Great store to get a quality and fast repair for a bunch of electronic devices, they fix iPhone screens in 30 minutes for a cheaper price than Apple.The staff are quick to pickup calls and will generally be a great help for appointments and even prepaid cellular data.The smallest caveat isn't really an issue with the store but rather its environment and rude customers.

On Monday December 18, we took a Dell Latitude 5510 Laptop in to have the keyboard as well as the charging port replaced.I would have rated our experience at 4.5 based on the efficacy of the technical service rendered.However, our overall customer experience was quite disturbing.One technician seemed irrationally hesitant to accept the job... said the replacement keyboard was incorrect... Fortunately for us, the owner was present and he reassured us that this genuine part was indeed the right one.The job took one day and when my husband went to collect the laptop, the newly purchased adaptor was not returned. A technician insisted that we did not leave one. Fortunately for us (again!), the owner verified that we did leave a (brand new) one.When we are pleased with a service, we write very favorable reviews and promote the business within our network.I hope that the owner can develop proper SOPs and facilitate training in optimal customer service so that all customers can enjoy an acceptable and congenial service... our experience does not encourage us to be repeat clients.

Not just for phones.Like an trustworthy auto mechanic, these guys take care of me, even if the answer is it would cost you less to buy a new one (in that case, a wireless keyboard with a dead battery).I ve seen them several times to rescue the data from a dead phone, a dead computer, an ancient Time Machine archive They present me with options and recommendations and fixes that I trust.

Tremendous service , great management and customer service, I ve been coming for years they always are speedy with the repairs and help out the locals . I bought my iPhone 11 Pro here, has worked perfect since. I had dropped my phone many times without a case on it and finally my phones screen display had been destroyed. I took my phone there for the front screen to be replaced (I personally didn t mind that the back of my phone was cracked - the cameras still work, so I left it as is and just had gotten the screen repaired). 45 mins, approx.135$, plus a phone case. Best service in the area!

Not good for anything but Iphones I assume. Brought in my computer over a screen issue, it only had a small crack before and I wanted a fix/replacement. They told us they didn t have the right parts to fix it either, never said anything about it not working, which I didn t notice until I got home. The screen wouldn t turn on at all anymore or connect to an HDMI properly. Couldn t get it fixed afterwards even when I brought it to a real professional because it was beyond saving at that point. Wasted money and lost over $400 gaming laptop.

They replaced my Mac book pro screen and the screen works but the camera was not working. Unfortunately I didn't test the camera after the repair. When I happenned to operate the camera after 6 months its not working.

I love the experience of hanging out at the Applestore - it s almost like going to a cool bar, except there is absolutely nothing to drink, and, like at a bar, I cannot be in a hurry, no matter what. The simplest things require an appointment, then waiting for a tech to free up, the inevitable diagnostics, then more waiting while the genius tends to another customer, then maybe a repair if simple, and more waiting. Apple has made sure however to make the experience kind of like it s an attainable luxury, actually kind of like going to an affordable Ferrari dealership for service - you feel almost pampered . Today I was more or less on my way to a Genius Bar appointment, sort of dreading the waiting and then maybe some inconvenient news. Only this time I was at this shopping center and I remembered that Ifixmobile was here, and i thought heck I should try it out. Well, fancy it s not, it s a kind like your typical computer service shop; except I was in and out of there with a repaired iPhone within about 10mins, for about 20 bucks. Maybe it would have been free at the Applestore for this simple repair. Service was friendly and fast. They went straight to the fix. I will likely go back the next time.

This place is amazing. They ANSWER THE PHONE ALL THE TIME (which is rare these days). They have helped me put screen protectors on multiple devices, and are always super cost effective, polite, fast, and just wonderful. I have been frantically looking for a replacement part for my iphone and none of the big name stores or computer stores or even the Apple store has it, but I just called afterhours and they answered the phone and they have a part for me! Seriously - they are awesome. So thankful they are close by.

Great store. Honest people, quick diagnose and saving my time. Mr Kevin is a very experienced and honest person, I feel very comfortable when I asking him to fix my computer and I will come back again. IFix will be the number 1 choice!

