I had an oil leak Coming from underneath my car. I called Keplinger's and made appointment. Dropped my car off at garage the night before (they have key drop box). Got a call the next morning after they found the source of leak. I gave them the "go ahead" to fix it. They were prompt and professional. I had my car back by the end of the day. These people are first class. Thankyou so much !

The people were friendly and helpful, and I was initially going to have them also do all the work needed done on my van, but after getting home and realizing that I was charged 17.50 for "shop fee" for supplies used and stuff for a battery they didn't even install. I understand the shop fee so that they don't have to nickel and dine you over screws and whatever else but why they would charge it on a part that doesn't even need any extra parts even if they had been the one to put it in. Super shady billing practice that seems more like it belongs in a slimy used car lot.

My daughter and I were traveling home to Ohio when we somehow got a nail in a tire. Scott took our car in right away and repaired the tire. 30 mins and we were on our way. SUPER FRIENDLY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If we lived in the area we would definitely give them more business!!

So,I was referred to this place by my work,and I couldn't be any happier.If they had more than 5 stars I'd rate it higher.Theyre very nice and very efficient.Yes they are a bit expensive,but,I couldn't ask for anything more from them in regards to their service.Also the lady barb at desk is also a pleasure to talk with and figure things out before getting work done.I'm very happy they got my part in got me in and out thankfully and now my car is purring and not so hateful sounding.Thanks again for your excellent service

I scheduled an appointment online which was SO CONVENIENT & took my son to get his car inspected & it passed first of all & in my 25 years of getting inspections I don t recall a time when my car just simply passed without at least a little something needing fixed or replaced & not saying it shouldn t have passed because it had just passed another state inspection but to me that shows they re honest! Also, they were respectful of our time & it took less than an hour plus by the time we walked out the MVA already had the passed inspection in their system which made it very simple. I m very impressed & will definitely be using them again & recommending them to my friends & family!

Our car is a 2004 GMC. The engine light was blinking, the inside lights wouldn't turn off, it sounded bad, and we could smell gas. We got it checked and the code said that it was either the catalytic converter or spark plugs. Luckily it was the plugs. We sent it in and got it back the next day. We drove it normally for a day or two and it sounded and ran better. After like 2 days the light came back on. We don't know what's wrong with it now. It still runs fine though. The customer service was fine. Just basic customer service. I would rate it 3 stars but the check engine light is still on, so... yeah...

My boyfriend & I brought his 2012 Sonata in, it had trouble starting for months we were jumping it constantly. Check engine light came on saying map sensors and abs so we brought it in to get an estimate. We knew there was an issue with the drivers side door sensor & the light was messed up didnt always shut off but our old mechanic never thought anything of it the hundred times he tried to solve this issue so we ignored it. Well just as we suspected, that was the issue all along. It was staying on draining from the battery. They got it fixed same day without it costing us an arm & leg! Ty ty !!!Service: Battery

Took car in to get second opinion on coolant leak. Not only did they save me money but did it with great customer service. Scott went above and beyond to get my car done on time after the dealer delivered the wrong part. Plus I like the fact they use OEM parts. Took my centuries old car in because the ac wasn t working. They had it fixed quickly and it didn t cost a fortune...Also the lady at the front desk was awesome, and I think that says a lot about a business. I recently moved in the area (a year ago), and I found this shop to work on my 2005 car. I used them multiple time in the last 12 Months to do State inspection, oil changes, mounting tires, A/C fixes, change starter, and they have been so far the best garage I ever been to. It all starts when you walk in and get greeted by Barb which is a fantastic person to deal with. All mechanics are nice and explain the situation. No pressure on changing unnecessary parts but just an honest opinion. My A/C was a simple fix even though I told them I was worried it could be worst, they didn't try to sale me a "new" system like previous garage shop did. A year later, it still works.Honest price, honest people, and flexible on their schedule. Can't ask for a better mechanic. I trust them.

I had a wonderful experience at Keplingers! The service was excellent and fast. Scott was able to resolve an issue with my vehicle that the dealership couldn't fix (or didn't want to fix). I will be taking my car here from now on. Prices are good and they do awesome work. Thank you!

