This place saved my life today! I purchased a battery from the autozone on dual highway not realizing that no one in the store was willing to help me install it, so I left that place with 3 kids and now a car battery and No knowledge of how to install it. Thank goodness Juan at this autozone was very helpful and installed my battery for me! So thank you so so much! I definitely recommend this autozone!

I had the check engine light come on, and so I stopped to have it hooked up to the diagnostic machine. He told me the part I required was not in stock, so I had to order, and was there the next day!

Worst service, nasty rude employees who have no idea what they re doing or how to treat loyal customers who have patronized this store with a business account since 1997.

Really unpleasant experience. I've been to around 10 different Autozone stores all over the country for 20 years, and in my short 5 minutes at this one it was the worst. The lady working there was cussing before I even spoke to her while she was stocking shelves, and then she got very nasty with me when I tried returning a product. I understand if I can't return the product, but there was no reason to be as mean as she was. I won't be returning to this one.

Very Friendly and Helpful staff. The gentleman that was working Sunday took out my bad battery and replaced it with the new one at the same time helping the other staff with what questions and problems the was facing. Thank you very much

I went in to get a headlight bulb and I had a question. They had my headlight bulbs waiting for me and they were able to answer my question easily and quickly. The employ Terry and his manager were both super Amazing and we were both in and out very quickly and we both had our questions taken care of.

Wanted new battery, went to store on virgina Avenue was told short handed could not install.Left and went to dual highway store, was told did not have battery in stock!Returned to virgina Avenue store, still short handed with a employee working on own (personal) car! Store employee went to parking lot to get help, ( bring employee back in ). Went to make purchase of battery , was told could not sell unless I bought install kit! Dist. managers orders! $222.00 LOST SALE FOR PRICE OF FELT WASHERS.Called regional office three times, after which made contact with Bill the district manager, was told he could sell battery with out install kit. Shopping for battery three and a half (3.5) hours and still no help! Sad to say covid has made the ZONE lose it direction!No stock, No customer service ,No store leadership.

My kids and I stopped in this store on our way home from vacation. We had about a 5-6 hour trip left that night when my engine light came on and I had recently lost both headlights. Juan Jones was wonderful and probably one of the nicest people I've ever met! He took the time to help me with my headlights, explained what was wrong, and told me what all I needed. He was even going to help me find a local mechanic if I was staying in the area. He seemed genuinely concerned about our safety. He went above and beyond to help us and gave me the peace of mind returning home from our trip that night. Highly recommend this store and Juan Jones!

I had written a review but I guess it never got sent.To summarize, my recent issue was a 22 minute hold time on a phone call I recently placed for a quick question. Also, the customer service I received was pretty poor; the gentleman helping me offered no support in picking out what tools I needed. I ended up googling my answer instead while he went off to tend to another customer instead of actually helping the customer he already had.

Customer service was beyond exceptional, very pleased with my experience here today. CSR was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Helped me to find the best, yet affordable new battery and installed it in record time. My stress over this situation has been alleviated seeing as to how I definitely needed a reliable ride to work. Completely awesome, I will recommend this AutoZone location (Dual Highway, Hagerstown MD ,same plaza as Aldi's) to everyone. Thanks!

Went to get a battery and have it installed. Girl at desk said she had to stay and answer phone so couldn't install. 2 men stocking shelves . I asked if they could help and was told they don't know how to answer phone.Yep. We went across street to Advance Auto who said they hear this all the time. Our last trip ever to Auto zone.

I found what I needed, but had the sales person double check the computer anyway. All was fine, they rang me up and went with me to my car to switch out my windshield wiper blade. Wonderful experience.

Called around to find a k&n filter for my harley...a gentleman at this autozone looked it up..put me on hold for a minute, while he walked back to grab it and brought it up to the front desk. He made sure they had it before i drove out there and wasted my time. Never got his name so i could put it in this review. Anyways..got there the staff was friendly and helpful and rung me up quickly and was out the the door..but had to thank the person for finding my part..but he was busy and the back..but i did offer a thank you to him via another staff member.

I went to get windshield wipers for my car this evening, and was happily helped by Juan. He was probably one of the most kind, helpful, and funny people that I ve had help me. I usually only write reviews if they were exceptional and he definitely was. He put them on my car, and showed me how to as he was doing it, since I ve never put them on myself. I really appreciated his help, his great attitude, and one hundred percent would come back and ask for him for anything else I needed.

In 3 years of dealing with this store I can honestly say they never get it right the first time. I hate when other stores send me here for parts. Parts never come in when they should. Theres only ever 1 person slowly ringing up the line that is sometimes wrapped around the store. You have employees standing around doing absolutely nothing but won t bother to help. This store is the bottom of the barrel as far as autozone goes. Either hire new staff or just bulldoze the place.

The service was absolutely great. The employee that waited on me was wonderful.He came outside and replaced my headlight for me, which saved me a service fee at my dealership. I saved a lot of money yesterday. I certainly will return to your store for any service again. Also will let others know about the excellent service your store offers.

The employee was very helpful. Almost had everything I needed for the brake job in stock. Ordered one flex hose that arrived the very next day. I was able to finish the brake project very quickly.

I always get good service at this AutoZone. It seems that they almost always have the parts I need for my older vehicles. If they don't have them in stock they usually have them within a day or perhaps two days. Very nice people courteous and quick to respond do any questions you might have.

Love this store! The staff is always amazing they are friendly and very helpful they even come out to your vehicle to check out the problem and make sure that they are ordering the right part or just help you even install small parts sometimes depending on what it is. The store is always very clean and you never have to wait in a long line there's always someone there to help you right away!

I hate to say it, I've had a negative experience at this store Everytime I've been in. Employees consistently seem eager to be done with you. No desire to assist or look up parts. Knowledge is sorely lacking in pretty much every department. A far cry from the high quality service received at the AutoZone in Maugansville.

Thankful for the loaner tools even though I had to purchase a few as well to work on changing my thermostat out at the Virginia Ave store in Hagerstown when my car began to overheat along 81 really glad they had my parts in stock too!

My husband went in to get back windshield wiper for my CRV. He found what he needed and was standing in line for 15 or so minutes. A customer who came in after him and others, walked up to counter and, asked an employee a question and the employee walked off with him, then walked back with him to ring up the item. 2 other employees were standing back in isle talking amongst themselves. My husband asked why they were still waiting when other man had just walked in. No one said anything, so my husband laid the wipers down on counter and the 2 other customers behind him did the same thing and they all walked out. We drove across the street to Advance Auto and got the wiper we needed with courteous, friendly service! Will be going there for our Auto needs from now on!
