This is the second time I have visited this place for an oil and filter change. I like it here because you don't need to make an appointment, the service is fast, efficient, with good service and a fair price. They check some basic vehicle items such as transmission fluid, battery, belts, inflate tires and refill windshield washer fluid. At the end of the service, in my case I received a voucher for a car wash. I recommend checking their website to be eligible for the discount coupon. Overall, I highly recommend it, as they provide good service, great service, combined with a fair price.

Lube center has exceptional customer service and professionalism. I pulled up the the queue of cars and it wasn t long till a technician walked up to me and told me how many customers were ahead of me and my expected wait time. He and three other employees offered me free beverages and they cleaned my windshield. Oil change was quick and the technician quickly inspected my car and made recommendations. I will be getting all my basic services here from now on.

Great Service. Of course, they try to offer other services, but you can decline and only do an oil change. They do respect your wishes. Safety first at this location. Constant communication when vehicles are on the move. Definitely recommend and shall return!

Amber is the greatest technician ever!! She s super nice, knowledgeable, and explains everything in a way that s easy to understand which means a lot when it comes to how complicated cars can be sometimes. I ve been going to this location for years now and I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely awful. I got a standard oil change. They did not tighten my oil filter all the way and my vehicle started leaking oil! Also, they overfill my oil tank. Could have caused serious damage to my truck, thankfully I caught it early. Will never go here again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Check your filter and oil levels if you go to this lube center.

Christian has a great team here. He, Fernando, Robert, and the whole team give excellent courteous service. Explained everything that I needed, why I needed it, and got the work done fast. An issue with my radiator and heater was immediately resolved. Been coming here for a while and it is the only place I go now. I feel totally ready for my road trip.

I have been using this place for about 7 years or so with maybe 3 or 4 cars. Always has been top service and folks even would do a little extra service too. This recent visit had to ask to check tires, ask about battery, asked to remove junk caught under the hood (leaves) got a no way answer for that one. No car wash coupon. Almost left air filter off. Step it up guys. Next time probably going to Jiffy???

Staff is the actual best. Very helpful and friendly, they do simple (but nice) things like cleaning up windshields and showing you your filters during oil changes. And they are fast! Reasonably priced. Most importantly they actually check everything and you can see them work under the car while you re in it. I ve had the car serviced by the dealer up until now and am blown away by how this team is in comparison (much better). Highly recommend, keep up the great work guys!

Great customer service and great service overall!Evelyn was very helpful with what was going to be done with my car and the cost. Also very friendly!Kentrell was also very helpful and recommended some things that I should do without pressuring me. He was informative and friendly.Overall a great experience at a fair price and it only took 10 minutes. They also include a free car wash coupon as well. I will definitely be coming back.

I stopped by for a undercarriage piece of my car that was hanging off, missing a few screws, and the manager on duty Christian took a look and along with Josh, re-installed one piece and let me know the other one needed factory screws that he didn t have. But told me how to get them and where. Not only were they very welcoming, professional and courteous, he also chose to not charge me a penny for that small but big service he did for me.I recommend his shop to anyone looking for any work done on their car.

I had an exceptional service experience that truly stood out. Jorge, the service technician, impressed me with his friendliness and expertise. Opting to bring my own oil and filter for a change, I was initially apprehensive about not using my regular dealership, especially since I own a VW Tiguan. However, the service exceeded my expectations. It was swift, taking just about thirty minutes, and the process was completely smooth. I appreciated the cost-effectiveness too, as it was significantly less expensive since I supplied my own materials about half of what I might have expected to pay otherwise. Additionally, the team conducted a thorough check, including tire pressure among other things. The entire staff's friendliness has convinced me to definitely return for my next oil change.

I was in and out in 15 minutes flat. Staying home n top of my oil has gotten me to 188,000 miles so far. The service is quick, easy and thorough. The staff is astoundingly kind and so very nice. Happy holidays Lube Center! Ten stars to the whole staff.

Came here with my challenger for an oil change and had Amber as my tech. She was wonderful and gave me honest and straightforward advice. Jorge, the assistant manager helped me look under my car for the rattle noise and talked me through the whole thing. Love this place thanks everyone!

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love this location Great customer service all around and they did a fantastic job. My tech AMBER was amazing! She was very professional polite/ GREAT customer service And her work speaks volumes. I will only and I mean only come to this Location ! I say that to say this- Germantown location put a horrible taste in my mouth and I will never ever go back there! I decided to give the franchise another chance and this location made me happy I did!

The customer service was great from start to finish! Kentrell was very knowledgeable when I called prior to getting the oil change. Once I arrived Kentrell also ended up servicing my 2020 VW Tiguan and gave recommendations on other services that would benefit! Overall it was a great experience and I will be back!

The manager BJ and my service advisor Amber were awesome. This was the best oil change I ve ever received. They were super attentive, they offered refreshments, multiple people stopped by to check in with me and there was no wait! They didn t try to force me to buy anything extra which is also a plus just suggested things I should do for my car. I can t say enough great things about this place! Even though I live in VA I will be back here every time!

The lady who greeted me was extremely rude. She stated it's cold here what do you want? I was really surprised because I've never encounter this issue from the Lube center. She needs training in handling her attitude and perhaps frustration. I have to say the gentleman that took care of me at the bay was really great and professional and he stated he would report the incident. Hopefully the manager is able to address this issue.

I have never seen another workplace with such good employees. My car suddenly stopped and I was stranded on the road last night and I thought I needed an oil change, so I talked to them. They sent someone to look at the car, even though it wasn't normally their job. I appreciate them for being so kind, polite and helpful. I will always be there for all my car work!
