I recently had my baby Lola repaired at NTB in Germantown!!! LOLA is a 2013 BMW 335. I couldn t be more impressed with the service I received from Steve and Cassandra. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly and attentive. I was contacted before any repairs were started. During the calls they took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed (to include any unnecessary repairs). They provided fair and transparent estimates. What truly stood out was their speedy turnaround time my car was ready sooner than I expected, and the parts were ordered immediately!!! The quality of the repair work was exceptional. I felt like my car was in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this NTB for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive services. Thank you for a job well done, Steve, Cassandra and team!!!

This was my first ever visit to a tire & battery service shop and it was a wonderful experience overall, so smooth and easy. I visited to get a replacement for one the tires of my vehicle, as it got damaged from some collision.The staff was super supportive and helpful in making me understand about the charges, the process and the available options and overall it was great. I definitely recommend this shop and would be coming here in case I feel any issue in tires or batteries. They even did complementary checks to some of the key parts if everything is working fine in the vehicle.

Amazing staff! I was told it would take 1.5 hours and it only took a half hour. Great tire prices and wonderful service. I definitely recommend NTB of Germantown.

Great service! I had a tire give out on me the other day and had to put on the donut. Decided to bring my car over to the Germantown NTB and they had my tires all replaced (and the donut back in the boot) in two hours time.

Everyone here is so kind and helpful but Kassandra and William truly go above and beyond in service. Car shops can be stressful and timely but these two not only helped me feel at ease and taken care of, they also made my time there enjoyable! Truly a testament for what having the right staff can do for your business, and the mark they leave on customers. Hoping for no future car troubles, but if I do bump into any I ll be sure to visit this team!

Just awful. I took my truck in for an oil change yesterday. The guy who took my truck quoted me just over $100 for oil change and tire rotation. Called at 3:30pm to check on the status and the guy said they were just about to rotate the tires. I went up there at 5pm and after standing there for 10 minutes while the one and only person helped others I was finally told that they couldn t rotate my tires because the lug nuts were on too tight and their air gun could get them off. Imagine that, a tire place telling a customer they couldn t get the lugs off. A few years back I was forced to go there for the same services and I was told that they couldn t rotate my tires because they were too big. My tires are 33 s. They have much larger tires in the show room for sale. Makes no damn sense. My guess is they just didn t want to do it because the tires and wheels are heavy because I took it to my dealer the next day (today) and the tires got rotated without issue. Total price for just the oil change was $128. This place is awful with the worst people working there. Completely incompetent and totally under staffed. I wouldn t recommend anyone going there for anything. Every time I ve been it s been a headache and nothing but problems. Bunch of lazy people who don t want to do their jobs. I will never go there again. Paid $128 for an oil change, a headache, frustration and the pleasure of dealing with idiots!!! Highly do not recommend.

Steve was wonderful. I came in thinking I needed new tires. He checked them and said they were fine. Instead, he discovered it was my brakes. I really appreciated his honesty and thoughtfulness:)

Pulled in at 3pm with a flat tire. Driving through the area from out of state. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to check on me.After the man who was on the phone when I first walked in was done talking, he proceeded to ignore me and the 3 other people in line. Went out in the shop and when he comes back tells me they can t help me. They close at 5. It s 3pm. No big deal that I m a couple of hours from home and stranded in the parking lot of a tire place that doesn t close for another 2 hours and can easily helps me. No suggestions for alternatives made and could have cared less.Absolutely abysmal customer service and completely heartless.

(Update) Changing my rating back to 5 stars. Eddie made things right this morning and went out his way to call me to have my tire repair done. He didn't have to give me a call and followed up but he did and that shows that he cares and wants to ensure customers are taken care of. In addition to the tire repair, I've also requested an oil change service. With all said and done, the service was completed within a respectable time. I'll definitely come back again for future service. For those seeking a good shop to have their cars done, I'd highly recommend this place. Just ensure that when placing an appointment to verify if they can get your car in time if you're going to wait. If not, best to reschedule or just have your car dropped off and picked up the following day.

