To start, I can 100% assure you that they are far from being champions. During my vehicles time there they managed to break a taillight that was not broken previously, did not notify us that they had broken it, then incorrectly repaired it instead of replacing it as if I would not notice. The bumper was painted and replaced but after a few days I noticed delamination of the paint in two areas and poor bumper fitment. The rear hatch was to be completely replaced which at pickup time I noticed had not been done as I was told it would be and it also was misaligned, and they somehow managed to scratch the vehicle on one side in multiple areas although no work was done in that area at all. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy, especially at the fact that I had been deceived. With that all being said I then requested that they take the vehicle a second time and repair/replace everything that was damaged, etc. I went back a second time to pick up the vehicle and all seemed well, but again I was deceived!! The rear hatch that was supposed to be replaced the first time, and now the second time, had STILL not been replaced. Again they did not tell me that this had not been done AGAIN at the second pick up until I noticed it. At that point I was furious and had enough. My rear hatch now does not open when the release button is pressed, my dampers no longer operate smoothly, and the hatch has to be slammed shut to be secured. Even if this helps ONE person avoid this place I have done my job in leaving this review and if I could leave zero starts I certainly would. I also forgot to mention that they kept my vehicle for longer than they stated that it would take both times and I never received a call in either instance notifying me of this, I had to call them multiple times to see what the holdup was. Needless to say, I am taking my vehicle elsewhere to be repaired CORRECTLY!! `

They did a good job representing my car. Had trouble with GEICO and it took longer than the original estimate.... They are a busy shop but keep you advised of progress. Hard to find a place to park there...

Haven't had the work done yet. They're ordering parts. Anyways the ppl are really nice. We talked just as if we've known one other for life! Which that's already a Blessing as far as I'm concerned. I'll update after the work is finished. Update we never had the work done, cause they gave us the run around for weeks!! So my opinion on them has went from a 4 star to zero stars!! We had to go to Al's body shop here in WV. They took care of everything asap!!Should've just went there to begin with. But the insurance company from the lady that hit the car sent us to Champion. I do not recommend Champions!!

No one wants to need body and mechanical work done on their vehicle, but when you hit a deer... I was 100% satisfied with the overall repairs. There was severe damage to the car, engine and radiator. The insurance company insisted on repairs. I never thought the car could end up "like new" after such an extensive hit. But Crash Champions has done a fantastic job. It's been a year since repairs were done and it's still running great and looks great. If I ever need repairs on any other vehicle, they would be my 1st choice. They kept me updated with the process and returned the car as promised. I can attest that they stand behind their repairs and will do their best to remedy any issues if they arise.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a fantastic job on my vehicle, never had a wreak before and this was caused by an animal accident. They fixed my bumper and damage underneath , took care of correspondence with insurance and rental car. All I had to do is drop off rental car with them and pick up mine. They did a heck of a job cleaning my car up for pick up. Cleaner than when I dropped it off. Excellent service, super friendly, recommended to everyone I know.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Overall these guys did a good job. They went the extra mile and cleaned up my messy car before returning it. I have two negatives to add. First, their office manager treated me with complete disrespect upon check in. Second, the new door panel looks great, but mismatches the rest of my vehicle. They told me this will fade in over time but it seems they could have done more to blend it or buff the nearby sections so it doesn't look so obvious. Anyway, I'd still recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give a negative rating it would be -10.. This place took 4 weeks to repair a 4 hour job. I had to track down the correct part for my car myself, because I guess one call for the part is enough for them, instead of trying to find it. I almost had to install it myself too. Pretty sure if I hadn't stayed on top of this my car would've been in the shop forever. All along I was charged for the rental that I had, of course it don't matter to them. The shop people did a good job fixing my car, but after being told the car would be done numerous times and it not being done, when their posts said it would. NEVER AGAIN.

They were excellent from my initial contact with them to my work being completed. There was a manufacturer delay on my headlight and they called me atleast every other day to keep me informed of the progress. Exceptional customer service! Thanks Dave!!! Crash Champions repaired our vehicle after an automobile accident. They kept us informed all the time about the repairs and the timeframe it would take to complete everything that needed done. They were always professional and very courteous at all times. Our vehicle was completed on time as promised. Our vehicle looked like brand new when we went to pick it up. We were more than highly satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. We highly recommend Crash Champions in Hagerstown, Md as they are THE BEST!! They are the only place to have your vehicle repaired to have it done right!!

