Very poor customer service! The service adviser at the front desk (I think his name was Dewel) was not responsive to my questions and was very rude. I walked out and went to Toyota Service Center in Rockville and received the best customer service. I ll never be back at the Toyota service center in Gaithersburg.

This is my first time at Fitzgerald Toyota Service. Paul is so kind and patient with my requests and question. The service is done well wirh reasonalble time. I and my husband is happy. High recommend.

Diana is a very sweet person. I had questions about my vehicle and while she did inform me that she will help me at her best knowledge, she answered all of my questions and I plan to service my vehicle soon! Shoutout to her!

My 2010 Toyota Prius ll wouldn t start for months. Because of Covid 19 and since it s our second car and my wife works from home we weren t in any rush to repair it. Last week it was time to take care of that. We went to Fitzgerald Toyota for the first time. They were honest in their diagnosis and fair with their repairs cost. We own two Toyota s. We will definitely try them again when the need arises, hopefully not anytime soon!
