Zero stars, actually. My son bought a used car. I made an appointment for him to get it inspected at this place. I received FOUR confirmations of the appointment, two by text, two by email. He arrived for the appointment and was told they don't take appointments and couldn't do the inspection. I called them after he arrived back home and they confirmed what he told me. No way to run a business!!!!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING CAR HERE! Got an inspection one week later check engine light came on! Then went back to just ask him politely to make sure everything was intact..the he wanted to charge me just to look at it.. like wow!! He didn't care at all!

I had my vehicle serviced at Shell for general maintenance and to fix issues with my tires. All service items were coordinated with Tom, who provided timely updates on repairs and cost. The process was seamless with dropping off my vehicle, receiving timely updates and with picking up my vehicle the same day once repairs were completed. Would definitely use their services again in the future.

I always like coming here but recently I discovered that it is not 24-Hour service like advertised, the pumps stop from around midnight to 8AM. This has been a bit inconvenient at times.

I stopped by for my MD state inspection, rates were fair and they worked me in the same day. I m actually impressed on how thorough the technician was in my inspection. I failed for legitimate reasons, which is a good thing. Vehicle safety is important, I picked up my truck and repaired myself, came back a week later and they passed my inspection for a very reasonable re-inspection fee. I usually do my own repairs but I ll certainly come here for things I don t want to do, such as tires and tires. Make sure you call ahead, they can get pretty busy at times.

I was there for MD state vehicle inspection and was able to get it done in reasonable amount of time but what is disappointing was that the price I was charged was 25 dollar more than what other places charge for the same service. My car failed inspection because the front windows were tinted. The guy who handled the inspection told me the price to remove it at this shell Is 70 bucks. I took the car somewhere else and got it removed for 50 bucks. Based on this and my prior experience I am convinced that your price is higher than other places for everything

I buy a 20-ounce bottle of soda, a bag of chips, a pack of chewing gum, and a choclate bar... Why do I have to ask the clerk for a receipt? Why do I have to ask the clerk for a bag? Why do I have to bag my three snacks and one bottle of coke? What my $10.00 is not good enough for you? WAKE UP MAN!

We ve been servicing our vehicles for nearly 10 years. Service has been top notch and prices reasonable. Never had an issue with the work they did, and our Lexus, Acura, and the minivan ran without any glitches for years. Scheduling service is easy and desk staff are very friendly. I d happily recommend them.

I recently had my 2015 Toyota Sequoia inspected and they were very courteous and professional. The technician estimated about 2-3 hours and had the job done in about and hour and a half. I was so gracious.

Tom does fantastic work and he went out of his way on a Saturday to get the parts for my car and to get it done same day. Both rear and front brakes had to be done so it was a no small job. This is a trustworthy shop.

I've taken my cars to get service there before and they have always been honest and upfront. Found them by word of mouth and am thankful there are still good places to go and get your car checked out.

I live right across the street from Shell gas station so it was very convenient for me to get to. Just a really nice walk. I called first, however, just to be certain they were able to fit me in. I took my car to get inspected and they told me it would take about an hour and half before it was ready. I was fine with that. However, I received a call 15 minutes later and they told me my car was ready. It passed inspection and they left my car immaculate, in tact, and safe. I was provided with courteous, professional and expedient service. It is without reservation and hesitation I recommend Shell for your auto maintenance needs.

We have been going to this station for the past 10 years, and we really impressed with both Tom and Pedro along with the mechanical staff. I appreciate the honesty, integrity and professionalism. Pedro is a master mechanic and very knowledgeable about foreign cars as well. They been servicing my BMW and Mercedes, and i couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work!Thank you !

I just dropped my car off, tire pressure was very low and I had already filled it with air! They were very busy and fit me in, only took 1 1/2 hours! They found a nail and repaired it! They are honest, reasonably priced and have excellent customer service!