Great customer service! Very friendly and professional team. My rental was already there waiting for me when I dropped off my car to be repaired. They kept me well informed throughout the process. My car s front bumper cover and headlight were replaced and slight damage to hood and fender repaired and painted. Work was excellent as was the paint matching. I was in a wreck on a Monday they had my car done that Friday! They were very quick with getting my car done and it looked brand new when it was done! They replaced everything that might even have a little scratch or dent in it. Highly recommend! I even mentioned how my one headlight was a little hazier then the other so the guy cleaned it off for me!Service: Body & Trim

I ve been waiting over a year for one vehicle to be completely fixed back to pre accident condition. I ve been waiting over 3 months for a head light to be replaced in another vehicle. They put a blown piece in the vehicle. Both vehicles were paid for in full of course. However, the vehicles aren t 100% fixed. Plus, service isn t fast. Your rental vehicle will expire.

The staff members were welcoming, very pleasant to speak with and were highly professional. They did a great job on the repairs of my car and were very friendly. I will definitely recommend Signature Collision Centers as a place to repair any accidental damages you may have received from a car wreck. Oh and on top of that they accept any insurance company.

They had my van for over a month and they wasn t waiting on parts. They told me 4 different days of when my van would be done and every time it was the day I was suppose to get my van they switched it. I only went to this place because I was into a accident and this is one of geico shops but now I know I will never go here again! I finally have my van back and it s not the same as before my heat isn t as hot as it was before. It s making noises it never made and I m just so unhappy with my van now

Well, I was told that my car was ready and to come pick it up. When I got there the panel on the door was the same one from my accident. It still had the scuff marks and the gash on the bottom of it. I was told by David that it was changed but it was used and that my insurance company didn't want to pay for a new one. Geico is my insurance company. I refused to take the car because you couldn't even wipe the scuff off. My husband tried to wipe it off with a soapy paper towel in front of David but it didn't come off. David insisted that it had been changed and wanted us to take it like it was. We said no so he said he would get with my claims adjuster. We called Geico and they said that my part was on back order and they would take care of it. They said they would have the claims adjuster to call me but she didn't. David called the next day and said that Geico was going to pay for a new one and it would be done in two days. He also stuck to his story that it had been changed. Miraculously it was done in two days with a new panel. There was fishy business going on here. A LIE IS A LIE NO MATTER HOW YOU SPIN IT!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I will go nowhere else since using them! They remained professional at all times! David was always informing and polite! I loved dealing with them!!! I just wanted to add that Gieco is also my insurance carrier. I read through reviews saying they are hand in hand. I am pleased with both of them! I actually thought I received better treatment bc their with Gieco, after reading these reviews I got better treatment as well as everyone else bc that is who Crash Champion s are! PERFECT SERVICES! Unfortunately I've been in several minor accidents over the past few years. Fortunately I found Signature and have used them for any body work I've ever needed. They're a great team who not only do a nice job on my car, but they walk me through every step on the way, treat me like a valued customer, and- most importantly to me- make sure I understand the process without being condescending or sexist. I brought in a 2005 scion xa after being rear ended, crash champions was very quick, professional, and efficient. They worked twice as fast as what the insurance agencies did while keeping me informed of what was going on every step of the way, I would recommend crash champions to anyone I know with car troubles after the great service they have provided

I took my vehicle to this shop after an accident. They didn t attempt to match paint colors when repairing. Picked up the vehicle with nails in both passenger side tires and they refuse to fix. Said they do not use nails in their shop. But park in a outside parking lot. Employees lied to my husbands face about driving the car. Amazing how they didn t test drive after fixing but burnt through a quarter tank of gas. Wouldn t care if they didn t lie about not driving it at all. All around awful experience do not trust them with your vehicles!!!!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Such wonderful people willing and ready to help. Love that Geico is right there. Our process was made really easy. Signature updated us regularly and our car was done on time. Definitely would go here again if we had a problem.

Got my 2016 Ford Focus RS repaired at Signature Collision after hitting some debris on I-70. Scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at the shop, within the Geico app, on a Thursday evening. Dropped off the car at 9AM Monday and picked it up at 4:30PM Friday.My car is a light blue with fleck, very hard to match, and the replacement bumper they painted vs the fenders looks identical. They washed and vacuumed out (pretty much detailed) my car. They kept me in the loop that it was still on-time for Friday pick-up almost every day of the week.The Focus RS was made in Germany (and low production numbers), so I was expecting at least a week of unexpected wait time on parts, however that did not happen.Repair is perfect as far as I can tell and everyone in the office at Signature Collision was great to work with. I don't have a single complaint or suggestion, it really went that smoothly.I cannot provide any comments on the Geico / Signature Collision / Enterprise Car Rental scenario -- I elected not to rent a car, which was offered by Geico and reiterated by Signature Collision, so YMMV are on that.Really an A+ body shop shop though, I would recommend them whether you are with Geico or not!
