Apart from my last visit, this time seemed better. I came in to have my headlight replaced and they told me it was simply loose and sent me on my way after fixing it. Glad they were honest!

They do only what you ask them, but they give you recommendations for additional service without any added pressure. You won't feel like they're forcing you to do something non-urgent, urgently. Customer service is pleasant. Bring cash, or they'll charge you a convenience fee

I had promotion email for oil change which I can get service for $33.95 with discount. However it came out to be nearly $70 with $21 labor + $10.20 document fee + 3% of service when paying with credit card. None of these information was communicated prior to service. When service was done and I'm about to pay, that's invoice they gave me. I feel they took advantage of me. I expected to pay around $35 and ended paying double of what I expected. If they let me know about this I would just go nearby bodyshop to change oil which is only $50 including everything. So disappointing. My appointment was 1:30pm and my car was ready 6:03. Their service overall is obsolutly terrible. No communication, no kindness, long wait.Service: Oil change

Compared to Shockley Honda, this place is trash! The service advisers are more concerned about eating, than servicing customers. I pull up and the Service Advisors continue to eat, look at me, eat and look at me. Finally someone came up and asked if I had an appointment. I don't care if you haven't had a chance to eat, that's between you, your manager and your schedule; not me.I had the unfortunate opportunity to work with an older latino guy who felt he had to have the last word on everything, then had the nerve to ask me "are you having a bad day?" (8/14/24 @ 715. Look him up in your records, Criswell, I'm sure I'm not the first to complain)I decided to go back 2 wks later for a simple tire change which ended up taking TWO HRS....and NO they weren't busy and I brought my OWN tire. I was looking down into the garage where my car was and the mechanic was working on 1 or 2 other cars, at once. It wasn't until I went to the Service Advisor (who was on his phone) to let him know I needed my damn car back b/c it was done.For these reasons, I'm choosing to take the 30 min drive BACK to Shockley Honda over a 5 minute drive to Criswell. Not only does Nate from Shockley sit down and have a conversation w/you about the diagnostic, they give you best recommendations. Not hand you your paperwork and direct you to the Cashier.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Was charged a bomb for labor and didn't even figure out AC leakage in the first visit. In the second visit they asked to replace the condensor. When they could've investigated the leak per my comment to the person incharge there. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

These guys help me take very good care of my 2018 honda civic sedan, which i purchased off the sales floor from them, brand new, at the end of 2018. Amazing customer service and financing dept upon purchase, and Excellent service and attention to detail when i take it in for sevice or for any issues (which have been rare).

They were about right with the 2 hour estimate, but as I write this review, my car is sitting their waiting...for paperwork. Fifteen minutes so far. Tick-Tock...Edit: ended up being about 30 minutes. It seemed like one single person was left to do all the paperwork for everyone (or something). They also never reset the Oil Life indicator. I'm going on faith that they actually did change the oil.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Making an appointment was a breeze. The person that checked me in and out also made it a pleasant experience, as did the shuttle driver. However, my service appointment was at 9:30 am. I was told it would be 1.5 - 2 hours. After waiting at home 4 hours and not hearing from them, I text to request a status update. It took an additional 1.5 hours before the status was provided to me. My car wasn't ready until 3:20 pm. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that they had also changed my license plate frames to their company's without asking

Absolutely horrendous, dishonest and reckless service. Watched a tech speed my car around the parking lot, pulling in full force to several parking spaces to test brakes. Lied all the way through. I would not take my car here if they offered me a new one for free. Avoid them like the plague.

