I had an amazing experience here which is not something I can usually say when I have to deal with an auto dealer! Mark and David were amazing, super nice, super helpful and most importantly they were super honest. The rest of the staff was super nice too.

My Altima has defective headlights due to how they were placed in the vehicle. The lights are very low at night. I called Nissan to be told that I missed the class action lawsuit they had for the issue, and now I have to pay $1500.00 to replace the lights myself. Nissan has shown that they do not care about their consumers and I ll NEVER purchase another Nissan again. Buyer beware! When I called into the service center here and Nissan customer care- they took zero accountability for the defect and zero concern for the safety of the consumer. I ll be trading my Nissan in before I pay $1500 for something I shouldn t even have to pay for.

I take my Nissan Altima here every once in a while when I don't feel like doing my own oil change or my family mechanic is too busy. Took it there (07/02/22) to have oil change done, as well as a tire rotation (front wheel drive, forward cross pattern.) Also take it there when I need multipoint inspection to make sure things are good. I don't believe it was actually done as family mechanic stated a part needed to be replace (and I wanted to see the exact parts I needed for that repair) and the inspection had no results even though it would have been seen when rotating tires and been under the "under vehicle" section, not even the passenger windshield wiper was listed when rubber was half torn and I feel like that is usually something service always tells you about lol. Then the tire rotation was not rotated in front wheel drive forward cross pattern, as well as my full spare I requested to be put back into rotation, but it wasn't (tread was not low on tires but maybe there was reason even though they looked at it and said they could when dropping it off,) Anyway personally I lost confidence in the "multipoint inspection and tire rotation," seems to me like it was cutting corners. The service staff I spoke to were friendly and no issues there but yea just sharing my experience. Service was fast and convenient at Criswell Nissan. My advisor Pai was fantastic and kept me updated on what was happening with my vehicle to whole time it was in service. Has no idea who is looking at your car. Constantly passes you from phone line to phone line, often to voice-mail. Terrible customer service.
