Yesterday I came to this AAP on Virginia Ave and all of the employees were a great help to me and my family as we were trying to change out my mass air flow sensor and cabin air filter. Employees lended tools even came out to help when I couldn t figure out the issue my self.

First I get hastled about price matching with a competitor then I'm told I can't use my speed perks with a price match this company is greedy and does not appreciate the consumer that keeps them in business. I now know why I went to autozone instead of these jokers. Save your time and money because you will not be valued with this company in any way!

This store have a bunch a lazy employee they can't even get the oil filter for me i have to find myself and also i have to bag my purchase they're playing on their phone

Worst customer experience ever, a single employee taking care of the register, two employees walking around in the stores doing nothing, one of them looks at the line and says " I got to roll" and leaves" the second employees see the line and won't help , there is another employee in the parking lot drinking an slurpee.. I am taking my business somewhere else. Shame on you advance auto parts for Hiring employees with the level customer service.

Needed to return a phone charger. Employee (female) helped me tremendously! She went beyond expectations to get me a phone charger that worked, after checking my car fuses. Super friendly and willing to help!!

Don t buy anything from this store or company. I was sold the wrong set of lights and went into return it with the receipt a day later and was told I couldn t do a refund. The manager is rude. I won t spend any money here. (Response) I don't understand why customer service is responding to my post. When your store manager refuse to take the return back. Causing me to wait days to try to get a refund.

I was just there thinking I would need to do a return but was helped by Anthony who helped me realize I had the right bulb. He went above and beyond in service to double check everything and was super nice. I will definitely come back here for future auto part needs!

The guys that work here know their stuff or know who to go to about most questions I've ever had. I always recommend making sure you sign up and use your perk rewards. I almost always order my parts etc online to pickup in store. But i cannot say enough about the staff here.

I absolutely dread having to go to this location. It s always a hassle. Had to go today and inquired about price matching. Well once Sue was finished biting my head off she may want to review the company s policy . Because NO WHERE in their POLICY does it list stores they will or will not price match with. I would rather pay dealer prices then deal with this location

They always have what I need and at a much lower price than Autozone. The only thing that I don't like is the inability to use email discount codes at the register. You have to pack your purchase online for the discount and then pick up your items.

This location is often very busy and can tanke a little time to get some help but when a staff member is available, they are friendly, knowledgeable and always offer to carry anything heavy to my vehicle. Great group of employees and by far one of the better locations!!

Donnie helped me with a return not processed properly and fixed it promptly and without issue. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful while I was in the store. I will continue bringing my business to this location. High remarks for the Valley Avenue Winchester, VA location, as well.

I needed a new battery and the tech that helped was very knowledgeable and not only helped me with my battery and changing it out, but also made other product recommendations for another issue I was having. Very friendly staffing!

There was only one cashier and took over 20 minutes to get through the line. Cashier was very pleasant and helpful. Saw alot of associates in the back. I think one of them should at least came up to help the customers when it started backing up.

When I walk in the door, I simply ask about what I'm looking for and I'm taken directly to it. I go to the counter, get rung up and I'm out the door. Great service and on I go with my day. Thanks Advanced Auto!

A few days before showing up at Advance Auto Parts, I was experiencing some strange overheating with my car. Thank GOD it didn't go into the "red zone". Was getting worried that it was braking down because a month ago it had an oil change, tier's roll-tated, radiator flush, rear transfer change, and all fluids check. Scratching my head on this mystery. This morning, checked the radiator and fluid, the the oil. Mystery is about to be solved. Oil level low. With no motor oil on hand I knew that I had to take it to a place that I rely on.Not only does this store have most of my needs, the people here are friendly and will listen to your problem (vehicle mostly) and help out so your vehicle is running right. They can test your battery, to see if you need a new one or something else. If you have a "check engine" light on, they'll either test it for you, or you can borrow their's. Then they will help as much as possible to get the right parts, or help you in a right direction to a reliable mechanic/ shop. You can even get a set of wiper blades, and ask them to install them right after buying the wipers.Good place. Great people!

I have an older car that likes to overheat every now and again, luckily I was near advance Auto parts and the two kind gentlemen at the registers help me with putting coolant in and notice that my hose was blown up twice the size it should have been knowing that I didn't have a lot of money they offered to put it on for free!

Advance Auto Parts offers many types of car repair items. As of right now, they do not seem to be helping with windshield wiper installments, battery installments, code reading, or other free services. They have handicap parking spaces and a handicap accessible entrance. The store is clean and organized and employees are always willing to help you find an item.

Employees are knowledgeable but rude, and often too busy to assist with even basic questions. Prices and sales are good, but it often takes several tries to get the right combo of items to make the sale work.

Nothing wrong with this location. Been here a few times. Generally an ok experience. They helped me a handful of times finding what I needed over the years. I'm just partial to the "other" parts store. Not a bad place to try and get your parts.

I was able to find the parts I needed, however at times the music is too loud and discourages. Importantly, please be careful with working on your vehicle around the back area of the store-wooded area. I was accosted by two individuals who pulled up behind my vehicle then acted as if they were just going to do a number one near the woods. I believe they had the intention of trying to rob me. Their mannerisms were very suspect. I could not drive off since I had my vehicle facing a wall, but it wouldn't have done any good if the vehicle was not, because I had removed the drive shaft from my vehicle. I quickly locked the vehicle and rapidly walked over to the front of the store where others can see me.

Very nice staff willing to come out to your car and check out problems you may have. Prices are reasonable for the type of store. Lots of carwashes happen here.

Bought a battery online, picked up later in the day and they installed it a and professionally. No guys or issues. Manager and staff are really nice.
