I bought a new tire. They installed it. No problem. Several days after I had driven the car, the car alerted me to handling problems. I asked Tires Plus to take a look at the cause of the possible problems. They gave me a courtesy diagnostic test to determine the problem. It relaxed my concern that the car s problem was not related to the tire installation.

Not a good experience. I had a 3:45 appointment specifically for brake pads. At 5:15, was informed that the service could not be completed because the person does brakes leaves at 5. They supposedly did an "inspection" to determine the needs despite going in for a specific service that was already indicated, and that took them an hour and a half, thus resulting in no service and 2 hours wasted. The icing on the cake...they told me I needed two tires, and when asked which ones, they told me the two they replaced less than 6 months ago. I hope others have a better experience.

Rose is always so helpful and kind. and she always makes sure I am aware of any discounts or coupons available to me. I ve been to several other companies, and this is where I feel that I can trust the team. And they can almost always get my car fixed same day!

Disappointing ExperienceI recently visited Tire Plus for some much-needed tire maintenance, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. Firstly, despite having made an appointment well in advance, I was kept waiting for over an hour before anyone even acknowledged my presence.When they finally started working on my car, the technicians seemed disinterested and lacked professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns about the uneven wear on my tires, they simply shrugged it off and proceeded with the basic tire rotation without thoroughly inspecting the issue.Furthermore, upon receiving my vehicle back, I noticed that the job was done hastily, with little attention to detail. My tires were still not properly aligned, and there were greasy fingerprints all over the interior of my car.Overall, my experience at Tire Plus was highly unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning. I expected much better service and attention to detail from a reputable establishment like Tire Plus.

Made a 12:00 appointment online, arrived and they didn t have it in their system and they didn t have the tires. Tires were ordered for the next day and got several conflicting calls that the tires were not or were in. They set an appointment for about 30 mins from the call. Called back to reschedule and waited on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. Got a call 2 days later and rescheduled the appointment. Called to confirm on day of and again 20 mins of waiting before being hung up on. Heading to Costco across the street for the same tires plus road hazard

I had a great experience. The front desk supervisor Rohan was a pleasure to work with.he was fast and efficient and knowledgeable in Tire Plus system. Rohan is a great asset to this company.

The customer service and professionalism of the staff within this store is piss poor. That's just to say the least. The knowledge, or lack thereof goes without saying. It's safe to say that I will not be patronizing this business any further.

Knowable staff, very professional. The outside, front desk and waiting area look a bit dismol. However as I already stated the staff know what they are doing. WAIT TIME: 1 hour and 30 minutes. COST: Competitive. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Awesome! Below is my experience. I ordered tiers in and the truck bringing them in broke down. They called me as soon as they found out. I scheduled a appointment for two days later. The day I was to go in the belt in their tier changer. Again they called be two hours before my appointment and let me know. Third time was a charm for me and they took care of me!

The worst service received IN MY LIFE at a tire place. Rose was obnoxious and unhelpful.Stay away from this dumpster fire of a Tire "Service" center until they either retrain Rose or get rid of her. You've been warned! Just look at the recent postings...Update: 13Jan2023Their Area Manager called a week ago. Couldn't take it, but I called back about 2 hours later,he didn't answer. Left a message to call me back, but nothing to this date. Had to go back to their sister company, found that the valve stems which were replaced were all leaking. This makes it the 6th time for these tires I just got, 4 at Tires Plus and 2 at Firestone. Also a friend needed new tires. She said she spoke to Rose and that she tried to keep upselling her and she was glad she went with Mr. Tire!Update: 27Dec2023.Firestone couldn't find a leak in the right rear tire, so they cleaned the rim and applied bead seal. Also found one of the lugs was cross threaded so they didn't force it on. The Firestine in Silver Spring was definitely a better experience... mostly not having to deal with the obnoxious Rose character!Bought 4 new tires and they all leaked to 20 psi within a week. Took the car in, didn't have the right parts. Had to go in for a third time once the new valve stems came in. Had a little bit of an attitude from Rose because the new valve stems were more expensive than normal... but I've already paid for them in addition to TPMS service, which was never performed since the TPMS wasn't being used by me.A few days later, I noticed that the wheels were unbalanced and jittered at 60-65 mph. Which it didn't do after the tires were replaced. This was most likely due to the heavier (larger) valve stems that were just installed and the tires weren't rebalanced. Now for the fourth time... the shop blamed the balance issue and the jitter on the TPMS and a small amount of play on my 4 month old lower a-arm bushing. They begrudgingly balanced the tires. Well, lo and behold, the car drove normal after that.Now the icing on the cake. Exactly one week later, I noticed that one of the wheels was severely low. Called back and unlucky for me, got Rose. Proceeded to tell her that this will be the fifth time and I'm getting frustrated that the shop was wasting my time. She proceeds to tell me that their time was also being wasted... IF THE SHOP HAD DONE THINGS CORRECTLY the first time, there wouldn't have been a FIFTH TIME GOING IN. Also she proceeds to incorrectly tell me why I went in the third and fourth time and tried to continually talk over me and then hung up on me. At no time did I say anything rude or obnoxious, on the contrary, I can not say that of her. She was absolutely horrible, rude, and unprofessional. No where was there an apology that they were wasting a lot of my time and on the contrary, I was wasting their time! Unbelievable!First and last time at Tires Plus. Hopefully, their sister company, Firestone, treats their customers better, but I'm not holding my breath after this dumpster fire of a business.

