My car suddenly broke down, and I was stuck. I called Geyers Towing, and they arrived quickly. The driver was professional and got my car to the mechanic's shop efficiently. I appreciated how smooth and hassle-free the service was. Geyers really came through in a pinch, and I'd definitely recommend them for their fast and reliable towing service.

Thank you Thank you Thank you so much to Mr.Steven and his father the owner of Geyers tow truck i have been having the worst luck in March my insurance failed me with assisting me when my car was totaled. However Mr. Steven and his father (the owner) assisted me. Very professionally people, very polite Mr. Steven and his father (the owner) are angels. They helped me get my belongings out of my totaled vehicle and they assisted me with removing my tags. I was very thankful and felt truly blessed to be assisted by their establishment. Thank you again guys god bless you all and your company. I hope every customer receives the same customer service as i did. I was so thankful i had to give them a hug. God Bless .

Last Tuesday my car broke down on the highway around midnight. I called Geyers and they arrived within 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got my car towed to their shop, and even gave me a ride home. I'm grateful for their fast, reliable service, especially so late at night. Geyers really came through!

Fast and extremely professional. The driver was friendly. The company also sends digital receipts with overall photographs of your vehicle once it is dropped off so you can see that it was not damaged in transport. A feature I very much appreciate as I take great care of my truck.

I recently had the most amazing experience with Geyers Towing. My huge truck hydroplaned off of the road and got stuck, and I was in need of help to get it out. I called Geyers Towing and they were prompt, professional, and friendly! They arrived on time with a tow truck that had enough power to move my massive vehicle with ease. The driver was knowledgeable and safety conscious, driving carefully to ensure the safe transport of my vehicle. Awesome company.

Excellent and punctual service! My original service (PAK Towing) promised to be there in 2 hours. Geyers Towing said they could arrive within 45 minutes and were onsite in 35 minutes. The other company never showed by the 3 hour mark. Thank you Geyers!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

The person's car that was taken here gave the rating to post. I was brought here to get my car on a Saturday because it was towed here, and I needed to get it towed back to Virginia. It would have been nice if they were open on the weekend (along with a sign posting their hours somewhere visible) so that my car could have gotten an early start on getting fixed. Instead, it was delayed three days. The representative that answered the phone when I called about getting my car basically acted like they've never heard of tow companies being open on the weekend. I hope to NEVER break down in Germantown, MD again, and the police recommend this place.

THE BEST TOWING SERVICE IN MD! Allow me to clarify, my wife and I were on our way to her mom's place up 270 N at 10PM the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately for me, a buck, out of nowhere plowed into the side of my brand new truck and deployed air bags and all shutting the vehicle off and leaving us in Germantown, MD 7 hours from home and 4 hours from her mom's on a Saturday night.I got connected with Geyers and a great dude named David came and picked us up. He helped us get to a hotel for the night, helped take care of my dog and luggage at the hotel, and made sure we were safe and sound and ready for a rental in the morning. He even allowed me to get things out of the truck on a Sunday in extremely unfortunate circumstances. It was already a completely shi$%^ night, and David's compassion and customer service were exactly what was needed in that moment. Hated the circumstances of how I met David and Geyers, but in a bind in this area I would recommend no one else.Service: Car towing

Never thought this would ever happen to me but I stupidly ran out of gas on my drive back into Baltimore with no gas station within walking distance. I found Geyer s Towing online and saw they offer fuel delivery which I didn t even know was a thing. They got to me very quickly, filled up the tank for me, and waited until I was able to hit the road again, which I really appreciated and is the reason why I decided to leave a review! Thanks for the help guys!

When I woke up yesterday morning and went to check my car, I was frustrated to discover that I had a flat tire. Not wanting to be late for work, I called Geyer's Towing right away. Within minutes, a team of friendly and professional tow truck drivers was at my door. They quickly patched the tire and had me back on the road before I knew it. Thanks to their excellent service, I made it to work just in time and didn't have to worry about any potential problems with my car along the way. Thanks Geyers I will be using you again! (In the hopefully not near future)

Steve Geyers Towing provided me with the best services and the price was way less than I thought it would be! They got to me within 15 min of getting the call. I was impressed with their professionalism, politeness and how responsive they were. They towed my car and dropped it safely at the repair shop. Hopefully, I won t need them again soon, but if I do, I will definitely call them. Absolutely the best!

