I highly recommend this location. I have had tires, brakes, engine issues, and steering mysteries all completed at this store and cannot recommend them enough. I have referred several people there as well and everyone is pleased with their service. Very honest and they do quality work!

I've used Wilson's 4 or so times and have always been extremely pleased. We've purchased tires, had tires repaired, and also had alignments done. No arm twisting, no upselling, and they are very good at explaining options and also what is required. I will continue to has long as I am in the area. We highly recommend working with Colin upfront - super thorough and polite!

First visit, very positive. Greeted immediately, my car was moved in quickly (I had an appointment) and the tire repair service was completed in a reasonable time (I waited.) Facility was comfortable and clean. Pricing for a patch on a performance tire was as expected. Will go back when needed.

December 30, 2022. Bubble in tire. Desperate. Two hours before closing. They checked to make sure they had my tire in stock and had me come in. Great service. Reasonable prices. Good selection. Friendly and the best customer service. Life savers!!

When I suffered a blow out and dry rotted tires on my camper, the folks at Wilson's stepped up, found the tires I needed at a price I could live with and rallied to get them mounted by the time they closed. Amazing service from some great guys!

Second time using them for Tire Rack installation services and another great experience. From the "Good Morning" from Colin to the checkout conversation regarding my car, tires and alignment with Dave. They are always professional and make me as a female customer feel comfortable and understand the repairs. Highly recommend and we return for future maintenance and services.

Hadn t been there in 4yrs. Live very close to their service center. Had a flat tire barely made it there.Called and got appt. same day. They showed me available tires in shop for my car. My tires had not been replaced in 5 yrs. These guys are the best! Serviced my vehicle very well!

UPDATE FROM THE 2018 POST: I have been coming to this shop since 2016 when I got my first car. Though i did have one not so great experience, Dean immediately rectified it and has continued with the same great quality. These guys have always had the best customer service, attention to detail and quality work. I don t feel as if I am being ripped off and I appreciate their thoroughness in making sure everything is checked. Though I ve been to other places, Dean, Toby, and Dave have done an incredible job and I always feel comfortable at this shop. Great job guys!

I went for tire installation, balancing, and alignment. I waited and they had my vehicle ready well before promised, which was awesome. They are very friendly yet professional people and their prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend Wilson Tire & Auto and will be back for more work in the future.

It's very rare that you deal with honest people in the automotive repair business. It's even more rare that you encounter them in the tire business. The staff at Wilson Tire & Auto Service are professionals through and through. They show you exactly what's wrong your vehicle, lay out your options without trying to push pricier or cheaper options, and are willing to work within reasonable limits.I came into the shop with a flat tire. I was told that they had appointments but would try to fit me in as soon as they could. Within 30 minutes they had diagnosed what the problem was, had shown me where it was and explained my options. I had a nail in a problematic location at a very difficult angle that would make their method of repair very difficult. They advised me that it was a pretty good chance that the tire would need replacing but that they could try to save it. I asked them if they would try and if it didn't work out we would discuss options. Instead, in 5 minutes I walked out with a fixed tire and a sub $40 bill, most of it for labor (only a dollar per minute)I am very satisfied with the experience and service I received and will definitely be returning if I ever encounter any more pesky nails.

Front 2 Tire replacement...I had a great experience which compelled me to write this review. I have not had such a good experience with car repair shops before. I shopped around and they had the best prices for the specific tires I was looking for. They gave me a appointment for the following day, took me right away when I got there. Told me it would be an hour or so, I expected it would be longer than that but they were about 30-40mins. Both tires changed and at the door. The sales person at the counter was very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and gave me quotes that I asked for. They give you multiple options for pricing so you can choose the best option for you. Not pushy at all. Would highly recommend and I will be going back for my car needs.

I contacted Wilson s about fixing a tire for me and checking my tire pressure system. They were so nice about everything and told me to drop it off in the AM and they ll keep it for half the day. It didn t even take them an hour to figure out what was wrong with my tire. Even though it wasn t something they could fix, I really appreciated their great customer service and their quick catch! I had taken this tire to a previous auto shop who found nothing wrong with my tire. Would highly recommend!

They always take great care of me. Fair prices! Fair estimates! Will break down and prioritize the work you need so you don t go broke. The guys even fixed a few small things on the car for me at no additional charge. (My tag was coming loose and they fixed it. No charge.). Seems like a small extra but other shops lie to you about the cost of work and nickel and dime you for anything extra. I love these guys. Been going there for years with three different cars. I won t trust anyone else.

