One of the worst lazy lying group in the nation! TRUCKERS BEWARE! waited 5 hrs and was told they didn't have help, as I watched 4 employees playing on their phones. Never had work done.

This Love's tire shop was on point! That, Cade, Alex, and Crystel' we're the best team ever! They change to steer tires and even did an oil change and they are very professional friendly and although they weren't mechanics they sure did.! Give these guys and gals a raise because they left a customer feeling well taken care of and glad that I stopped at loves! Had some bad luck with the dummies in Arkansas and I almost switched over to Pilot and Flying J but you guys saved my business from leaving! Now just get corporate to lower the gosh damn fuel prices Nationwide!!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this service. The mechanics were not honest about their estimated time of arrival, which I found unprofessional. This location of Loves does not meet the standards I have seen elsewhere. I do not recommend.

It's pouring rain right now and I decided to go to truck care instead of blocking the pump and going into the actual store to purchase coolant. I ask the guy behind the counter and he says sure you can buy here and then he proceeds to try to convince me that it's cheaper in the store ( like I don't have money because I'm black) what does it matter it's not my money anyway. So I go to the store in the pouring rain and everyone there is convinced that he flat out lied to me. I don't have time for this I just want to grab my products and go. Total waste on time and very unprofessional.

Did not provide service I asked for. Plus the worked performed wasn't good. They left my oil cap off and I left with a check engine light on. Will not go back for service again.

Horrible waiting time for shower. Checked in 2h ago, being 7th costumer. 2h later I m 6. And 11 costumer checked in that s just horrible

I came in needing 1 tire. 3 people in front of me. 3 hours later now they tell me 4 more people r in front of me .sents now they have not tire tec. Now . Will never come back

My truck was in the shop for 5 hours need one battery then they didn t fix it. Customer service is really bad this green head lady was super rude.
