I had a great experience at the store yesterday. I was having a terrible day and needed to stop in for a headlight after working all day. Justin W. helped make the transaction effortless. He helped me pick out the headlights best for my needs, was thorough in making sure they were in fact headlights and not fog lamps as the computer description was quite misleading. And then he installed the new set in minutes. Thankful for a speedy trip so I could be on my way home.

I want to thank auto zone for helping me out of battery failure. Samantha changed the battery in the cold snow. I was down from store about a 100 yds in front of Dollar General. The manager and all are very caring people. They went beyond their normal service.

The workers there have an attitude and are not helpful. Very unprofessional. This used to be a nice store to get parts but is not anymore with the new employees there . Will not be going back.

Scott the manager is great. Have had a great experience with him for over a decade. However was just there today. His employees don't know what they are doing. You got to Google part numbers for them to find the stuff. They have a unprofessional I don't care attitude that reeks of hurry up and leave I really don't feel like helping you. When they talk they mumble like a 4 year old. Once again Scott is great but everyone else in that store when I was there needs to go.

They are ALWAYS are very nice and helpful at this location. NEVER have I been disappointed then going in there. Thanks for being a great store. And my dog was welcome too.

I called and they told me they had what I needed. I ask them to double check. They said they had it. I drove there and they did not have it. Did not even have a place for it on the shelf. Very disappointing.

The staff here is really great, especially Jen in commercial,. the managers and all the others are amazing too. They bend over backwards to cross reference and search for the best deal and the best part. Even with hard to find items that have to be special ordered or brought in from a different location. It is a pleasure to deal with people who are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and polite. Always a great experience when dealing with this location.

If I could have given less than one star, I would have given it. The way one of the staff members behaved was completely unacceptable. I needed a new battery, they gave me a few options and I picked one. Two of the staff members (who treated me well) mentioned I could redeem a $20 mail in rebate. When they printed the receipt I dint get any rebate instructions, when I asked how to apply they found out that the information they gave me was wrong. Another staff member comes to me and tells me they gave me wrong information. The way he spoke was very rude and that too for a mistake two of their staff members made. I would never go here and would advise people not to go if they wanted to be treated well. The manager calls me the next day and apologizes for what happened and offers the 20$ rebate. Its not about 20$ but the way they treat people - needless to say I denied it and mentioned I would never do business with them. Worst experience I ever had!

I needed a battery a but didn't want to spend a fortune on an old Pontiac I use for the cold months! I happen to be near the Maugansville store last week and I stopped there to buy a battery. I was ready to be offered a 'super, titanium, diamond nuclear' battery I didn't want or need for an old second car but I was surprised enough to write a review (something I usually don't do!)I was really impressed with the customer service! Nathan and Jay were not only very friendly, they were also sincerely helpful, which you don't see often in retail anymore! They found a battery that was cheaper than the one I expected to be pressured into, installed it for me, took my old one, cleaned out my battery terminals, checked my alternator, made sure everything was good once it was installed, did NOT except a tip and did it all for free! All this while it was really cold and in less than 20 minutes! I can't express how impressed I was and I found my new favorite parts shop, even though there is a closer auto parts store near me! Nice job Autozone, I have a little more faith in retail because of you guys! Jay and Nathan should be commended on their service, it felt like they wanted to do a good job just for the sake of doing a good job... in 2020/2021!!! Just Wow!!!

Just back from a headlight bulb fact finding and purchase trip to this store. Have visited many times and have never left without what I came for - this time however was noteworthy. It was nearly dark and one of the low beam bulbs went out on the way home from work. They had the bulbs I needed and I must compliment Larry on going above and beyond in his service to take care of me and my problem. I was also in need of a new cap for my washer fluid container and that was taken care of as well. Kudos to these people for their friendly and courteous service - my highest recommendations go out! Thank you for all you do to solve problems and keep me a satisfied customer.

I use auto zone more than any other auto parts store. Their staff is the most helpful. I was in a situation where I needed a part and I was short of cash and the guy gave me a discount to where I was able to get the part. Because of that I go there before any other place. That only happens to me one time. Thank God for him doing that because I would've lost my job at that time because my car was my meal ticket as a pizza delivery driver. The parts are usually cheaper than advanced auto. Plus in the store where they have a lot more accessories available to make your car look nice and give it a more personal touch. I love that. The only issue I have and that's with all auto parts stores is the policy on not being able to return electric parts. I have perfectly good parts sitting around doing no good because it wasn't what I needed. That needs to change. If you need something electrical make sure it's the problem or you'll end up paying money for something you didn't need and might not be abe to sell. Be careful of that. I definitely recommend auto zone. I buy cheap cars that always need work done to them and as long as they are in business I'll be using them. I just purchased a serpentine belt from them for my Honda Accord and it needs more work so they'll be seeing me again soon.

Ordered parts, gave exact description (heavy duty battery cable ends)Ordered 2 ends, they sent a whole card of the light duty (12)This happens at least twice a day each mistake costs me at least 1 hour down time each waiting for the right parts or having to order elsewhere when they send the wrong parts intentionally thinking that I can still use themWe ordered 4 1/2 cutoff wheels, instead of calling back and saying we don t have them they send out 3 30 minutes later saying you can use these can t you? The stories are never ending about the experience with them

Stopped in here because my wife's van has had some trouble and almost left her stranded. Doesn't act up all the time but when it does it's pretty much undrivable. Got it here and asked the guy could he come out with their handheld unit and check to see what repair codes it might display. He immediately did so, was very helpful, brought it back inside and printed out a copy of the report with the codes, and recommended a mechanic nearby who has a good reputation doing the type of work indicated by the repair codes. Very helpful and courteous!

I came in to buy parts for my dodge truck and Ethan Crum was very helpful with finding my parts in a timely manner. At first I thought he was a manager but then I realized that he wasn't but he would make a good manager by how he treated me.

This store is definitely getting better with their customer service. A year ago customer service was in the "toilet" so to speak. I literally stopped shopping there for 6 months. So they have come a long way, good job guys!!!

Very helpful people! Our van's serpentine belt tensioner bolt broke on a Sunday afternoon. Dan and Ethan were very helpful in assisting us with replacement parts and helping us contact a mechanic. Thanks guys.

Helped me find a tool for the job I was working on. Got the wrong tool (not their fault) so I went back with the bolt and got the tool I actually needed. Employee offered to take the wrong tool to exchange for what I really needed. Excellent customer service.

I stopped at Autozone this week for new wipers in the rain. Ethan was so helpful!!! I had no idea what I was doing. He came out, took a look at my car, then went back in and showed me my options. I purchased what was needed, he offered to put them on, (which of course I said yes) and 5 minutes later I was on my way! Thanks Ethan!

Came in with no receipt wanting a refund didn't remember my purchase date and Matt went though several days of past purchases to find mine. That's customer service. Thanks Matt(1663)... DUAL HWY location TAKE NOTES!!!.