Great place! To start an employee made it a point to wait at the entrance and hold the door open for me and my two small children. The parking lot of full and all the bays had vehicles. I needed a patch done on a flat tire. While they're going over everything with me (due to me driving on the tire in a parking garage, there was a chance it couldn't be repaired) my children started getting rowdy as toddlers do. The gentleman behind the counter gave them each a coloring book and a pack of crayons. They told me it would be a couple hours until they could do it, so I dropped it off. They called me before the couple hours were up to tell me they were able to fix it. (Thankfully!) They put the tire back on and I'm ready to go. This place is great and I will definitely use them again. Everyone was very polite and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks again guys!

I took a tire/wheel, off the car, in to Wilson because it had a slow leak.Turns out it had a bubble on the sidewall so Wilson would not fix it.When I went to check pressure so I could drive the car to the dealer I discovered they had removed the cap and stem from the from the tire fill valve.Talking to a rep at Wilson he denied they had done anything to the tire. So they won't fix the tire, which I understand, and then they are so careless to remove the stem and cap, apparently loose them and them lie to me they hadn't.I personally will never go there again.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and needed to find out why. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. My car was taken right into the bays and within 30 minutes they had found a screw in the tire and plugged the hole. The staff was very friendly during my wait. I would highly recommend this business for your tire needs.

Came here last summer for some tire changes due to a flat but these guys definitely deserve some praise for their outstanding service. I forgot the individuals that helped me out but regardless, great people. Kind, speedy service, and constantly giving updates on cars.They even fixed (rethreaded) a nut that seemed to be messed up without charging me extra for that. Not sure if that's something that usually would be charged but that's not the point.Keep up the great work and service here!Highly recommended!

My wife had issues with her car for 3 months, to the point where it became not drivable.We went through 4 different mechanics before taking it to Wilson's ... It's been running fantastic for two months and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg.These guys definitely know what they are doing, and won't overcharge or make up things that need to be fixed.Highly recommended!!!

**Update** I spoke to Dean and cleared the air. I feel comfortable enough to return for more service. I appreciate his professionalism and desire to make it right. It is good to know if you have any problems at Wilson s, they care and will resolve them. Their work is unquestioned and my experience with one person was part misunderstanding and part oversight. I don t regret leaving the review, this was a learning experience.

Great repair shop. I have been coming here for a few years and have had oil changes, general car repair, and tire replacement. This shop has great mechanics who are honest and really put good effort into the repairs and communicating options for fixes. Very transparent and no games. Fast and good quality service. A little bit pricier than some repair shops, but you get what you pay for. Always recommend Wilson tire and auto to anyone who needs service on their car.

We have used this location of Wilson multiple times now and that is because of the exceptional service that Dean and his team provide. They are super helpful, honest, and caring. They are willing to spend be time with you to ensure you are getting the information you need. Keep up the great work guys!

Two stars is being generous in my opinion. I would assume the high ratings come from how nice the lobby people are. They're super welcoming and courteous when helping people but that's not what should dictate how good this place actually is. I just spent over $300 dollars for them to check the noises my car was making, they replaced my battery and changed my brake caliber hardware but my car is still making noises. That all aside it's incredibly frustrating when I'm there to pick up my car there is no notes as to what they found in the diagnostic tests they did and no one there I could speak to that could answer my questions about my car since apparently everyone who worked on my car yesterday wasn't there today. I just can't help but think it was a waste of my hard earned money because nothing was done. Doubt I'll go back but I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone and I'll go tell the people who did recommend them to me just how much they cost me

Based on google reviews I decided to try this place out for alignment, tire balance and some brake work. Dropped off my truck and left it there for the day. I was very impressed with the communication, the updates and the overall experience. They even fixed my motor mount issue which I know was a pain in the ass and charged me for about a half hour of labor. Definitely going back if I need more work again. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Wilson's for roughly the past year and they've been nothing short of personable, professional and informative and that's the rarest thing, especially for an auto shop. Definitely suggest them if you need a fix on your vehicle. Shout out to Toby for going above and beyond as well!

Grateful to the team who repaired a punctured tire for us on the fly. We were driving from DC up to PA for a socially distanced picnic in Gettysburg and we noticed our tire was loosing pressure when filling for gas nearby. When I asked about getting it fixed and let them know we had plans to be up in PA as well as our 6 month old with us, they got us in right away and we were on the road in less than 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly, respectful of social distancing guidance and helped us out when we were in a bind. Thanks!

You should definitely go here vs anywhere else for almost any auto need. Tires are obvious but service in general is so much more pleasant at Wilson than a dealer. Anything short of warranty or body work and you are golden.-Adam