One of the best service I've ever experienced in a long time. I don't usually leave ratings but when I do it's usually to praise for their work and great customer service. The service that was done on my Audi was wheel alignment, brake pads replacement, rotors, wiper blades and oil change. Price is very competitive and fair. Will service my two cars here from now on. Highly recommended!

Steve was great, was able to squeeze me in with a guy he trust to lift my car. Heard of him from a friend who got maintenance done. Oil change got done pretty quick since it was empty by the time i came in.

The people on the store was very nice.They where 15 minutos before close and still they take my care to change the 4 tires and where done in 20 minutes.Very good experience

I had a terrible experience at NTB. These people nearly killed me! I took my car in for a simple Alignment and they put my wheels back on and did not tight any of my lug nuts. Save yourself some time and money and take your Vehicle to a trusted professional.

I called to make an appointment for a flat tire. I was told they were too busy to take calls and to leave my name and number, and they would call back. They never called back. I decided to make an appointment online. I showed up to my appointment on time and was told there would be a 2 to 3 hour wait just to put my car on the lift to inspect the tire. I was also told they don t repair run flat tires. So I decided not to waste my time. I went across the street to the Shell station and had the nail in my tire removed and plugged in 10 minutes. Don t waste your time and money!

Last week my fiance purchased two new tires from the Germantown NTB that were installed onsite. On the way home after the installation he heard a knocking sound and pulled over to find that one of the tires lug nuts had not been tightened, which could have lead to a bad accident had the tire come off while driving. If that wasn't enough tonight we were coming down the beltway when his tires lost traction on a completely dry road. When we got home we found that the tires had been pumped to 20 over the appropriate PSI.Lazy mistakes with potentially dangerous consequences.

My brakes were grinding badly so went to NTB-Germantown. They were Amazing! Great customer service & they really worked with me on price. Shout out to Eddie & the whole team! Thank you guys so much I'm really grateful!

Greta service. I had my tires swapped and balanced. One of the tires had a bubble possibly from a pot hole but NTB handled the situation very professionally. They are welcoming, they have good prices and they are willing to go an extra mile to help the customer

I came in the store to have my tire from another car fixed. Scott and Eddy did provide superior customer service. In matter of seconds, they greeted me. Scott walked to the car with me to pick up my tire. Eddy was able to pull my info in the system and quickly diagnosed my issue. 24/7 I will recommend this shop. Best in town.

If there were more stars I would GLADY add more. From the moment I stepped into their shop, there were nothing but welcoming energies. They listened to my concerns and helped me the best of their abilities which did not fall short of being exceptional. I will be continuing to use there services with my first choice priority.

I needed a new car battery out of nowhere. I was going to take it to my dealership but was suggested to take it to NTB (Germantown). I m so glad I did! The staff/mechanic was very nice and respectful! Luckily, the battery I needed was in stock and the work was able to be completed in a timely manner! I know if I have any other issues with my car later on in the future, I ll bring it here.

Recently had tires replaced. Tires themselves are fine, but today (a few months later) I'm trying to change my brakes only to find every lug nut on each of the two front tires they replaces is so over torqued I can't move them. I will now have to replace the lug nuts.I had been to this location once before where they wouldn't honor a discount code they listed and I didn't want to return for more. 0 for 2, I'm done with here.

I went to this location to get an estimate on vw passat 2016 rear brakes. They told me it would cost 1,300 to replace the rear brakes, rotors and calipers. So I took my car to vw dealership in Gaithersburg and they told me it was nothing wrong with the calipers. Total bill was 720.00. They did think that rip me off was ok. I will stay far away from ntb and his staff. They will ripped you off.

Brought my truck in for a routine balance & rotation, I had a concerns & issue with service that was performed. I called back in and they took my truck back in & resolved the issue. Scotty was extremely professional & open about the situation & he resolved it for me. Would recommend you bring in your vehicle to get service & recommend you see Scotty.

Steve was so helpful with everything that I needed when it came to getting new tires. He answered all of my questions, he thoroughly explained the process to me and everything that I would need moving forward to proceed. Scott was also very helpful at the end when I had more questions about additional work that needed to get done and they were both extremely patient and took the time to explain anything I wasn t sure about. I ve been to this NTB location many times and I ll continue to go there moving forward. Thank you so much for the help!