Unprofessional and untrained people and having listening device in a work place and not able to listen to what customer say.Since the representative was rude to customer and service rep told not to be disrespectful. Having listening device in a work place and cannot function correctly is a bad practice. I went to the manager and she was rude too to customer.I don't know who disrespects who. Customer pays for service to be done. Professionals need to know business ethics. Criswell service team don't have that professional outlook. Very disappointed.� It took me more than two and half hours for A1 service.���After one and half hours, I came back from lunch and saw my car parked outside, so I asked the cashier if it was ready to pick up and was told to wait for the paperwork.� Then, after 40 minutes, I had to walk into their working space to ask about the paperwork.� My documents were put on one table and no one cares in fact.� If I don't ask, it may take another 40 minutes.� � In the beginning, I received a text to tell me that I can follow up and get updates by replying to it, I replied to it during the maintenance, but no response.Services: Tires, Oil change

I got there first thing at opening. The parts guy I forgot his name, helped me out 100%. From finding my part to helping me with my key. As someone who runs an express lube shop myself, it was great how he and I conversated at a customer service level. Thank you for your help.

Friendly and helpful. Easy enough to mask & distance a bit while waiting, or they call and text to keep you updated and let you know when to pickup your car. Can pay online for contact-lite experience. No credit card fees when you pay with a debit card online.

They replaced the timing belt and did an oil change. The people were friendly. The car was no dirtier after they finished. It works well so far. I also priced a new transmission. It was quite expensive.

Work was just factory recall but did get estimates for other work that I thought was overly pricey. Tried paying with a check but they want to scan my driver's license to accept check, a strict no no! Has to be a better way given the concerns about data safety.

I had very good experience last time I visited here to change my tires. That's why I came back here for oil change service and this is so far the worst experience I ever had for car service. I was 10mins early to my appointment and I was served 27mins later! What's point of making appointment? Also people here with red shirts were so rude especially 2 ladies. 1 of them was just so rude doesn't want to help customer at all. She saw me standing for 10mins and didn't care at all but when Doordash driver brought her lunch, she immediately welcomed him. So I approached another lady, I told her their door to enter the car was tight so I asked if they can help me with it. She said "you have to pull your car inside or I can't help you" with attitude! what kind of customer service is this? So rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't buy a car here if I knew the service here is this bad. I regret buying car here and I will tell my family and friends not to buy or have service from here. One of lady name is Carina and other lady name starts with L. Please work on their attitude and customer service.

Disgusting place. Horrible service. I brought my car in to get fixed for a rain leak, they told me the seal tech was not there that day so I had to come back the next day, so I had to leave my car there overnight. The next day when I come in, they fix the leak but when I try to go into my car the door doesn t unlock. I ask the service advisor what s going on and all I hear from their mouths are I don t know then one of them tried to gaslight me and said it was my fault. When I tell them to look at my car again and see what they messed up they tell me to come back tomorrow.. are you kidding me? No way these people still have jobs. The service advisor named Kortney and her manager who is female are the worse people I have ever had to deal with and I am never coming back to this dealership.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had great service and staff as always. But unfortunately they have a new policy to charge you an additional 3% when you pay. I kindly told the cashier that I'd pay it, as it is posted. However I won't be back unless this new policy is dropped. Crisswell it's 2021, your going to lose customers, is it worth it? Let me know when it's removed and I'll be happily return!And btw, they did not tell me of this change up front. Not until you are standing in front of the cashier. This one horrible decision takes away from all the hard work the rest of your staff does, whoever idea this was should be ashamed.

Love this Dealer. Brought our 2006 Honda CRV from them and have had all maintenance done there. Excellent service, competitive pricing and amazing staff. Our latest experience was with Courtnry Clark. She arranged transport home and back after an unexpected service needed to be done. She explained all service performed and called several times to let me know the progress. Criswell In Germantown is the best! 16 years and counting.

Service is terrible and they will not finish when they say they will. I told them when I left the car I needed it back by end of business and they promised it would be. Then at 3pm they can t get the door apart even though I dropped it off at 9:30am! I plan to inquire about getting service at another dealership if Honda will allow after this!Service: Electrical repair

Lost my bluetooth connection a few days ago. Don't know why but it happens occasionally. Couldn't fix it myself as I have in the past. Did I mention that I'm in cognitive decline?Verizon couldn't help. Due to the pandemic they're not allowed to go into the car. A nice young man at Chriswell Honda in Germantown was able to get it working. There was no charge (except for some self-induced guilt. Needless to say, I'm delighted
