We purchased our new 2024 Sorento from Andy. He made the process so easy and stress free and made sure we were happy with our purchase. He spent time going over what options we had and features of the SUV. Their dealership has a good variety of vehicles to pick from. I would recommend Andy and Hagerstown Kia to others.

Great car shopping/buying experience. Jim took great care of us as we test drove multiple vehicles between Kia and Honda on a Friday evening. We were able to find exactly what we wanted and working out a price with them was very easy to come to a fair number. Unlike other dealers, they went over the extended warranty information but were not pushy about it. Would definitely do business with Jim and Hagerstown Kia again!

I bought a car with Tim and he was awesome such a great experience. I ve been in the market for a 13-14 F150 and saw theirs listed with no pictures and he immediately was able to send me pictures and anything else I asked about. Having great and fast communication goes a long way for me especially with making a big financial purchase like a truck. Even their finance guy I dealt with was awesome as many I feel are so pushy and he didn t care if I financed with them or went with my own cash. Only thing I wish was to get more on my trade but I can t bash the dealer for that. I think it was also the fastest I was able to buy a vehicle. Everyone here was awesome though I highly recommend.

Just made a purchase here! Jim Smyly was our salesman, he is very pleasant and awesome to work with! He is honest, happy to help with any and everything, and not pushy likely salesmen we have encountered else where! Definitely would buy from here in the future. If you need help ask for Jim!

Today I Purchased a Kia Soul from my Salesman Jim Smiley and he went beyond our expectations with professionalism, answering our questions and just making our car buying experience less stressful. Im not good with electronics ,and Jim Smiley even helped me download all my Apps for my new vehicle ,and showed me how to use everything. That s a true Salesmen, that cares about his customers .Thank you Jim for everything .

Went in to look at a car for my son and no one bothered me until I was ready to move forward. Don t know if that s how they always do it but I like that. Walked inside asked for keys and to take a drive. My salesman (Jim) was knowledgeable about the car and my options. They were very busy but move me through financing and paperwork in no time. Had a great experience would not think twice about purchasing here agian.

Rodney, the finance person, talked us through everything. We loved how upfront and honest they were. They made this whole car buying experience so easy from start to finish. I Recommend Jerry Shanholtz at KIA in Hagerstown md. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure I understood everything. No matter what car I was interested in he took the time to explain everything. He has a very positive attitude and will sit with you as long as you want to answer every question. He really made sure that I was happy and the vehicle met all of my needs. If you're looking to buy a vehicle definitely go to him the service will be unbelievable. I have never had this type of service and I can't thank Jerry enough.

My experience at Hagerstown Kia was top tier and pleasurable. Jerry my salesman was incredible; very welcoming, made me feel at ease, and is a KIA expert. From the manager, to finance, to the other salesmen on the floor everyone was very, very, kind and very accommodating. If you re looking for a car/suv/van Hagerstown KIA is a fantastic dealership. I recently bought a used Nissan from Hagerstown Kia. My salesperson Jerry , really went above and beyond for my family and I. It took us a couple of days to get everything worked out due to my busy schedule and other complications but Jerry worked diligently and patiently to meet my every need. The car buying process is already a tedious one but it certainly makes it better when you have a salesperson who genuinely cares about your needs. He made sure I had a car that was safe, reliable, had a great fuel economy, was sporty and would be a good fit for myself and my child. I couldn t recommend Jerry more as he made this experience a great one for me. And as far as the dealership overall, they have great options at great prices. They work with you and work to earn your business. I would buy from Hagerstown Kia again.

We have had two great experiences with Hagerstown Kia. I called Jim Smyly, our previous salesperson, yesterday. It was his day off, but he agreed to meet us at the dealership. He had options ready for us and spent the necessary time with us to assure that we had the car that was best for our needs. Huge thanks to Jim and Hagerstown Kia!

I talked to the Hagerstown KIA They are trying to help me with this Issue with my Kia,The day I bought a Kia soul 2023 It only had 17 miles on the car and on my way home all kinds of warnings came on dash and for a new car that.s bad, so i called Hagerstown Kia and so the car was in the shop 5 times and they are trying to find out what is causing the problem.the warning lights come on my dash every day since i bought the car, i have print outs and dates and times of everything, My hopes they can find out the bad issue.