These guys did a great job. My watch is working better than it did. For whatever reason, my Fitbit sense has not lost GPS since I had it repaired. This is weird because the extent of my repairs was replacing broken screen.

I am going to share some disturbing information to all beware. I brought my computer to ifixMobile PC Tech. The power button had to be replaced being that they didn t have one they switched my computer to another one they had but a different model. Soon after that the side plug in power supply stopped working. I paid for that but soon as they replace it it would not work again so they sold me a power cord. That would not work. So here I am back again and the manager told me I need receipts for the work they did but I been at this place several times and I pointed out to the employees that worked on my computer. So here I am they want to charge me again. I spent about $150.00 so far . People stay away from this place even thou they have seen you come in the store for the same problem over and over again you will be charged which is not fair.They will not say it s there fault or say they will fix the problem over again for free.After being contacted by the store owner I don t know if you where in the store when I came there but it has been frustrating coming back and forth for this charging problem. One of the workers told me since it s not my power cord but was sold another one. That I would have to return the they sold me for $29.00 and use my original one that I no longer have. But the laptop would not charge of course it word power up but wasn t charging. So now the employee want to charge an additional $75.00 for replacement of the battery is that fair to me I am asking everyone that sees my post.

I took my iPad to replaced the battery. After I picked it up the battery wasn t charging, I noticed some areas on the screen where the touchscreen wasn t working I called back, they said bring it back to check itSo I did. They told they were not responsible for the screen only the battery and they will have to charge me to check it again. The screen on my iPad was working fine before I took it to this place. They were not very friendly the second time.

This the the most professional cell phone and computer fixing store I had ever been. I fixed my IP12 Promax screen today there. The screen looks almost like the original one, very good quality part and the technician is very efficient. I would like to recommend this place!

Professional service at super affordable rates. If you re on a budget and need expert tech solutions, Kevin may be blunt and straightforward but he tells the truth and gives honest service. He knows his stuff and delivers so much more quality than a lot of these expensive mega-franchises. If you want some nice salesman to tell you everything you want to hear and charge you twice as much as it really takes, then don t bother asking Kevin and his team for help. I needed a no frills, straightforward fix to a major problem I had and that s what I got - for cheap! No-nonsense problem solving. That s what I wanted and that s what got. I appreciate that quality service without bs is still alive and well! a big thank you to Kevin and the iFix team.

The back cover of my Apple XR phone has a crack. So I decided to get it fixed before the trade-in for a new phone. iFixMobilePC replaced the original Apple battery with something else and they also replaced a camera with defect. Both issues were discovered when an Apple tech ran the diagnosis at the phone trade-in. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PHONE OR PC!!!Respond to Owner's comment:Right after I picked up the phone from iFixMobilePC, I went to Apple Store for trade-in. There is no water damage.

I came in with a charger port problem on my iPhone 12 pro. They fix the problem but caused another problem. They put a bad OEM part in my phone and it kept restarting itself every 2 minutes. Told them about it and they didn't fix the issue. I do not recommend this place.! Go.somewhere else

I had a wonderful experience here. I had a laptop that wouldn't turn on. The techs told me exactly what was wrong with it, and that there wasn't anything that could be done to fix it. Disappointing of course, but they didn't even charge me a penny! I will go to them for whatever future computer needs I have!

I bought an iPhone from iFix late 2017 and later a MacBook Pro. I had my phone service set up also by iFix for several years. And every time I have a phone or computer issues iFix is always there to help promptly and cheaply. I recommend this company to anyone who has needs for the services iFix can provide. You will be happy every time! Trust me.

You guys keep pretending I m not customer and reporting my reviews to google is unfair to future customers and dishonest. You should be a shamed. If you don t have good skills just shut down your company go home ,train and study then come back and be better. Don t lie to people and be rude! Also you charged my card without my permission and my bank has been made aware. You deleted all of your old reviews to get a 5 star is dishonest. You guys were a 2 star company in 2020 .

Surprisingly quick and easy. Kevin runs his diagnostic and *bam* he already know what s wrong and what to fix. I first came here just that once for a computer fix but I really come back for the easy iPhone repairs cuz he always quick with it.
