I have been here three times for tire installations. They are one of the few places that will install tires they didn t sell you. In addition, they sell really good used tires and that saved my a** last month.Today they ve outdone themselves. Above and beyond. I highly recommend them if you need anything tire related. They won my business as long as I m in this area.You should check them out.

Very Dishonest owner he sold my son a defective tire we didn t see that till we took it to get it install to pass inspection he didn t wan to exchange the bad tire or our money back I m sure he needs any cent he can get more than us People of hagerstown md be careful

This location provides exceptional customer service and impeccable knowledge and care with the cars they service. Would highly recommend everyone in Hagerstown to come here for maintenance or repairs! Best shop in town

Answered an add for a specific set of tires he said had 1k miles on them. They were not there 30 minutes later. Tried to sell me some bald a$$ tires instead. Bait and switch, don't do business with this guy. Still using the same add today !

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I had multiple issues with a tire that I purchased here. First, the tire leaked air the day after I got it. I messaged them the same day and didn t get a response for a week. I finally took it back and was told that the hole couldn t have came from them because it was too big. They were nice enough to plug the hole for free and sent me on my way. What they didn t explain to me was that the next day I would wake up to my tire completely out of air and sitting on the ground. After messaging the associate Giovanni, he calls me and tells me that they don t do plugs, and we re just trying to give me some kind of solution. Why would you plug my tire if that s not even a service you provide? He then explains to me that the hole was in a weird spot and they couldn t guarantee it was going to hold to begin with. None of this was explained to me so that I could have the option of maybe fixing it or just getting a whole new tire to begin with. Which, now a new tire would ve been the better option. Overall, this place is unprofessional and I just wouldn t recommend. You are better off buying your tires brand new at Walmart or something. At least then you ll know that you ll get more than 2 weeks out of a tire you spent your money on. They also have a better warranty

Location is called AutoBoxx now; they have great service, friendly staff.Reasonable prices for used tires.They also have a Tire Technician certification program for teens (15-18) year olds to apprentice until they can show competency, which is an amazing way to give back to the community.Really glad I found this spot, instead of a chain location. Even though I don t live here in Hagerstown and my Uncle has a Full Service garage back home; I d happily still stop here if I m in the area and in need of tires.

My experiences at AutoBoxx have been all positive! The staff is friendly and VERY knowledgeable. It is very rare to find a shop with honest mechanics, affordable prices AND a clean bathroom! AutoBoxx is truly a diamond in the rough.

My experience at AutoBoxx was great. The technicians were very knowledgeable and they made sure i understood what was taking place with my vehicle ever step of the way. They also have a Youth program where they teach the youth about the automotive field. They were a joy to experience ang i will be recommending to all my family and friends

We came in from Germantown with a flat tire on a Saturday. The places in Germantown could not help us. When other places nearby Hagerstown were closed, Autoboxx was open. They found a replacement tire at a very reasonable price. The staff was cheerful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice people I have aftermarket wheels and asked are my wheels gonna get messed up they said no well they did they should have put a rag between the wheels and the fingers so now there s marks the whole way around my wheels if you have anything nice I wouldn't suggest

IF YOU THINKING OR TRUSTING THEM WITH YOUR AUTOMOBILE I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO THINK AGAIM!!! I WOULDNT ALLOW THEM TO TO PUT AIR IN A BICYCLE TIRE AFTER THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED 1ST THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THOUGHT THEY COULD PUT DOWN "THIS WHITE MAN" TO MY HUSBAND AND I THEN TOOK THREE HOURS PLUS TO CHAINGE OUR TIRES AND CHARGED US $300.00 FOR THAT SNAIL SERVICE AND THE WORST OR UT IS THEY DAMAGED OUR TRUCK LEFT IT ALL GREASY LOST OUR SCREW CAPS ON OUR WHEELS AND THEY REFUSED TO FIND THEM OR REPLACE THEM COATING US 120$ TO RIGHT THEIR WRONGS SMH NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID PLZZ
