This was the second time I've taken my truck to Meineke in Hagerstown.First time for an oil change, and they thankfully pointed out a few issues I had with my truck that could have been catastrophic.Second time for new tires. It took a bit of time to have oversized tires mounted, balanced, and alignment checked, but it was well worth the wait considering the fact and reassurances that the job is being done right.

This is the best car service that I and my husband have ever received. We had unique issues of which Patrick and crew tackled like seasoned and professional craftsmen. This place cares about the quality of service it provides for its customers. Thank you again!

The gentleman that greeted me was knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a state inspection done - they were timely and professional. Offered other services the location provided as a point of reference. After researching cost, State inspection, typically run about $80; this location charged $119. Higher than average but the had same day available. Overall, great experience.

I took my car back here to have a really bad over heating issue fixed. It has been about 2 weeks since I got the work done and my car has been running perfect! Definitely recommend this shop for any work you may need done on your car.

My third great experience going for a oil change for my truck and my wife's SUV. They are always polite and they give great estimates and quotes for your next visit. They don't pressure you to fix anything you don't want to be worked on. I think they give great all around customer service! That's very hard to find these days and I'm greatful.

This is actually Mark's wife Jeannine responding. Pat and his team have been our trusted car care center for several years now. We have always appreciated Pat's honesty, integrity, and quality work. My husband Mark was killed in a motorcycle accident over a year ago. This store has helped us through a difficult time. My first experience with this Meineke. They explained what was wrong with my car in terms I could understand and what they could fix, what the dealer needed to fix. They had it ready in a timely manner, seemed very customer oriented.

I live 8 hours away from this business, but was in town on a car trip when my brake light went on. I called Meineke in desperation on Saturday at rhe end of the day, because I needed to get back home on Monday without fail, and they took the car in first thing Monday morning, put two mechanics on the car, diagnosed a leak in the calipers, and replaced brake pads, calipers and rotors fast enough for me to drive the 8 hours home that night. Very grateful for their responsiveness

Wow. So impressed. I brought my 2000 trans am in after sitting for 5 years and they brought it back to life. Did everything from oil change, replacing my rack and pinion, exhaust work, all new brakes, fixed my ac/heat, window motors and the list goes on. I had an excellent experience at Meineke! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the necessary repairs and costs upfront, which I appreciated. The work on my vehicle was done efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. Plus, the final bill was reasonable and exactly as quoted. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Meineke, and I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

They do not accept coupons anymore. Had $20 off for $80 full synthetic oil change. Contacted corporate and they said it is up to the store. No help at all. Try to sell you extras that are over priced and can be done yourself, like wipers and cabin filter. Outrageous prices. Got a tire rotation and it was so bad pulling to the left I had to take it to a shop that knew what they were doing. Was told my car had fuel consumption issues, right model but the wrong year. Recommended I find a vehicle replacement based off that inaccurate information. Find a good honest shop.

This was my first time coming to this Meineke location and the gentlemen here definitely didn't disappoint! I called about 30-45 minutes before arriving because I had to have my car towed there. I'm so lucky because they were able to service my vehicle upon arriving. I had spoke with James aka Jason (inside joke) and he was able to plug my information in the system before arriving. His customer service was AMAZING, as well as Chris & Chris B! I think this is the best Meineke shop I've gone to and I typically only get my vehicle serviced through Meineke no matter where I live. The knowledge, customer service, and willingness to help answer questions and solve problems...I highly recommend going to get your vehicle serviced here. I couldn't be more satisfied! Thanks guys for saving the day!

Never return. Been using Meineke for years. I can t probe they messed up my car but, i truly believe they did. 2019 Chevy Trax. I was very proactive with upkeep. Receive a monthly diagnostic report. Never had an issue. Took it in for an oil change, and tire rotation. I asked for the fluids to be topped off. Picked it up and drove not a mile. It started chugging and backfiring and clinking and clanging, and blow blew smoke. Spelled oil burning from inside of car. Drove it back yo Meineke. They said my pvc valve was bad snd sucking and spewing oil everywhere. Also spark plugs were covered in oil. Estimated cost to fix over $1,000 to fix. Took it to my Chevy dealer. Paid $868 to fix the problem. They said Meineke cleared all the codes. They said it looked like my car was over filled with oil, hence the problem. Buy they could not prove it. Therefore I will never return. Spoke to several people, they have had serious problem with that Meineke.

I'm hooked on Meineke" They are friendly and knowledgeable. I could go somewhere local to service my car.But' it is well worth the 30 minute drive! I get much more for my money at Meineke !

Called to have a car trailer brake drum turned. They said, " we don't normally do that." I asked, "You have a brake lathe, correct?" Answer "yes" but "but we dont normally do that . Sorry, "I can't help."

My starter was replaced a day ahead of schedule, (which was the very next day!), even though they had to order a part! I was very impressed with the expedient service, the accurate quote, and the reasonable pricing.I was traveling, and about 500 miles from home. The manager was very kind and even gave me a ride to a local hotel.I would highly recommend this Meineke shop! Very grateful.

Leaving my house I noticed my low tire pressure indicator was on again. And once again I was hesitant to travel any distance. As before, I stopped at my local Meineke shop where they were quick to take my car in and check the tire pressure. Once they determined that the pressure was fine, they inquired if I would like them to do a diagnostic check, which I agreed to. They were able to determine that one of the tire sensors was bad and the other three were close to that point (my car is almost 13 years old and I travel quite often). They were able to temporarily adjust the one sensor and at that point they gave me estimates of the cost to install just the one bad sensor and also the cost of installing all four. I paid for the work they had already quickly and efficiently performed, thanked them, and left to think about what I wanted to do. I went home and contacted both Firestone and Hyundai to compare their price quotes for the same work and was amazed at the difference. One quote was almost double the cost - the other was over four x's the cost. My decision was a no-brainer. I made my appointment and while my car was there they were kind enough to take care of a few other items that I had inquired about due to an upcoming road trip I was taking. Once again, I have nothing but praise and appreciation for the employees at the Meineke location at North Pointe Dr. in Hagerstown MD. They truly go above and beyond. Tire was low in air so went on and asked if they have air a. Nice young man pulled my car ln a VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MAN CAME OUT AND WAS VERY RUDE TO US TELLING US THEY DONT HAVE FREE AIR WE TRIED TO SAY WE WOULD PAY HE SAID WE DONT DO THAT HEAR SHEETS IS DOWN THE ROAD. I have never been treated like that before he acted like we committed a crime. I will NEVER give this establishment my business. Terrible management

I wish I could give a negative star for this shop went their on Veterans Day 23 because I saw they were giving 50% off on oil change for Veteran's.The gentleman at the counter said they no longer do that while mumbling the lie that was coming out of his mouth my wife even noticed. The wife said his eyes were so big like we scared him

We had a flat tire and called meineke to help us get our car to their shop. They sent a tech out and we re very quick and professional. Ended up needing four tires and the price was very reasonable. They also had all of the work completed before they closed for the day. They also found a tire sensor needed replaced and they took care of that and the price was much cheaper then taking it to the dealer. Since it was already there, we had them change the oil too. I would recommend using this meineke for tires and oil change. Only negative thing was they don t take coupons for oil changes.