Returning customer. Had four tires installed, shipped to installer option from TireRack. Install and appointment went flawlessly, no complaints here. Process was easy and efficient, had it done in a few hours.

Stay away from this location. They are slow. Last time I waited 1h45m after my scheduled time before they started working on my car. They try to squeeze the walk-in customers who came before your time between the scheduled customers. The walk-in customers wait even longer. The only advantage of this location is that you can kill your waiting time in the nearby Costco.

Made an appointment in person, showed up 10 mins early 3 day later for it and they said they can't do it cos it's not double confirmed (mind you I had no contact with them on those 3 days). Whoever is running this place is running it into the ground.

a very bad experience. I went to tires plus. For a tire rotation. They scammed me, they didn't rotate me, and they charged me for things that they never even touched. Latino friends be careful when you go to that place. and they charge things that your car does not need. and I have proof that they are scammers. no more delinquent mechanics

Rose at the front counter was my angel today!!!My company car wouldn t start when I walked out of my hotel this morning. I was traveling for business and due to drive 5 hours home after my work was complete.I have a company car and they provided roadside service to jump the battery and get the car started.I visited Two Advance Auto Parts to run diagnostics on the battery. One refused to do it because there was only one person on duty. The other tried to run diagnostic but the car wouldn t re-start during the test. (Sounding like battery.) they were nice enough to jump the battery again but didn t help solve my problem saying the battery needed replaced by a certified mechanic. I next went to Goodyear in Gaithersburg. They refused to help due to their appointment schedule and said they were not signed up with my fleet company. There were four garage employees standing around talking while I was there.I also called two dealerships in the area, Criswell and Fitzgerald but both also refused to help due to appointments schedules.Then I met Rose at Tires Plus! She was extremely helpful, kind, and caring knowing I was trying to get home. She got my car in the shop, contacted my fleet company, and made sure a full diagnostic was run on the battery and alternator. The battery tested low, she got the approval for battery replacement, and worked with the guys in the shop to get it complete. I was there for only about 90 minutes total.Thank you Rose!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Ramone was SOOOOO helpful!! I brought in my aunt s Nissan Altima because we got a flat earlier this morning. We ended up having to get it fully repaired which took longer than expected. But Ramone was so professional and kept the communication flowing from beginning to end, all while managing the front alone -you d think they d have more than one staff person in the front all day but that s none of my business. Point being- his customer service is what made this experience smoother. I 5/5 recommend any time that Ramone is working!!!Service: Tires

Had a mixed experience here. Lots of contradictory information. Staff seems untrained and evasive. Had to replace brake pads and rotors that 3 months ago were 70% good, with no explanation. Been going there for several years, but this was my last time.

Very unprofessional, why make an appointment if they cant do the work but two days later. And not even all of it. Two tires always going flat never fixed it. So are they even doing the work on the cars at all?

Good day,Today I purchased tires at Firestone in Riverdale, MD. I then went to the Silverspring location and they advised me that Tire Plus was an affiliate. I called and spoke to Shana and dropped off my car around 9:30 am.I received a call stating that I needed new studs. I wasn t advices of needing lug nuts. I live 0.4 miles from Advanced Auto and could have purchased the parts. I was not advised of the total cost over the phone.I purchased the Lifetime alignment warranty and was only to have two tires installed. The total labor was $341.97. Does it really cost this much to align and install two tires?I sincerely feel like I was taken advantage of. I could have towed my car and paid for the repairs some where else for a fraction of the price.Gary or Edwardo Morales told me to call corporate to discuss my concerns and corporate said it wasn t their issue. Why would Mr. Morales tell me to call corporate?They have a help wanted sign in the window and it seems that they are over charging people because of a staffing issue.My total cost to install the tires, align them and labor was $462.65I DEMAND someone in leadership to contact me and rectify this bill. Yes! Excellent customer service. Thorough. Friendly. No nonsense <i.e. mansplaining, overcharging, long waits, etc> My tire didn't require the repair I anticipated. I was still treated like I was spending hundreds of dollars. Big E and the manager have earned a repeat customer and all the referrals I can offer. It is a treasure to find an automotive service provider in whom you have confidence. Highly recommended.

I used this business a few years ago and their engine diagnostics abilities were not good. I have inquired recently if that has improved but got no replies. I went in for a tire repair and was told that I could either make an appointment for the afternoon or show up and wait probably 1-2 hours to be squeezed in. I went and ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen. Once seen, my tire was deemed unrepairable but that the other tires, being relatively new, should have comparable tread and I wouldn't need more than 1. Great, reliable, and honest service!
