They were really friendly and changed my oil fast. I didnt have to wait hours and they took me rite before closing which I really appreciated! Great team work

Check the reviews and see that all the 5 star ones are fake. You bring your vehicle there thinking that a friend is going to take care of you and you get scammed. Your car sits there for months and the employees straight up lie to your face. And when it s not convenient for them to keep it anymore they have it towed to the other side of town without informing you what they re doing with your vehicle. There is no communication whatsoever and nothing is safe with them. They keep your car, charge you or your insurance 1,000$ to store it there and without fixing it pretty much tell you to screw yourself. This place has been going downhill since the change in ownership whether it s significantly increased pricing or straight up terrible service. STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS!!! Drive to California before you ever come near this place!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I wish I read the reviews before taking my car to this place, (but who expects a friend to scam you) after almost 3 months my car sitting in there and them giving me bulls**t now I m dealing with them trying to scam me, charging me more than what the car costs! Please stay away from this place I m warning you. Getting a lawyer definitely

My fan stopped working and I took my car to these horrible set of mechanics to find out the cause, fix it and change oil for me. After working on my car, within 7 hours after I left their shop, my car started smoking from the exhaust pipe and burning the antifreeze. As i write this message I m trying to raise 2700 dollars to buy a new engine and to have my car fixed by professionals. I will advise nobody to visit this shop. They are not experienced. They are not reliable and trustworthy.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This is the best auto repair shop in the area and county! I have brought my car & SUV several times to Hebron. Mohammed is the best mechanic and more importantly he cares about your safety. He and the staff (Adam) will drop everything to help you and they don't rip you off! I would recommend this shop over any in the ares!!!

I was going to the shop for repairs and oil changes and at first they were pretty good! It wasn't until July 9th the day after my car was recked in a accident , I sent my car to them trusting that they would continue to deliver on time services. The services I needed was a supplemental estimate sent to my insurance company, however they did the process wrong and then took their time to correct it and send to my insurance company so they can decide if they going to pay for the extra damages or total it out, all they had to do was put it on a lift and take pictures! Me and my insurance company constantly called trying to find out what was hold up and their only response is we'll get to it right away, but still nothing ,I even rode pass a few times only to see my vehicle still sitting all the way in the back, while they're working on other vehicles. During that time I had a rental car since July 10th that me and my insurance company was paying for with a $500 dollar limit. They took so long sending them what they needed, that I ended up going over the limit and costing me an additional $800 out of pocket because I have children and we still needed a way to get around for Dr appointments, etc while waiting for them!... The process wasn't completed until July 30th and my insurance company deemed my car a total loss! After, I took the rental back because I was out of money,I went to talk to the boss and showed him my enterprise receipt, I asked him could they please reimburse me some of my money back, for prolonging a simple process and causing me to go over my limit and then costing me additional money I really don't have, because I was using my disability check to cover it. He asked me to pay him the $250 deductable for the estimate onceaonce hewhe found out they totaled it, I told him I didn't have it because it went to the rental, and the payment from my insurance company was paying offsoff my loan so I didn't see any money either ! He said I'm not giving you anything so take me to court! What should I do at this point , because I'm livid about how they treated me as a customer?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my 2004 BMW745li(noticed another bmw was in the bay next door)in for an oil change.i was across the street at salves getting oil for a cheaper price.After driving off the lot I noticed car lost power and was stalling when driving. Came back immediately same day technician was not there. Came back following morning same result. Also my ipod touch was missing out of my armrest. Most likely the mechanic hit the pedal hard while I was gone. I saw him doing the same to the Grey bmw that was in the bay next doorService: Oil change

After stopping in for a brake check and asking if there was a fee for checking my brakes they charged me 20 bucks still. I feel cheated as I could have gone to a place that guarantees free brake checks. Will not be returning here.

The guys @ Hebron are "GREAT", they are honest, fast, and very good at what they do. If you are looking for a honest & skilled mechanic then I highly recommend HEBRON!!!

Went to get my 02 sensor fixed and left with more codes and problems and they acted like they didn't care....I definitely wouldn't recommend getting your car serviced here at all
