My experience with JC Customs was excellent. My new to me Toyota Tacoma, which I got from Carvana had a crack in the dealer installed fender flare that needed to be repaired. The damage was covered under warranty and this body shop was an approved facility to fix it. I went online and seen the excellent reviews and decided to try them out. I dropped it off Monday, and picked it up that Friday.The repair was perfect, and the paint matched. Huge kudos to the person at the front desk, which I forgot her name, but she was amazing. She made this whole process seem less, and answered my many questions in person and over the phone.During the initial drop off, the technician spoke with me about the damage, and was very thorough. There was no bad experience during this whole process, and I highly recommend JC Customs. Thank you!

Fantastic business to repair your damaged vehicle. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My truck was delivered on time and flawless. The interaction between the employees and management reflects professionalism and respect. I think they really enjoy doing what they do and they are darn good at it. No doubt I made the right decision by using their service.

Had a great experience with JC Customs. I did not want everything replaced since this was not an insurance claim. I just wanted the dent repaired. They worked with me to focus on what was important to me and the results were what I expected. The workmanship and the interaction with the appraiser and owner explaining their work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Johnny knows what he's doing. Did a beyond fantastic job on my Monte Carlo SS 1987. He brought my car back to life. He responds fast and calls you back. Amanda at the desk always has a great attitude and is very polite. She answers the phone with a smile every time. Thank you guys so much and everyone at JC Customs. You have a customer for life.

I took my 2014 Mustang Gt to Johnny to have him check on an issue and he got on it right away, and pointed me in the right direction to get the issue solved. Hehandled my Gt with care and respect.

I was referred to JC Customs by a local tow truck company after a minor mishap during the snowstorm. Both the driver and tow company were very gracious and kind in the situation. Good people tend to be connected with good people. Johnny, the owner, took care of the repair quickly and professional and personable. I would recommend him to anyone, as he is dedicated to his craft, honest, and is well-established in his field. I drove about 25 miles to get to the shop, and it was well worth it. There aren t a lot of people like Johnny out there, period. If you need work done on your car and you are outside of Glen Burnie, go the extra mile and take it to JC Customs. There is no substitute for integrity and experience.

I am beyond impressed with the service that I received at JC Customs! The turn around on my car was really fast, the paint and craftsmanship was as great as when it left the factory, and the owner will only use after market parts with lifetime warranty as opposed to factory parts that usually have a one year warranty on them. Lifetime warranty on labor? You know it! Overall a very great experience and incredible work ethic from the owner. I will always recommend JC Customs to everyone I know!

The entire team worked together to repair my cars bodywork and keep me informed about everything (in advance). They are extremely welcoming and professional. But most of all my repairs with impeccable. Thank you so much, I truly appreciate your teams superb customer service.

Thank you JC Customs/Hot Rods for the expert care and service as you totally repaired and restored my VW 100% back to normal from an accident. This is the worst bodyshop I've ever experienced! Aside from the lie I was told regarding my window I had some repairs done to the body. My car now has two tone paint, it's completely covered with over spray! I would never refer anyway to this place! Make sure you take good pictures of your car prior leaving it there!

Very positive experience! My vehicle ended up at J C Customs as the result of a fender-bender, and being recommended by Geico. I was called by Cindy when my vehicle was towed there, to make sure we were all on the same page. During the repair process, Johnny was quick to return calls, and had thoughtful answers for all of my questions. The repair was completed in a very reasonable time frame considering the damage to my vehicle. The best part is that my repaired truck looks great, and actually goes down the road better than before the accident. Thanks J C Customs!

I would highly recommend JC Customs in Glen Burnie. They were recommended to me by Geico after a fender-bender. They restored my vehicle to good as new so you can't even tell there was any damage done. They did the work quickly and kept me well informed along the way. Very friendly and easy to work with. Ten stars isn't enough for this place! OUTSTANDING! The work they did on my car is exquisite. The staff is professional and personable. They did quite a bit of work in a reasonable amount of time. Can't say enough good things about this place.

JC Customs is a very good Body Shop. They can be trusted and the Owner will not let anything go out unless it is perfect. He only uses Original Factory Parts, not OEM replacements. Matches the Paint 100%. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. He will be the only place I will take my auto for any body and paint work.

They were amazing! Professional and courteous. They kept me informed every step of the way. The work was done quickly and done well...they even cleaned up the car and vacuumed. I would absolutely recommend them!

Car was taken there one may 17. And pates were not ordered very timely and work was not started till june and was finally ready on june 20 th.

Nice people, Johnny and his guys were very friendly and helpful.A huge shop capable of doing whatever you need done to your car or truck and maybe even boat as they fiberglass too.

I'm not sure if I remember correctlyI was looking for a way to "doll up" current vehicle. One place discouraged any altering. Unusual for a customs shop IMO

Checked many of body shops to fix a old classic 1963 falcon they answered all question made great suggestions J C CUSTOMS has my baby at there shop getting fixed

The job was only supposed to take a month and took over 6 months. Was charged double the original quote and they didn't even do all of the work. Would never go there again or recommend anyone else there
