I use to rent cars from a man named Sammy. He told me all of his honda vehicles (over 5 suv's/cars) were purchased from Criswell Honda in Germantown. Sammy recommended that I purchase a car from them as well. Since Sammy has integrity and I trust his judgement. Glad I chose to take his advice. I received excellent service from a man named Patrice (my car sales person), he made the process easy. He is the best sales person I've ever met. He is honest, knowledgeable, and he has many years of experience. My son (Aaron) enjoyed speaking with him while we worked through the buying process. I love my new car. Here's some background info...Past mistakes nearly ruined me finacially. My credit score suffered tremendously. I got remarried and my new husband Davon , encouraged me to (and offered to help me) get a new reliable and safe car, despite my credit challenges. He believed it would be best and he supported me along the way. Many thanks to my husband (Davon ), my car sales person (Patrice), Sammy, and the additional staff at Criswell Honda who made my car purchase possible (i.e., Damir and Yousef), and my son (Aaron ) for helping me drive my new car home (in the rain) and staying by my side the entire time. Team Awesome made my dream of owning a nice and reliable car come true.

I had such an great experience at this dealership. I was amazed at the communication and camaraderie that was displayed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car that fits my needs. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. You can tell through how personable Jay Khan, Travis Brown and Michael Caudillo are, that they not only care about business, but the clients experience as well. I will be returning to Criswell Honda for all of my car needs and I hope others make the same decision.

I bought 2 cars from Dominic and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He made sure I left a happy customer both times. His friendly and professionalism is what makes him a great person to work with and I highly recommend him. He is definitely my go to person to buy a car with no hesitation.Ramsey and Marty at the parts department are also amazing. I ve been struggling to find a part to fix my old civic and they both spent a generous amount of time to make sure I got the right part and was very helpful. Everyone I ve dealt with here has been patient, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful! I can t say enough good things about the workers here.

I d like to give a huge shoutout to Sean N for having the patience to look at multiple cars with us and finally getting us in an our brand new Honda HRV. We d also like to thank the General Manager Mr. Shackleford for being a man of integrity and respects service and family values. Have been doing business with Criswell Honda for over 10 years and will always be my place for buying parts and cars. Kudos to the parts department as well for always having my orders ready and on time.

I want to start by saying that Bernie was great. He communicated clearly, didn t push us into additional services, and kept us updated throughout the service process. Unfortunately our experience with him alone couldn t make up for the poor experience otherwise. Our experience upon entering makes us regret ever bringing our vehicle here. When we arrived we entered through the service entrance and we were ignored for 5 minutes by everyone at the desks. We stood around not knowing what to do while everyone went about having their morning conversations. A technician noticed us and seemed confused about why no one had assisted us, but he had to leave and told us someone should be with you soon. Eventually, a woman asked if we were there for drop-off and informed us we should have driven the car to the bay and waited by it - a detail we would have gladly followed had anyone acknowledged our presence when we arrived. This interaction made us reconsider bringing our Civic in for service, a decision we re now thankful for.Despite this, Bernie promptly greeted us and maintained communication thereafter. However, the service ended on another negative note when we discovered the plastic engine cover was improperly reattached. Instead of securing it correctly, it was left unhooked and placed over the hood latch. It was only a recall we had fixed and I m wondering if that s why it was such a poorly handled job. This careless oversight and horrible customer service further convinced us not to return EVER. I wish I looked at the reviews before coming because it seems like their lack of customer service is the only thing consistent about this place.

Absolutely the worst dealership. I called ahead of time because I was commuting with kids an hour away to purchase a vehicle. When I set up the time with the sales guy Anthony from the used department and told him we were on our way, he told us the vehicle was waiting and ready. As soon as we reached there, he tells me "sorry we literally just sold the car" didn't have the decency to call me and say someone else bought it knowing I stated we will be there in a hour and is driving far. It takes time to process paperwork and he had more than enough to let me know. Sat in traffic for 2 hours to end up seeing nothing. The manager offers us a lower year model and make with very high mileage and accidents on the Carfax. If we wanted to see that car WE WOULD HAVE MENTIONED IT. A waste of time and horrible service at this place. They spend all that money for it to look fancy for what when their service is bad? Don't take your cars here to get serviced also.