I was very much impressed when I visited Shell station for State inspection.I was told it would take approximately 2hrs ,but I was call and an hour time and said it was finished.very professional and respectful

My experience from reception to checking out was fast. I had synthetic oil change done in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I will visit them again. I was charged a reasonable price for the service. Keep it up!

We went to this service station for a second opinion on a repair and we re so glad we did. Not only did we save over $1,000 on the repair, but found the manager runs a solid shop: checked out our car personally before finalizing the estimate, completed the work ahead of schedule and charged the exact cost quoted. We will use them again.

Gas pumps are always broken and don't read your card so you have to go inside and are the cashier. It's been this way for at least 2 years. They don't care to fix them

Just use paper mat so that I don t have to clean the floor mat afterward. Show some care for our vehicles, old or new. That said, knowledgeable technicians. Courteous and respectful staff. Good service.

Everyone I ve dealt with at this garage has been honest, and competent. They make every effort possible to keep my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee in good shape, and yet don t try to get me to have things fixed that don t really need it. Pedro has gone above and beyond more than once. It is much appreciated.I highly recommend them!

Owner or Technician was really rude. I visited this morning to ask about some noise underneath the car and just parked outside the shop and wanted to ask question if it is possible to look at it. Instead of answering politely, he just started with don t park your car. I said I wanted to ask something and he said ask quickly and leave. This is truly bad experience. I understand that everyone is busy but you just can t be rude.

Very good service, honest and decent price, Very helpful, even recommending a rental car agency with pick up service. Car was ready as planned And very good communication throughout the services. Friendly and excellent customer service, will keep using their services in the future. My Fiat was well taken care of! Update July 2021, very good service with my Scion, replacing all 4tires oil change, cabin filter, was completed in an hour. I waited in the Dunkin Donuts next door, working on my laptop and enjoying the food. A very good experience. I recommend this Shell Gas station 5 stars

I have been going to this particular Service Station for 15 years and they have ALWAYS provided fair prices and excellent work. I have never been disappointed with their repairs or maintenance. I like their honesty and professionalism. I have recommended this Shell to several of my friends and they have all been satisfied with their Service. I am confident you will be happy as well.-Rob

AMAZING GROUP OF GUYS HERE!!!!Had my flat fixed in under 3 minutes, and they are so nice, honest, and take pride in the work they do. Definitely a trustworthy mechanic for small flat fixes to large overhauls and engine work. Thanks again!!!

Great service and excellent timing in getting the parts and work done faster than any other place I ve been to for mechanic work. Mr. Tom is great and doesn t cut any corners with doing his work. He makes sure you are safe when you leave his shop. Thank you so much for fixing my car and inspecting it.

Always professional and always good fair price, feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle s there knowing they will only repair or do what is needed. I have 3 vehicles all of them have been there and never had an issue what s so ever.

Unfortunately i did not have the best customer service experience at all. I went in for an inspection and was given attitude. My car did not pass inspection so i got it fixed somewhere else because this location was over priced. Came back for the re inspection and the same employee greeting me with so did they do it for free where you took it? I told the gentleman that i have a dnv appointment at a certain time. After giving me attitude the employee s response was. Thats not going to happen . I asked for a suggestion on another location and he said no. So i left and went to Exxon where an amazing employee helped out and assured to take care of the re inspection in time for my appointment. I do not recommend this location what so ever.

I am so glad to have an incredibly kind and professional auto service experts walking distance from my new home.Customer service is impeccable and their price if not the lowest is definately reasonable.As they are located across the street from my new house, I have come to rely for all sorts of vehicle related services.These are folks who love what they do and care about their customers.They had my MD state inspection rightaway. I Have called around and almost everyone required an appointment.I called in and explained the need to have it promptly.They came through for a reasonable price by comparison.I will definately be a repeat cudtomer.Thank you all

I have been bringing my vehicles to Joe for over 6 years. My experiences have always been respectful and honest. Anytime I was ever not satisfied or had an issue with anything, Joe acknowledged those concerns immediately. Exceeding expectations of a neighborhood auto repair shop. I highly recommend giving this auto repair shop a try.