A Geyers tow truck and employee stopped in front of my driveway and would not let me pass. He had not even started loading the vehicle and laughed at me when I asked if I could pass through. I told him I had to get back to work and was going to be late because of him but he ignored me initially and then berated me. Take your business elsewhere if you have any respect for yourself.

I have used the services of Geyer's Towing several times over the last 5 years. They are always prompt, courteous and professional in the handling of my vehicles and I don't trust my Cadillac or classic car to just anyone. But the ease and skill of their handling of my vehicles has proven to me that this is a quality company from the management to the tow operators. i would highly recommend this company for all your automotive transport needs.

I had the worst accident on 495. I was getting off on exit 46 around 7 am and suddenly a car stopped abruptly and I rear ended it. I know the accident was my fault, but I was still terrified. I am very glad nobody got hurt. I called Geyers Towing and they came to my rescue within 20 minutes. The driver calmed me down, he helped me get all of the things that I needed out of my car, he even dropped me off at work before towing my car away. The tow truck was so clean, and comfortable. Accidents are no fun, but when you have a reliable Tow Truck driver with reasonable prices pick you up, it can really make a Difference. I 100% recommend Geyers Towing & Recovery.

Awesome customer service for a towing company! They Picked up my BMW and brought it to a mechanics shop they recommended who turned out to also have incredible customer service. On top of everything, they arrived literally the exact time they said they'd arrive. Definitely will be referring business to this Geyers in the future.

Could not have had a better experience with Geyers Towing. My car randomly just died on 70 in rush hour traffic. They gave me a time estimate (which I didn't think was possible considering traffic), but yet, the tow truck driver showed up on time. I fully expected to be stranded on the side of the road for much longer. The driver Will was awesome - apparently he wasn't too far away which is why he could be there so quickly! He was courteous, professional and went out of his way to ensure we were all safe while on the side of the road. He loaded the vehicle up promptly so he could get us home He took his time after arriving at dealership and worked with them to ensure the car would be taken care of. Geyers was a lifesaver that day.

My car broke down in the middle of 495 during some of the WORST traffic. It was an absolute nightmare. Thank goodness I found Steve Geyers Towing because this company seriously came to my rescue. They picked up after the first ring and came straight out to where I was stranded. I don t know how they made it through all that traffic that quickly, but they got to me in about 15 minutes. I d recommend these guys any day!

I'm not usually the person to write a review, but my experience with this company at my time of need had such an impact on me; I feel this is the best way to express my thanks. A couple of days ago, I was in a situation where I was stuck in the middle of nowhere for hours, at a time where not even the businesses contracted with my insurance were available to assist me. Also, due to my remote location (and my lack of awareness for where exactly I was), the connection between the dispatcher and myself was really bad. Even with this, and the multiple calls I had to make in order to have my location known, the dispatcher and the driver, RJ, were very patient and understanding. I felt so bad but I really appreciate RJ coming out in the cold at a very inconvenient time of day to assist me, even if it's part of the job. If I am ever in a situation where my own insurance cannot assist me, I will definitely be sure to contact them again.

We had truck broke down FWY 270 and his Tow truck came for offering towing service on 5/13/15. He did not mention "Cash only" from the beginning. We are based in California, and the driver did not have "$450" on hand. We want to pay him by credit card, but he refused. He towed our truck back to their shop for charging anther $450 for towing and $300 / per night for locking our truck in their yard with total $1200. We were forced to wire transfer to our driver for paying $1200 in addition to $178 Motel expense for 10 miles towing service. This is ripoff, Please beware of this thief.This guy is thief, they paid $ to Yelp for removing their negative feedback. When checking on Yelp, scroll down and click on "10 other reviews that are not currently recommended". You will see 10 people are complaining about them.We are currently in process of filing claim with MD State business practice division for justice. Beware, beware this business, very bad bad bad service.
