Steve in the service department was fantastic to work with. He got my Volvo VNL in quickly was communicative the whole time it was there. Fixed both issues and got it back on the road by late afternoon AND under the quoted price. Highly recommend!

They are very professional and fast in doing their work.My truck had DEF issues and it was done within a day. I'll recommend truckers should consider them if they want to get on road fast.

If every Mack dealer was this bad I would stop buying their product. Truck was towed in on a Saturday for a warranty repair on the transmission, finally looked at it Wednesday afternoon, could not get a time frame of when it would be fixed from Dakoda the service guy. Tried to tell me that my truck needed new batteries, ( the batteries in it were a month old), told me that the left rear airbag had a hole in it, ( I asked for a picture of the hole and they somehow could not find the hole, the airbag is fine). Tried to tell me the clutch linkage needed replacing, BS. Had to get my local dealer to call them to help get my truck done and out of their shop. They wanted to hold me up for another week. This place will try to rip you off telling you that you need work done that you don't. Stay away.

Super awesome staff, Charlie at machine shop took care of our issues at no cost! Great place to bring your trucks in for truck repairs, parts and machine work. We would highly recommend them.

I brought the truck over to have some suspension work done while it was there I asked them to look at the mist that the truck is had for over the last year and has gives a problem but I figured while it's there look at so they said it would run around for her dollars to diagnose it I said OK then they said it needed cylinder for EGR valve replaced that would be $1000 as a go ahead after having the truck over a month after several phone calls they told me the truck needed more work than that that that didn't solve the problem so I said how much two days later they told me it would cost another thousand dollars just to diagnose it I should never mind but the truck back to the other I'll drive like it was and hasn't gave is no problems and drove like that for over a year well he said there's one problem you have to have a toad from here I said what do you mean you so what do you think I mean you have to have it towed and that was it no explanation no nothing he just laughed at me when I said you don't see something wrong that the truck drove here now I have to have it towed so after a month and a half and $3500 later I had to have my truck towed back to my yard so beware do not bring your truck there to have a repaired because one of two things either they're complete scam artists or they have no idea what they're doing and the man named Nick Alexander is a complete jerk

Very disrespectful. . Especially the hill Billy , white trash, shorty, skinny , not teeth machanic. All I asked was if I can park in the ally separating Mach & International trucks. His response was with a total negative attitude.