I scheduled an oil change only, for 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:30pm and let the service advisor know that I would wait for my vehicle to be serviced. The advisor was very pleasant and noted on the paperwork that I was going to wait and noted 4pm for finish time. There were only three cars ahead of mine.My vehicle was not taken into the Express bay until after 3:40pm.At 4:30pm they let me know my vehicle was done, after payment, my key would be in my vehicle. After payment, my vehicle was already parked in front of the new cars dept. instead of the service lane and it was locked. I had to go back to service, it took them a few minutes to find my key and then I was able to leave at almost 5pm.The experience above isn t the first time I ve experienced this at Criswell Honda. I have taken vehicles to them for service for over 20yrs. However, the last three times I have been for Express oil changes on lower maintenance traffic days, it s been a bad experience.I m not able to maintenance my own vehicles at this time. However as a former mechanic, I know how long an oil change takes and it doesn t take 2.5hrs with only three cars ahead of mine. Why have an Express bay for oil changes only, if the service takes almost 3hrs long and longer at times?

The sale went really well. Natasha Parsard was very professional and helpful. She took her time to explain to us the many features of the car even though the shop was closed. There was some delay because she did not tell us we needed to bring our ssn card. I had to go home to pick it up.Two days later, I emailed her because we did not get any information regarding the payments in the usb key they gave us. She gave me the link of Honda financial website to set up my account. I decided to wait and see if I will receive a letter because I should not have to email them to get that information. They should give it to us beforehand.About 2 weeks before the deadline for the first payment I sent her several emails because we did not receive any letter yet and when I tried to set up an account it did not work it did not recognize our ssn. Natasha was not helpful at all she asked me to contact Honda Financial directly but it was her job to do it on our behalf. One week before the deadline we went to Honda and found out why we could not set up an account. It was because our lender was Truist bank and they needed our green card our application was incomplete! But the finance representative Damir Sabolcec tried to contact us ONLY one week before the deadline and could not reach my husband. He did not email us!Anyway they changed the deadline and after waiting 1 week as he told us to get the letter, we emailed him. The following day because we did not hear from him we contacted Truist to get our account number to set up an account finally. He replied to us later the same day and gave us the account number. We received their letter 1 week later. Very disappointing. How he handled our finance application was not professional at all!!!Lesson learned : You need to be proactive because you will be in trouble not them if you are late for your first payment

Had an appointment and got the vehicle i was interested in but the service wasn t exceptional. Plenty of people work there and everyone was nice but I was told there was a van at a sister store which meant the salesman would sneak out and drive 2 hours round trip to grab it. Couldn t get an update from anyone. This is a corporate dealership selling Hondas. Don t expect anything more. The finance guy was personable but everyone else was robotic. If the manager had done the basic and walked down from his odd tower shook my hand, thanked me for my business offered me a bottle of water and told me the timeline of when the vehicle would be ready i wouldn t have been as bothered. But that didn t happen. Also they tried to sneak in $798 in dealer added on splash guards and wheel locks. That cost them at most $30 and is a money grab to uninformed buyers. That s criminally disrespectful.

The service I received at CrissWell Honda Germantown was exceedingly disappointing and unsatisfactory. Upon experiencing issues with my car starter, I sought assistance from their facility. Following a diagnostic assessment, I was informed that the repair would amount to $2000. Resistant to such an exorbitant expense, I declined the offer. Subsequently, they revised their quote to $1200 for both the starter and battery replacement, to which I consented.Upon retrieving my car, I was apprised that both the battery and starter had been replaced. However, I harbored suspicions regarding the authenticity of their claims. Upon inspection, I discovered that the battery remained unchanged, contrary to their assertions. Upon raising my concerns, they acknowledged their error and assured me of prompt rectification.Subsequent to the rectification, they issued a revised bill, now accurately reflecting the replacement of the battery. However, their explanation for marking the battery as replaced solely for inspection purposes seemed dubious and unsatisfactory.

Carina was amazing! My car needed a new engine and she was not only quick but very communicative so I knew what was going on through the week. My car is running much better with all the work that was done. Appreciate this service team so much.

