

We picked up something in one of our tires on the way to the mall. We are from out of town, so we weren't sure what to do. Ended up at NTB and I am so thankful we did. Ryan was incredibly nice and immediately let us know we were in good hands. They squeezed us in during a busy time and we received awesome service. They could have easily plugged the tire, but they took the time to patch it instead. They didn't even charge us for it. Absolutely amazing service. We will be back for other maintenance needs

"Thank you" just isn't enough to express our gratitude for the great service we received. Our truck developed a brake problem while camping in Gettysburg Pa. Of all of the shops we called, Service Manager Dan Fitzgibbon was the only person who would spend any time speaking to us on the phone. We made the 38 mile trip to Halfway. Dan and his team were able to diagnose, make repairs and get us back on the road.

Store manager Josh and his team were great. I had a tire blow out. Every other shop in town either didn t have my size tire or didn t have time till next week. Josh had one tire thankfully which is all I needed, was able to get me in within 10 minutes of calling and I was out of the waiting room and back in my car in about 20 minutes. Super great service will be back in the future

Front desk lady fit me in pretty quickly. Had a flat on my way to Ocean City. Went and had supper and it was done before we finished eating. Great service, decent prices
