We had a motor rebuilt at Inwood Truck repair. It took over three months to complete. When we picked it up the truck wasnt fixed properly and had to leave it for several weeks more. Once we did pick it up, the repair bill was over double the origional quote (Over $25,000) and it still wasnt running right. We notified them within their 30 day warrenty, sent a estimate from a local shop per their request, but they have not returned numerouse attempts to contact them. The additonal needed repairs are over half as much as what we have paid to Inwood.

they are just scammers lady inside office doesn t know anything i asked them pm service they finish oil change but they didn t grease it the truck and they charge me for 10 gallon of oil but they used only 8,5 gallons lady has attitude i want to talk with owner or boss but she was finding excuses they are out of country but they were talking with boss without issue don t go there or make it clear before how much they charge and stay there until they finish job total they will say ohh we closed but we will you refund you some portion but they lie i will never go there also they overcharge for everything 700$ only for oil change regular oil it is not full synthetic no grease only oil change thats insane

Worst experience since i am in trucking last 7 years, truck was in shop 8 months, they charge me about 1600$ for used door on Freightliner Cascadia, and when i finally came to pick up my truck, he was outside on rain with open window, my advice is avoid this place in big radius, this is how they install hood mirror, after 8 months

Very helpful had me back up and running in about less then 2 hours. I think it was a little pricey but me being back on the road quick was very worth it. Thanks again ed doyle

These guys are top notch threw out the day they did a good job replacing the injector and clutch I highly recommend and got me in right away

This place is a BIG rip off. I had an appointment set for 11:30am just to get a PM and didn t get out until 6:30pm. And they over charged me for the services they provided by almost double the price they originally stated. Called out road service Inwood put their phone on do not disturb and never showed up ended up canceling on them after 4 hours of no call no show