Me and my kids broke down near Hagerstown in the middle of the night on a trip from NC to NY. I had my van towed to these guys. They were amazing! I called first thing in the morning, they quickly diagnosed the problem(bad wheel bearing and brakes) and had me and my kids back on the road within a few hours. Phenomenal service, good prices. Highly recommend! If I didn't live so far away I would definitely be a repeat customer!Service: Brakes

Thank you for being honest and diligent with your work. I had multiple issues with my Durango and they took care of it all! I had previously taken my car to the dealership and they never seemed to fix any of my problems they only made more So I decided to take my Durango to Keplingers and I m very glad I did. Took me in same day for a trailer inspection which I needed ASAP. It was all good until I went to get my tags. They wrote down 1 incorrect VIN # on the inspection report which caused me a 2 day delay in getting my tags. Honest mistake, good people, but caused me a major delay headache

I will only use this garage for my vehicles. They're honest and make no attempt to overcharge for their exemplary service. Every problem my wife's Tahoe has ever had has been repaired quickly and the work has been inexpensive. There are very few shops that meet my criteria and standards in this area and keplingers automotive center has never let me down. If you want your repair done correctly and in a timely fashion I could not recommend any other garage.

Jason and Scott are two of the best mechanics on the planet. Both treat you with respect and always give you an honest answer about your car. They respect you as a customer and never try to sell you something you don't need. If I were you, I would give them a try. Most places make you feel let down and frustrated with their service. I've always felt relieved and happy after my visit. And that's the way it should be. These guys have over 40 years experience. I will never bring my car to anyone else, just them and only them. I am consistently impressed with Keplinger's they never dissapoint. Barb is always pleasant and knowledgable. The mechanics touch base with you about repairs and certain pitfalls. Great place to get your car serviced. Timing belt/water pump, diagnose sound in rear of car.

I made an appointment the day prior just for a regular MD inspection. The man on the phone was very nice and accommodating but never told me when I should bring the car. Yesterday, went in, and they told me I didn't have an appointment. They still fit me in and it was done after 40 some min. The service is fine but I was irked at the man's hospitality in person.

Loyal customer for years, did two motor swaps for me. Happy with the mechanic, not so much with the owners. Went in for check engine light being on. Oxygen sensor on cat. convertor. Picked it up and it was idiling rough and really loud and the light was back on. The owner told me the idle was fine and it was no louder than when it came in. Refused to do anything more. Took carto another shop and the cat. convertor was seperating, replaced it and my quiet good idiling car was back. Never again...Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Our 2011 Odyssey alternator quit, luckily within view, they got us in and replaced it quickly. Very nice, friendly, cost reasonable. Thanks from from these Nebraskans.

Terrible terrible terrible experience. I was referred to them by a friend so I gave them a shot. I came in for them to fix my alignment and they messed the alignment up even more. As soon as I got on the road the car was pulling left when I adjusted my wheel straight. He told me he couldn t provide the specs Sheet because the PRINTER WAS OUT . . I called the owner to inform him of the problem and he discredited everything I was saying. He finally offered to look at the car himself and I show up before work and he s not there. I decided to take my car to a Honda dealership where they ran a test on my alignment and gave me back the specs paper showing the alignment was off (as I knew already!!!). Honda service manager gave me the sheet and told me to take it to them which I did. I ended up leaving my vehicle at Honda because I didn t want the shady owner to work on my car ever again. I took the paper back to Scott (the owner) and showed him what Honda gave me and he told me that they re liars and wanted to sell me on an alignment. Even though the service manager at Honda told me to bring the car back to Scott and the sheet so he can fix it I argued with him back and forth to get my money back and he said we can sit here all day but I m not giving you your money back . Moral of the story: DONT COME HERE!!! The owner is extremely rude, conceited, and greedy. Didn t offer anything in return for HIS mistakes.Service: Wheel alignment

Amazing shop! They got me out of a bind the same day by compressing a set of springs for my 1/2 ton truck and loaded new shocks into the springs. A few hours later I took the truck by for an alignment and it went perfectly. The truck drives better then new.

My husband and I had to replace out brake pads and my father and mother in law also needed car maintenance. I was pressed for time because I needed my car for work the following morning. They had both of our cars ready within 3 hrs and all done at a great price. This is a very trustworthy and customer orientated business!

Had a new opti put in my '95 Corvette. I dropped the car off with a completely dead battery (so I assume there were no codes) and they were able to diagnose the car within minutes and get it running within a day. The mechanics working there have been in the business for around 30 years and have experience working with older vehicles. I would definitely trust them to work on any older vehicle over other mechanics in the area.
