The Manager, William is a true professional. I ve had issues with my 69 Buick , but he is very knowledgeable and fair. The other staff are polite and professional. I recommend this business.

Manager Souleymane is Horrible. Today I had my receipt to return my core transmission with my returnable transmission. Manager Souleymane denied me access to return the transmission stating he didn t have enough cash. I explained I paid with my debit card. I asked if he could return it to my card? He said he has to check with his GM. He walked to the middle of the aisle away from me so I couldn t hear what was said and came back saying no he could not honor it. I bought my transmission 4 days ago from a store in PA. I live in MD. He told me I have to return it back to the PA store. Both the store in PA and Corporate advised I didn t have to take it to any specific Autozone because they all can do returns. I would not recommend this location as the manager is very hard to deal with. Take the extra drive to Reisterstown Rd location. Manager is not just difficult with me but other customers as well.

I brought a battery never got any use of it ! I brought it back several times they would not give me another battery the battery looked like the same one I brought in to exchange! It didn't look new, at all I paid $100.00 for a new battery I never got an chance to use!

No matter what time you go in here they re slow as hell if you have to get something simple don t go in here I even tried to come back and give it a second go. They close the door and locked it soon as I came in the parking lot.

Good location plenty of parking including handicap, the Sales Associate was professional courteous and informative, very helpful. Prices reasonable was able to find what I needed.

Cashier was polite, helped me with getting front brakes and oil for my vehicle. He even had the same name as my middle school sweetheart Ronel lol. He even offered to carry my items to my car His granny must have raised him. God bless his little soul!

The staff is nice....but that's about it. Everything is marked up higher than any other store in the area, and the staff has to suggest other stores like Walmart because their are told to force upsell, meaning if you need a part, and the cheapest price is $50, and the more expensive brand is $300, they are to tell customers that the $300 price is the cheapest available.

William Mobley ( Store manager) the worst attitude a man could have. First off he spends most of his time on the phone. I work as an anonymous shopper but I was just in autozone 6134 as a regular customer. I tell you if I was assigned to that store this store would simply fail just because of Mr. Mobley. He is not friendly nor is he kind. I witnessed him yell at an oldLady because she simply didn t know what kind of oil she took in her car. Now I can understand how this area couldMake him stern. But more often than not it s elderly people in the Gwynn oak area of Baltimore. . He is rude majority of the time

Received great service whenever I came into the store. No matter what the situation is they resolved the problem and have great customer service. Brittany and Darius work very wel in the store and helped me each time. The store manager is polite and have a great staff.

I have been coming to this AutoZone for a l few months and I see it s been a change in staff but whenever I see Cortez it s a positive experience. I came in looking for a quart of oil and Cortez first question to be was why? I thought it was odd but I told him the car said it s five percent low. With a smile Cortez said you don t need oil you it time for oil change is all. He came out and checked my oil for me. Great service

Great Experience. I purchased rotors and breaks today at AutoZone. The two men that were working were kind, knowledgeable and personable. It appeared as if they enjoyed their job and serving customers! I would return to this location, if they are there.

I ve been to other autozones but this by far is my favorite location . The staff and management are by far the best . I ve worked with Dontae , Brittany and the store manager Charles. They are very knowledgeable as well as very effective in coming up with a resolution to meet your vehicles needs as well as pleasing well rounded and understanding customers.They definitely go above and beyond while making you feel as welcomed as possible. Go check them out !

Horrible customer service. Workers were not friendly and barely helpful. We had to install our own battery. This is a brand new location. To top it off while we are trying to install our battery ourselves another customer comes out of the store complaining about the service here. I ve never had this problem at any other location. Will not be returning. I d rather drive to advance auto parts. Don t waste your time here!

Staff was incredibly rude and ignorant. Watched myself, husband and 4 year old daughter like we were thieves. If I didn't need coolant and other items I would have went elsewhere. The guy at the front was lazy and when asked a question about auto item he looked like he was dumbfounded. Will NEVER come back to this location again just because of three employees.

I needed help with an issue regarding tools, however the first guy to help me just kinda walked away without asking if I needed anything else then was just casually hanging out at the counter while I still needed help. The second employee was very helpful however, and offered to help me by installing my purchased windshield wipers.

The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and assisted me with wheel bearings, and parts for a full tune-up. It's great to have such a team so close to my home that I can depend on to get me what I need for my car AutoZone Needs!

I don t know much about cars but one of my lights came on and I stopped here on a whim. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. Corteze came out to explain how to check my oil and put some in for me. I m really grateful to the staff at autozone. Also, I feel like I learned something which is also a plus! Thank you!

Awsome customer service.me and my husband went to three different autozone and they wouldnt assist in any way but mr.charles did above and beyond came out and assisted us with everything and gave us so much insitful information would recommend coming back here
