Daniel is a great guy and owner of the shop. Gives reasonable price and gets the work done quick. Got my stock exhaust removed and aftermarket on for a great price. They had it done in under 2 hours. Plus I was late. Was supposed to be there at 8 AM but got there at 1 PM. Brittany was also great over the phone and had me gone and out the door quick.

I had an amazing experience at Anderson Automative! My car exhaust broke down on the highway and I was worried about the sound. Luckily, I found this place. Dan and his team, Brittany and Ryan, were super kind and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice. The team explained the problem to me and assured me that my car was going to be okay. The service was fast and the price was reasonable. Thank you Dan, Brittany, and Ryan!

Dan and his team will not disappoint you!I found Anderson Automotive after failing to find Subaru "experts" locally. I went to a few shops that specialize in import or Subaru vehicles only to be disappointed by spotty communication or upcharged for services because they were "specialists".I own two Subarus and wanted a local, reliable, honest service team that are Subaru experts, not just claim to be. So I took a chance on Anderson Automotive and luckily found all those qualities, I will not go anywhere else!From Brittney their receptionist, Curtis their lead tech or Dan the owner, the entire team is incredibly nice, easy to talk to and offer no pressure sales. They will work with your budget, focus on priority needs and make realistic recommendations.They helped bring my 2015 Forester XT back to road worthiness after I blew out a wheel bearing and gave me a clear, transparent idea of what I needed to focus my attention on over the next year to get it running tip top. I also own a very rare JDM Legacy wagon that I'm hesitant to allow anyone to work on but entrusted Dan and his team after having an honest talk with them about their ability to work with it. They made my decision easy even though they do not advertise as a performance shop and helped me fix and maintain its quality, plus work with me on adding performance parts. After all they're enthusiasts too and welcomed the opportunity to help me on my project. Their workmanship, attention to detail and fairness have 100% earned my trust and business.Take it from me, give Anderson Automotive a chance and I'm sure you'll become a customer for life too!

Choose this place based on the reviews and i m happy that I did. These guys are very professional and their pricing is very reasonable and doesn t make you feel like they re just trying to get the most money they can get from you. I took my car back to them a day after I picked it up because of a minor issue, they took the car with no problem and fixed the issue and also provided a loner car while I waited. All around great service

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They make sure your vehicle is running perfect and to keep you safe in your travels. Easy to schedule an appointment online and they have excellent communication about readiness of your vehicle and needs. Definitely give them a try! You won't be disappointed.

Dan is massively experienced. His business is almost run like a dealership. He will do right by you. Britney & Ryan are awesome..very customer service oriented & the mechanics are top notch. 110% recommend Anderson Automotive.

I don't even have words for how amazing Dan and his team are. Last year I stumbled upon them when I had something wrong with my front axel and I have been back numerous times since than. From first impressions Dan and his team are great and have treated me very well. I live 30minutes away but now have named Anderson Automotive as the shop I will use for everything I can! They are always there to assist and are very flexible with my needs. There is so much good I could say, if I could rate even higher I would. Please keep up the great work and I look forward to coming in again, hopefully only for oil changes and nothing serious!

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience at Anderson Automotive was. The customer service exceeded my expectations, Brittany and Ryan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They were overly communicative and delivered exceptional service in such a timely manner. We have a fleet of vehicles and desperately needed help when a motor blew up! Dan and his team scheduled us within days for a full motor replacement and they delivered! We also had a few minor repairs done, oil changes, new tires, and general Maintenance on another van. They are fair with their pricing, and we finally have a mechanic we can trust! Go see Dan and his team for all your mechanical needs you will NOT be disappointed!

Anderson Automotive performed a free wrench-off inspection of my 04 Subaru Forester and located critical problems, which could have possibly caused an accident or the need for roadside assistance. The car was towed in with a water pump failure at 196k+ miles just about time for a timing belt. All repairs were completed with a detailed report of the completed work which is warranted. Nice folks to work with and came highly recommended through another Subaru owner.

Amazing experience from start to finish. They were kind, informative and honest. They fixed my issue I took my vehicle in for (free of charge)as it was just a piece of plastic hanging down. They did a complete multipoint inspection and did not try to upsell me on anything. Alot of mechanics talk down to women, but Dan was quite the opposite and I was not made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about when asking questions. 1 great experience will now make me a lifetime visitor. Dan and his crew are awesome. I had 2 previous coworkers go here and they raved about their experience. I had the absolute same! You won't be sorry choosing Anderson Automotive!

Want to start this off by saying I am a 0 car knowledge girl. Go ahead and judge me. But I normally ask others in my life if I need to double check stuff. Any way this place is just a big WOW. I went in for an oil change and the package included so much. One of the things was an inspection. I am bragging about this because the inspection came with pictures so I could see what they were talking about. I have NEVER been to a place that does this. They are now my new forever car place. The crew is so nice and I feel comfortable and safe. If you are looking for a place or need a change please look them up!!!!!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a garage. Jon took his time to explain exactly what the issue was with my car AND gave me the opportunity to look over the car with him and give an assessment of the condition of the vehicle. Anderson Automotive is a great repair shop. Dan was able to fix my daughter s car after another repair shop caused damage. He showed me the problem and explained what needed to be done to fix it correctly. I highly recommend Anderson Automotive if you re looking for an upfront and honest repair shop.

I had a good experience at Anderson Automotive the changed my oil and filter. The also checked everything else and took pictures of problem areas. There was a lot more wrong with my car than I thought. I will definitely be taking my car back to have the work done as I can afford to. Thank you Anderson Automotive.

Glad I found this shop.They performed an oil change for about half of what I had paid last year. I was concerned that for the price they may not use the correct oil but it was sitting on the counter when I arrived.Since it was my first visit they performed a free inspection of the vehicle.I know my car well and the results were right on. There wasn't anything reported to try to induce me to make unnecessary repairs.Happy I found a new garage.

My 2013 Grand Cherokee broke down on me due to an engine problem. Andersons worked with the warranty company (as difficult as they were) made multiple calls on my behalf, and kept me in the loop on everything. My warranty company was not easy to work with at all but Anderson had not problem jumping on a conference call with myself and them to get everything situated. They took my circumstances in consideration and went above and beyond to help me. After a month and a half of not having my car (again due to warranty company) I m so happy to have it back and in working order. Dan, and Brittany were so kind and communicative, I m really happy my car fell into their lap, and no one else s.

Had a minor accident on the highway outside Hagerstown during a 7 hr. trip the day after Christmas. Pulled into Anderson as one of the only places that was open. They put the car on the lift, verified that there was no structural damage and we were safe to keep going, zip tied a panel up so it wouldn't rub on the wheel and sent us on our way with no charge. Excellent, friendly and kind service.

Arrived with a car in desperate need of an oil change. Was greeted by one of the friendliest receptionists/office employees I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. My car got a full inspection done and I received a very detailed maintenance report with 30-day quotes from the owner. Good first impression from phone appt with Brittney to meeting Dan and talking with tech for pick up. They even offered a loaner car since they were going to be longer with my car. They repaired a water pump and a few solenoids. So far so good.

All of the staff here was great! They are honest and to me that is most important! They actually went over work I had previously had at another shop and gave me a big piece of mind. I would recommend them to anyone. I've never been helped out by a more genuine crew

Good Job Anderson Family!! They helped me when I broke down, waited until t got towing and I was safe. Excellent job on my Jeep. Brittany would call and keep me updated on the repair and or if waiting on parts. Nice people, reasonable prices. I will continue to use their services.

my boyfriend just had work done on his car here by Dan & his crew and i would highly recommend this place to anybody struggling with car problems.