Great customer service and care. The staff is courteous and professional. The only con is (even though my Sedona has aged quite a bit) it would be nice to have some kind of break on the cost of repairs or labor. Especially when you have owned the same vehicle for more than 20 years. We used to get some pretty decent coupons in the mail but that doesn t happen anymore.

Hagerstown Kia is a wonderful Car dealership . I have now purchased two vehicles from them. Johl was such an awesome salesman. He treated us with such professionalism and friendship; we felt like we knew him for years. He was the best! He is the reason we came back to Hagerstown Kia a second time in one day.

This was far the best car shopping experience I had ever had with a dealership!! Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond ! My salesman johl was the best he made sure I had all the features in my vehicle that I was looking for and made sure it was in my budget ! Johl was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot!!! he did everything to make sure I was happy with my purchase for my family!!! I don't usually disclose personal information but... this is the 2nd new Kia I brought into our family from Hagerstown over a six year period. Obviously, the first has been very reliable. Then there is my repeat sales rep Jim Smyly, who is obvious there to serve, not to be served. And Rodney in F&I ... not there for commission, very experienced, actually honest and pleasant, just the facts ma'am. Make sure you start with Jim, and if you finish with Rodney, consider that a blessing.

My guy Scott kept it real, and got us the Telluride that we wanted at one of the best rates available in a high interest market and got our payments to where we wanted it to be. We're now proud owners of the Telluride. If anyone is considering buying a Kia ask for Scott

I bought a 2008 KIA Sorento from Blueknob auto in Altoona Pennsylvania. I had all of my service needs done at Hagerstown KIA. They were always very professional and kind. The only problems I had were a throttle pedal sensor and a throttle peddle a year later. I paid to have those two things replaced. Now I own a 2016 KIA Sorento. The engine seized in the middle of nowhere. I had it towed to KIA. They determined it was a faulty rod. They replaced the engine and rented a vehicle for me. It was fixed in five days. I paid nothing for the repair (under warranty). This past weekend my engine light started blinking and I had very little power.. I had it towed to Hagerstown KIA. I got a call today and Ben told me it was my knock sensor. Once again it was covered and I pay nothing. I am going to turn the cost of my tow and rental to see if maybe they will reimburse me. Shout out to Ben, JR and the service at Hagerstown KIA. They are THE BEST!!!! Thank you for all you do. I am diligent when it comes to taking care of my vehicles.

I recently paid a visit to Hagerstown Kia to research buying a new car. My choices were between Kia, Toyota and Nissan. Having been a Nissan driver for the past 14 years, I was looking to drive something more fun or sporty. I was greeted by Johl Hill and he immediately made me feel welcome and offered a great deal of information about the Kia Sportage. This shopping experience was one of the best of my life, and certainly the very best when buying a new car. I appreciate Johl's attention to details and how he truly listened to my wants and needs. He felt more like an advisor than a salesperson which is rare to find in the retail world. Everyone I made contact with at this dealership was pleasant and eager to assist me. Never once did I feel pressured or uneasy while shopping. High praise to everyone at Kia of Hagerstown for giving their professional best to assist me with my purchase. It may take me several years to need another vehicle, but I very much look forward to coming back. Thanks again Johl and keep up the excellent service!

Communication between departments is severely lacking. I had to keep reaching out to get any answers. We used our own financing because our bank had lower interest rates. They wouldn t run our credit score so we could get a better rate than the one they kept trying to sell us. When we showed up to get our car, we were told we had to do a background check with them and waited another 2 hrs. When I asked why was told because if name shows up as Hussan it concerns them- racist profile much?We will NEVER EVER USE THE SALES DEPT AT HAGERSTOWN KIA HONDA again. Poor procedures will cost you customers. Lying to your customers will keep you from gaining more sales. I now refer to your dealership as Snake Oil Salesman. Telling your customers they can t take a down payment to hold a used car for you is an outright lie. We called other dealers in the area and they confirmed that is a lie. Keep lying and you will lose. You don t even deserve the one star.

Scott is hands down the best sales man at Hagerstown Kia if you want a no bs car buying experience he s your guy! He gave me a price and that was it no added on market adjustment fees or any other dealer markups. He will joke around with you like he s known you forever! Go to Hagerstown Kia and ask for Scott you will not regret it.
