Doctor tint never disappoints!! The service is always 10/10 and they are always accommodating to my questions and concerns. I got CXP 18% for reference.

Great work as always... if there is ever any issues the stand behind their work 110% of the time! Have had a few cars done and had custom decals made and installed.Very professional... easily the best around hands Down. I have included before and after window tint pictures of the most recent car I had done by them..

I got my VW Jetta tinted at this location for a very affordable and fair price. 22 years ago I was a customer with my first car which was a blue Hyundai scoop purchased for a few miles from Dr Tint. Two years later I was a returning customer for my Brand new VW cabrio and a current 2019 customer. I now live near DE but often come home to visit. I come to this location because no matter how far I'm away from Dr. Tint; I have never ever had to even come back for a touch up! Hope you guys are reading this well because it's full of facts and my truth. Never had I ever had bad service bad customer car or any negative experiences. When they did my second car, I even got words on my back window as well as my name by my door handles lol. I was the happiest young lady who cant believe I got so much on my car lol. I can not Express enough how blessed I felt walking in over 20 years later and getting outstanding service. Guys; I need to be in the next commercial. I Solemly swear to be even better than the Sprint guy. Lol I respect and love a family and or private owned businesses because I feel they appreciate customers so much more. Thank you guys so very much. Myself and my adult children will be a customers for life. I will be getting my windows tinted when I'm 80; God willing! Now the most important part of this review; I have Discoid Lupus which is the skin one and the sun can be my worst enemy. I did not have that before as a customer in the past. However I went from just wanting tint because I liked it, to having to get it for protection. Thanks guys for not making me feel any different, understanding my needs, and making me feel so very comfortable when explaining my needs to you. I'm forever grateful and #TEAM#DR#TINT! Also all the people whom have ever did a negative review on this location: I dont believe your review! I cant see them ever having any kind of negatively surrounding them. Sorry; not sorry! I'm always super honest in all reviews and I have learned that people are often quick to complain but so slow to congratulate! Go guys let the haters lite fire under you to get that engine hotttttt! Love love love ya!

Fantastic customer service, quality work, and they stand behind their work.I brought my show car by for a quote to tint the windows, and scheduled an appt. the next day. Very reasonable prices!On the day of my appt., they got me in early, and finished in about 1-1/2 hours. Most importantly (for me), they were extremely respectful of my car and treated it with the utmost care. They told me if I ever have any issues to just bring it back, (the higher quality, carbon fiber tint has a lifetime warranty).Craig even suggested I come by a few days after install, when passing through, to ensure it had set up/dried properly and that I was fully satisfied.We will definitely be back for other vehicles and have already recommended then to friends and family. Thanks again!

Doctor Tint of Hagerstown has always taken care of my vehicle's. They do a great job and they are quick. The tint that they have applied to both of my truck's that I've had has lasted without issue. I have had to take my truck back to them several times due to me going through windshields so they could re-apply my top tint strip to my windshield. I got another one done today and another great job. Thanks Doctor Tint.

We use them for all of our vehicles, they are fairly priced and are able to get us in asap for an appt. We only go to Dr.Tint! Awesome work and friendly staff! Recommend to everyone

Very cool guys very nice. Don't try to up sell you. One suggestion educate people on window tint, looks vs looks and heat blocking.I haven't had the carbon tint on in the summer yet but hopefully it will prevent me from cooking. My last car it was still pretty hot through the tint

Great customer service, outstanding work that they stand behind. I've had three vehicles done by them and only once did I ever have an issue and they got me in that same day and fixed it immediately. These are my go to for anything involving window tinting. Highly recommend. Ford Ranger (20%) all-around. Mazda 3 (35%) all-around. Ford Explorer driver/passenger (20%) blend with stock rear tint.

I have taken 4 of the vehicles that I have owned here and they do such a great job! Havent had any complaints as far as the job they do! The price is good for the carbon series that I get! Again, no complaints and would 100% recommend!

The receptionist was very rude and sarcastic. My kids were with me or I would have told her alllll about her miserable self. I wasn t happy with my final result. They seem to not care about customer satisfaction, as long as they got paid-they don t care. They want you in and out..you are just another number to them. Giving two stars because it was done faster than expected. Go somewhere else. Support a business that actually takes pride in customer satisfaction and that actually takes pride In their work.

I got my Patriot Tinted there today and they did a phenomenal job. Everyone was super friendly and professional.. They even talked me out of spending money on a windshield strip that they said would not be beneficial to install due to how short the windshield is... Will definitely go back to them for more business

I had some window tinting done two days ago. The corner of the window peeled a little due to no fault of my own. Went back they fixed it. Receptionist if that s what you call her was rude and condescending suggesting it was my fault. I would recommend their services if you look past her unprofessionalism. But do you expect these days. My tent looks amazing and the staff there was professional and it only took them about an hour and a half to tint my car while I waited. They have an awesome waiting room with a big screen TV it was an all-around a great experience and the price was great

STAY AWAY!!! you would think after bringing 2 cars here you would know what your getting NOT THE CASE terrible terrible tint job. I will never be coming back the first & second time they tinted my windows was good but this time I ve have to bring the car back 3 times dirt bubbles in the driver side and air / water bubbles in the other windows and his excuse was it s a aftermarket product so you never know what your going to get that s BS and they made the sun strip way to thick. I would stay far away from this place they rush everything now I m surprised they are still in business this is not $300.00 worth of work it s more like $100.00 or less very amateur.

These folks always do a PERFECT job. My car was done front to back in 45 minutes today. Can't beat that. This was my 15th vehicle done here. Won't go elsewhere.

Amazing customer service!! We have 2 large windows in the front of our salon, K LON Hair Studio on Leitersburg Pike, and called around 8:15 AM on a Wednesday morning to schedule someone to come out and quote us. Derick came into the salon around 10:30 AM which was awesome! Not only did he give us a quote but he said he could do the install right then and there for us!! He was done by 11:30 AM. Derrick did a wonderful job and we were happy he could help with our tint so fast!

I took my boyfriends car in to get his windows tinted and cannot complain. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. It took approximately an hour to have a four door hatchback tinted. They do have a waiting room with a tv; however, the chairs are not too comfy so I would recommend planning to go somewhere else while the service is being completed.

Were able to squeeze in two vehicles same-day for me. In and out in 30 minutes. Tint looks great.Employees do not wear masks and I noticed no Covid-19 precautions.

Great prices and service. Very happy with the tint they installed on my 2015 VW Jetta. I even asked them to tint the sunroof to make it darker, which was no problem. I went with the legal tint, which doesn't seem very dark - however I upgraded the tint to the next one up and it does seem to keep the heat out better. It's also nicer driving at night to not get blinded by headlights coming up from the rear. Very happy and will definitely use them again if needed.

I've been using Dr Tint for the last 20 years quality work at a reasonable price. Most recently I took back my car to get a window redone, my dog tore the tent with her nails. Dr tint replace the window tint under warranty. He stands behind the lifetime warranty I refer Dr tint to all my friends and colleagues.

Very slow!!! Have been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours and counting to get the windows tinted. Appointment was at 9 but they took us at around 8:36 and it is now 11:36 and we're still waiting. No one has come out to update us or even speak one word to us. Very disappointed and did not feel like spending most of my Saturday waiting around in a dumpy waiting room. They could have at least let us now how long it would take before hand or update us or somthing! Will never go back!!!

Had a custom full rear window decal and full tail gate decal done. Quicker than I thought, fair/good pricing and friendly staff.Would highly recommend.
