My family and myself have been buying vehicles from Hamilton for as long as I can remember for a reason!! I inquired about a vehicle and Tara Keefe responded immediately and assisted through the entire process!! Absolutely the best care any salesperson has ever taken, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. She and Hamilton went above and beyond to eliminate some road rash on a few of the wheels to ensure the car was perfect. Highly recommend Tara and her team to make your purchase as streamlined as possible!

My mom has been using Hamilton Nissan for YEARS.. Well now it was my turn!!! Brian H. was an amazing salesman!! Amazing experience & he was very dedicated in getting me into the car I wanted!! I am a first time car buyer and he was very patient and thorough with the whole experience!! I was very nervous but he calmed my nerves and kept me up to speed every step of the way!! Yesterday I purchased my first new car! I couldn t be happier with the experience I had. Luke took his time explaining the features and gadgets in my new 2023 Nissan Rogue. Made sure that no question I asked was dumb or unreasonable. After finding the right vehicle, I was then moved to finance with Nick. Who also took the time to explain warranties and all things financial! I recommend anyone going to see these two! You won t be disappointed!!

I like to say that I had an issue with my 2017 rogue. I went in today, March 6, 2024 to discuss the matter with Chip. He was very knowledgeable, he assisted me in all ways that he could because I needed another vehicle. He was and awesome sales person very patient with me and very understanding. Also, I would like to thank Jimmy for his expertise and his assistance as well. They both were just awesome to me, very friendly very understandable just great. I m enjoying my 2019 Mitsubishi outlander SUV. I give hats off and kudos to both Chip and Jimmy. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you both for what you did for me today. I wish the best for you both!!!!!

Luke was exceptional, he was thorough, confident, calm and very knowledgeable. He made a hour plus trip to come pick me up to take delivery of my new vehicle. Highly recommend Luke and the team here for your next new or used car purchase. Tim on Finance was also top notch! Appreciate everyone s hard work.

I asked them to do an engine compression test on the motor. They did an overall inspection and when asked about getting compression test I was told a manager would call to discuss and that they would have to charge again to do my original request compression test. They did call and get it corrected. They made it right, we just had a miscommunication and they were very good about following up and getting issue resolved. I really like this dealership s service department! Highly recommend them as a service provider.

Stopped here after visiting 4 other dealerships in area and was blown away by the customer service I got. Shopping for cars can be incredibly stressful and Brandon made the process so seamless for me. He was extremely patient with me and all of my questions, never made me feel like any of my questions were silly, and was so personable that I felt I was talking to my best friend of 10 years when I had literally just met him! Wonderful salesman and experience. I will definitely be coming back here to purchase my car and hope I get Brandon as my salesman again!

I went to Hamilton Nissan to look for a lightly used vehicle and Brian was very helpful in every which way ! I've had wonderful service from Hamilton over the last several years. I went to look at one car in their inventory and when I wasn't completely sold, Rodney worked with me and suggested a car that they had just received that was in my price. Amazing experience. I have had many years working in various dealerships and have come accustomed to the sales department. However, I am very thankful for Brandon at Hamilton Nissan. His personality and demeanor is something you don t find in the typical sales member. He doesn t push, he listens and understands his customers. He even shared his personal contact information so I could call or text with any questions or concerns. Lastly, his professionalism is hard to ignore. Many sales members will be caught up in there next sale. Not Brandon, he will text you, send informational videos, and make follow up phone calls to ensure everything is working.If anyone is looking for a Nissan, go into Hamilton Nissan and ask for Brandon. You won t be disappointed.

Wonderful experience all around from Chad at Hamilton Nissan in Hagerstown. I purchased a 2023 Titan as a gift for my husband and he went the extra mile to help everything come together flawlessly. Along with a beautiful family friendly dealership, Hamilton has a super efficient staff ready to expedite your purchase in a welcoming environment. Chad even got a big red bow for me to use when surprising my husband with the Titan! We were able to include 3 free oil changes, 3 free tire rotations, free key fob replacement and 5year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty with our purchase! The truck itself is awesome and has well thought out features that the whole family will love. This all-in-one dealership is definitely a place to go when looking for a new a Nissan or any certified pre-owned vehicle. Make sure to ask for Chad! I have been buying vehicles for 50 years.I have many horror stories I could tell you about dealerships and car salesman . As I was not sure what type of vehicle i wanted at 1st, I went to several dealerships the last couple weeks to do test drives and have seen some dealerships make you have to finance thru their higher interest financing or pay more, have value added product or warranties added you have no choice to refuse that made their advertised prices tricks to get you in the door. It was like a breath of fresh air when I walked into Hamilton Nissan. The salesman I met , (Jeff Goodman) had a demeanor that almost immediately let me put my guard down. There was no pressure, no prodding, no added expenses. I did not immediately buy anything there and interacted with him for 2 weeks until eventually the right vehicle was available. In that time even thou I Knew he was a salesman for Hamilton I felt he truly looked out for my best interest also. Way back in the 1980s when Nissan was Datsun and this dealership was located on Frederick street I purchased 2 vehicles from them and was treated very fairly then as well. Now I question myself why I ever went anywhere else for a vehicle. I know whenever I hear someone is looking for a vehicle, I will be recommending they go to Hamilton 1st. Even if they do not find what they want there at least they will experience how a quality dealership should be.

Jackson has helped me several times in service with my Rogue, and he manages to exceed the expectation every time!!! He called to ask me about me and what happened when he noticed my 2021 rogue in collision a few weeks ago. Hamilton, Nissan should know that Jackson's superior customer service is the reason I purchased a new 2023 Rogue from their dealership! He referred me to sales, where Chip and Nick got me in a beautiful Platinum Rogue! Jackson is why I am a Hamilton customer today and going forward!

I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan pathfinder at Hamilton Nissan. The sale representatives Luke Kerr and Nicholas Snyder were very welcoming and professional. They walked me through the show and sale process effortlessly. I was given an excellent demonstration of the vehicle. All of my questions were addressed. I was made to feel welcomed and not taken advantage of as some dealers are notorious for. My needs were met and I am very happy with my purchase. I d highly recommend giving these guys a shout if you are In the market for a car.

My husband Billy and I had an awesome experience at Hamilton Nissan. David Salvas and Tara were fantastic with helping us get into our jeep, and out of our minivan. From the minute, we step foot into the parking lot to the minute we drove away in our new ride, the customer service was exceptional. Each person at Hamilton Nissan played an important role in the process of buying our vehicle. Tara took us for a test drive and was quick to get our car buying process rolling. David took the time to thoroughly explain everything and gave us a tour around the dealership to show us what each department's task is on a daily basis. Thank you for everything! BEST dealership I have ever used! Tara and Jimmy were great! They always got back to me in a timely fashion even when I was being a little pushy because I needed a car ASAP. My credit isn't the greatest due to student loans but they still got me approved and got me in a SUV that I really love! Thanks again Tara and Jimmy for all your hard work and effort. I highly recommend Hamilton Nissan! By the way thanks again for my stuffed piggy and pink piggy coffee cup that I will use every day.