We purchased a used car yesterday and it was a really bad experience. The used car department was extremely unorganized and failed to fulfill their end of the deal.We had a scheduled appointment and the sales rep kept texting. We arrived on time but he couldn't locate the cars that we were interested in.The manager said that he would buff the paint but only buffed the wheel. (We have it in writing). They gave us the wrong key upon closingThere was so much more so I'd say stay away. We certainly won't be back. UPDATE- my daughter went to get her plates yesterday and was intimidated by the manager to change this review. She's a young lady and felt very uncomfortable and afraid while at the dealership. The manager had his arms crossed and insisted that she change the review. Stay away!

Buying a car can be a draining process; however at Criswell Honda I had such a pleasant experience! Salesman John went above and beyond to get the vehicle I wanted transferred to the dealership!! He was extremely helpful and patient, and the process was quick and painless I also had a wonderful experience with the finance department, I came in pre approved but they offered me an even lower rate and a great maintenance package! I would highly recommend Criswell Honda!! Thank you for a great car buying experience!

Criswell Honda provided perfect costumer service during the entire process. The sales staff specifically Dominique Vattuone treated us as if we were part of his family. This vehicle was the third we ve purchased from him and the dealership.

Criswell Honda was very helpful when I purchased the Accord at the end of my lease. Dominique Vattuone is the best salesman! Attentive, knowledgeable and professional, he makes your car buying experience a great one! Travis, who handled the financing for my car, was very thorough. He listened, explained the details, answered my questions and got me the best financing option available now.

I was servicing my car with Criswell Honda for the last 4 years.Last couple of visits made me look for other options. When I was changing the oil back in December - they provided me a list of recommendations worth $1500. I understand that transmission fluid replacement for 9 speed AT 4 year-old car is valid, but what about all other things? Now two days ago I called them about battery replacement, they provided a quote of $295 for a Honda Pilot - which is reasonable. When I arrived - they quickly switched it to $435 saying my car needs a bigger battery. Are you guys so desperate that you need this 'bait-and-switch' tactics?Edit: went to other dealership - they replaced the battery for $300 as quoted and were very surprised with that 'bigger battery' requirement.

I could buy a car I wanted at a reasonable price thanks to the dealer I met. After buying, I asked a question about my car and he answered clearly. I satisfied 100%

I always take my odyssey to the dealer for service. This time, I was considering changing my own brakes and rotors while doing an oil change to try and save a buck. Decided to bite the bullet and have them professionally done at Criswell Honda (also discovered there was a recall service to be performed). I knew this service would be pricey. In addition to front brakes, l was due for auto transmission maintenance and a brake fluid flush in addition to my normal filters, oil change, and tire rotation. To my delight, Tyler and the team were able to save me some money while knocking everything out. Tyler let me know my rotors were salvageable and that type of honesty is of more value to me than simple cost savings. To top it all off, Criswell Honda offered a 10% discount. Walked out of there with a smile on my face because of the savings and knowledge that the service on my car has that Honda dealer pro stamp on it.Not to mention the driver of the courtesy shuttle is the nicest guy.

Every time I come it s a bad experience. When I made my appointment I made it aware I want to utilize my warranties. When I dropped my car off I also made it known to the service rep. I made my appt noting to them that I have a warranty to cover a scratch on the driver door as well as oil change, I was scheduled. When dropping the car off I also made it known and even showed the service advisor the scratch and that I have a warranty. When it was time to pick up my car the same service advisor acted as if he was unaware of the scratch when he noted it on the form. Just to tell me it would be cover but there s certain days the person comes to Criswell. This should ve been brought to my attention when scheduling. If I didn t have warranties for my car at this location I wouldn t go here

I think I need to share my recent experience with Criswell Honda. A dealer will always look prefect until a problem occurs to test its performance. I purchased a brand-new Odyssey from Criswell Honda a month ago, which was received with a defect on the roof molding on the driver side. The defect was photo evidenced during the initial transaction. I made a reservation lately to get it fixed. I came on-site around 8am and left about 11:30am. Three hours of waiting did not end up with a good fix. I can wait, but what I cannot take was, when I checked the quality of the replaced molding, it easily came off, even worse than the original. I reached out to the salesman, Bernie, and his first impression was I shall not touch it as it would come off if I did it. I showed him the passenger side s molding, which had no problem and did not come off when I touched it the same way. The technician joined the conversation and claimed the new molding on the driver side was different. I asked him what the difference was, materials, parts or the process? He did not answer, instead he claimed that I damaged the newly installed molding on purpose. The sales man, Bernie, concurred loudly. The technician then walked to the passenger side, applied excessive force to take off the that side s molding, and told me any molding would come off and that should not be a problem! I was really mad about their false accusation and groundless argument. Not over yet, their manager, Greg, came to me, yelling b**ls**t to me and asked me to get out of their service facility immediately. I found their GM. He knew about the roof molding defect, checked the replacement quality, and agreed with me that the replacement molding shall not be that loose. Overall, the molding replacement work seemed to be straightforward and the car was under warranty, was it necessary to be super defensive and aggressive?

