I had my second visit to Bonebrake today, and once again felt so very well taken care of that I had to leave a review. This is a family owned shop, started by Mr. Bonebrake's father in the late 40s. These days it is operated by Mr. Bonebrake and his son Jason, so there are three generations of history here! All the feel good stuff is of course very nice, but when you pair that with the quality and value, this is my official new go-to for car repair. I have always found the Bonebrakes and their attendants (shout out to Jason and Larry ) personable and professional. I trust this shop .

After reading a recent review about a bad experience someone had with an alignment, I thought I would check it out myself to see.I scheduled a appointment for Monday afternoon to have my car aligned and was pleasantly surprised with how wrong those reviews seemed, not only does my car drive better than ever, the staff was very transparent with me on what they did to my vehicle and what was wrong with it before hand! By far the best place to get your vehicle worked on and feel confident your money is in good hands! 10/10 across the board

These guys know their stuff. Don't be fooled by the national chains. The new Continentals are like riding on pillows. Thanks to the mechanics for taking good care of me.

I took my truck to these people for an alignment and to my supprize they took my money and got no alignment on my truck.they test drove my truck and said its okay that it's that one tire is larger than the other one other one

Only stopped in because I live very close and had an issue. Even though i had no appointment & didnt even call in andvance, they were extremely helpful and got me back on the road after charging my battery for me. Will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommended.

This shop has serviced over five vehicles in my family (Aunt, Uncle, Myself, etc) and every experience, every time has been an awesome one and has definitely earned my trust. When there is a problem or suggestion that needs to be fixed, they will explain everything in simple terms that help me and others make a good decision as well. I will definitely be back for their great service.

Great group of techs that are very knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to help me out on numerous occasions for all of my vehicles. Prices have always been competitive and fair as well. I think I may own stock by now. Haha. Seriously, these folks are AMAZING! I am a customer for good!!!

Excellent, honest, experienced shop for troubleshooting complicated/picky alignment problems. Rather than just throwing your car on the rack and rushing it through like most places, they actually take the time and effort to fine-tune things and make sure they address your specific concerns. They were able to quickly diagnose and solve my car's alignment problem after multiple dealers failed to even comprehend the issue. I know other people who use them for tires and general maintenance with great results as well.

I recently accompanied my 72 year old mother here as she is somewhat hesitant going to service stations. She was having issues with a tire, it had been going flat slowly for six months. (She had visited another service center 3 times and had the tire replaced twice as well as the sensor.)I explained the situation and they said they would take a look to see if they could determine the issue. They were very professional, never once saying anything bad about the other service center even after the root cause was determined to be a rubber seal the was installed improperly when the sensor was replaced.I was surprised by how low the cost was after watching how much work they put into checking everything. I was also pleasantly surprised when they did not try to "up-sell" her to buy a new tire.Their professionalism and knowledge has definitely earned them new customers from our family. My mother and I both feel comfortable there and will definitely be using their services in the future. She was so comfortable with her experience that after we left she told me that she wouldn't need me to accompany her the next time her car needs service.

Always a great experience and I am confident in the work this garage does to my vehicles. I have no doubts that what they tell me is truly what needs to be done and they aren't just trying to inflate their bottom line. I live a very busy life and can't afford to be without transportation for any lengthy time; Bonebrake always does their best to accommodate my needs to get my vehicles back in a very timely manor. I follow Greg Cole's recommendations without question because I know he's going to be straight forward and honest.

I would like to Thank Wes at Bonebrake for being so nice and helpful.. the place is just wonderful to deal with. Prices are fair and reasonable. I had to buy 3 sets of tires for our vehicles. they made it as painless as possible. Thanks for the great service!!!!

These guys are rip off artists I took a recently purchased bmw with 90k for a Maryland safety inspection .they failed it for bushings on the front suspension and when they gave me an estimate of $875 to fix I was flabbergasted when I questioned the owner as to why he was saying that he made the comment I haven t made any money at this location in a year perturbed I took the car to my trusted mechanic a man with 30 years experience and he put it on the lift and inspected all suspension components and said Aaron if you replace the parts they claim are bad you will be replacing new parts with new parts i them took the car to Pope tire and auto for another Maryland safety inspection and low and behold it passed I ve since turned in bone brake to the Maryland state patrol who regulates the Maryland safety inspection centers and I would highly recommend staying away from this buisness because once again in the owners words I haven t made money at this location in over a year

My daughter and I brought her beetle here for a Maryland inspection. I've been very skeptical of shops because of prior experiences and have done my own work for years because of it... it's nice to find a shop that doesn't just want all of your money.

Had a lot of noise coming from the front passenger-side wheel. Brought it in at 8:30 AM. They diagnosed the problem as a bad wheel bearing. They replaced the bearing and I was able to pick up the car at 10:30 AM same day. I enjoy driving my car again! Cost of the repair was less than the average cost of wheel bearing replacement I found online. Could not be more happy with the service I received!

Best alignment and tire shop in the area hands down. I took my Honda Accord to install 4 new tires and do a 4 wheel alignment. Car is now running smoother than ever. These guys really know what they re doing.

I would not recommend this place. We been using them for over a decade. We ran over something that popped my mom's tire and we called blue gray to put replacement on while we waited over hour in cold. Blue gray couldn't fix it because bonebrake scripped a few lugnuts and they don't carry special tool that could get it off. It's their responsibly. They need to do something about this

So, after meineke screwed up the front alignment on my truck, I took it to Bonebrake, and what else would you expect! It drive as good as it ever did, and they were very fast and professional. Next time I need work done, I will definitely be coming here!

I've taken my car there for everything from an oil change, messed up turn signal actuator, busted tire and dented rim to their amazing alignment work. Being a female, you're always worried about mechanics ripping you off. These guys didn't even thing about it. they told me the problem I thought I had was way more minor and they saved me over $1000 over the past 2 years that I've been going there. My dad had them order him very rare rims that they were able to get from Washington state. I've never been there for basic work for more than 2 hours and my tire and rim repair that could have taken 3 days only took overnight. Highly recommended and trusted.

Bonebrakes did a inspection on my car on 9-26-2016. Greg the service manager was very helpful and got me scheduled immediately. They got my car in as soon as they could and the inspection didn't take as long as most places do. Would definitely recommend Bonebrakes for all needs. I'll definitely be going back!!

Amazing place, honest people, and their prices are amazing. Got a great deal on 4 new tires, and they also give free rotations, how awesome is that? This is my tire place from here on out!
