Brought my car from Drivetime 6 months ago and need engine repair done to it. Likely I got the warranty and they referred me to DEA. I was a little worried as it s hard to trust any mechanics nowadays but this place took great care of me and communicated with me through the whole process. The people there are so nice and understanding. I m so glad I trusted them with my car and they have a customer for life. Best service I've ever received by an auto shop! They were very friendly, informative, affordable, and I was able to get in same day for service. They were even nice enough to show other issues my car had without any pressure to get the service done like other shops I have been to in the past. I will be recommending them to everyone and this is now the only shop I will visit!

My SUV would not start this morning and I called DEA LLC to see if he had availability to check my truck.He was very pleasant and accommodating. Oftentimes repair shops do not offer immediate service and their demeanor is not as pleasant.This is my first encounter with DEA LLC services and I was so impressed with the professionalism, the quality of work and the prices. I usually have my vehicle's serviced at the dealership, but I think I found a new mechanic.I highly recommend DEA LLC.Thanks Teresa

been doing to them for months and having the same radiator problems after I got it replaced by them twice spent over 700$ and still having problems then my battery caught on fire after picking my up my car from them because they didn't put the hood latch on right so it was on my battery they didn't do anything for me after that incident no discount nothings still over charging never going here again

Alan was great! He took my car in on a last minute request to diagnose a cylinder misfire. He really took the time to run different test and got me a proper diagnosis. Amazing overall experience for me and my wife taking our minivan here. The customer service she received here didn't leave room for a single negative comment, answered all the questions, some to questions we didn't even know to ask. Helped us when having to deal with the warranty people, made the process simple and smooth. HONEST. Will be using this shop for any and all of my car and truck woes. Highly recommend

If you are needing work on your car or truck I recommend going here. With reasonable prices and outstanding work. Being from out of state they really helped with fast repairs also dropped me off and picked me up when my truck was ready. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics. They have demonstrated to me repeatedly they are trustworthy and thorough in their work. Occasionally I ve had an issue beyond their current capacity and they have steered me in the right direction. These guys are awesome!

Bought a car through Carvana, it noticably had a growling from wheel bearings and transmission shifted hard about half the time. Since it was under warranty, I took it to DEA since they re partners with the warranty company. Wheel bearings were changed and I was told the transmission is fine, that it s just a Taurus thing .At my first oil change my mechanic informed me of a substantial transmission leak that had been there for quite some time. Maybe a situation where the warranty company and shop have a you scratch my back, I ll scratch yours type of deal, maybe not, but you d think complaints of a transmission would at least warrant a visual check.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Maintains my fleet of 18 vans - Saving me $$$ on having inspection stations telling me 'I need repairs' - I know they don't because I had DEA carry out pre-inspections to Maryland State Inspection guidelines. meaning I have full confidence in letting the van go for the real thing knowing it will pass and that an ASE certified tech has gone through each vehicle with a fine tooth comb.A new shop - but the owner has over 18 years of industry knowledge - if it doesn't need doing, it won't get done simple...