Hello Criswell Honda. I went to get serviced my Honda 2020 at the Germantown location. The service expert call Tyler welcomed me and explained to if I will not change my transmission fluid my car is at risk. I said okay to pay $320 for the transmission and $135 for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. He told me the price went down by -$50 and I said okay, but I see the detail of the work done they only did the transmission fluid service not change. I called back to talk to Tyler, but the phone keeps call with no one responding. Even the transmission repair result show yellow on the report. I m cheated by this dealer ship company today

I had my Honda serviced at Criswell Honda in Germantown. I had several items done and they did not apply discount after being told they would. The service person said they would and then changed her tune when I called asking why they didn t apply. I had clearly stated to her when dropping off the car I had discount coupon from the service department to apply. They removed parts and did not leave them for me to inspect. This was especially frustrating because they replaced a part that was not broken (was new). When asked about where is the part, I was told that they replaced and discarded.Lastly, they had left the car without a floor mat and it had snowed. So the technician had dirtied the interior floor. Usually when a car is serviced paper mats are put down , especially when in bad weather. I had asked why and was told they don t clean cars, it s just what happens. So I asked why wasn t paper put down and was told we don t do that. This has been a bad experience and will definitely not be going back. With so many other Honda dealers in the area I will look elsewhere when I need service. I have yet to be contacted by the service manager about my issue and do not feel they even care.

Came in for a recall for my front axle on my 2009 Honda fit and said they can t replace it because one of them is aftermarket and I told the service advisor I almost got into a major accident because my passenger side axle broke in half so of course it s going to be a aftermarket. But they won t even change the driver side so instead of helping me they want to charge me so i declined it because I don t trust criswell at all anymore and I m going to tell all my friends and family.

My husband and I recently took our Pilot to Criswell Honda for a service checkup. We scheduled our appointment via the website and took it in for service at 7:30am as planned. Tyler (the Criswell Service Representative) checked us in and kept us apprised of the status of the work being performed via text messaging. We encountered a situation where additional services were required which resulted in additional charges that were higher than expected. Tyler and his manager worked with us to amicably resolve the issue.Overall we were pleased with the service and will continue to have our Honda vehicles serviced by Criswell. Thanks Tyler and team for your exceptional service!

My experience with the service department here has been abysmal. I ve been charged hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees to fix nothing because the dealership refused to acknowledge a factory defect that I pointed out to them (the service bulletin for my frustrating problem covers other cars in my model year, but not mine I later fixed it myself). I ve been left waiting for two hours after my car s $1,800 service was done because my advisor apparently left without passing off my file. I ve had non-factory-recommended engine and gas tank treatments pushed on me. To top it off, they charge a 3% surcharge for credit card transactions.I don t recommend you patronize this dealership. In fact, I can no longer recommend you buy a Honda given the problems I ve had with mine and the ways they ve been handled. While I m at it, the whole idea of dealerships is outdated. Who s with me?

Criswell Honda has always done right by me. Dropped my car off for regular service. No surprises, just routine maintenance. Carina, my service rep was very communicative via text messaging. Dropped it off at 10am, it was ready at 3pm. Always a nice and easy process.

I was advised to visit a Honda dealership after my car was serviced elsewhere and they couldn't figure out what was wrong even after charging about $500. I spoke with Bernie at criswell Honda who was incredibly professional and straightforward about their services and his suspicion about what the problem was. After assessing everything he clearly explained what the problem was, how much it would cost and how long it would take. There was a delay in getting the parts so it took about a week until I finally got the car back but Bernie made sure to call me and/return my calls in a timely manner and explain things step by step. I work in healthcare and bedside manners/patient service is vital to doing my job well. For that reason I greatly value when the same courtesy is extended back to me. I also have 3 kids so safety is top priority. Criswell Honda did a great job, though it was pricey but I feel confident that the car was serviced properly.
