I bought a car for my son from this place. The add says runs great, nice car, no problems, no check engine light. However, we get the car back to VA and guess what, check engine light is on. Not for something small but the Cat was bad as well as a hole in the exhaust pipe. He said he has driven the car himself and had no issues. Really, because when we went to the lot the car was boxed in and the battery had to be charged to test drive the car. I thought the purchase would be ok because he has a mechanic. I called and told him about the Cat and he said go buy the part and we will install it, how about repairing the car before you sell the car. Beware people of the use car salesman saying no check engine light, nice car, runs great. Allegedly, their may be some that turn the light off. The car will then have to be driven 30 miles or more before the check engine light comes back on to display a warning. No worries though for them because they have your money.

Purchased a car from here about 4 years ago. Very nice guy. Did some services on the car to have it pass inspection. In the past week I went to get a code read for my car. Was told to come by Wednesday. Made a call Tuesday to make sure we were still on. Text messages and phone calls were not answered. It is now Friday (4/7/23) and still have not heard a word. So, off to find a reliable person. Hard to run a business like this. Doesn't take that much time to call or text to ensure what's going on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Same experience as others trying to use Groupon coupon for oil change. Not only is there an extra charge for oil filter, but the owner is unwelcoming and downright hostile towards using the Groupon coupon. If he advertises his services on Groupon, he has no right to treat you any differently than a customer paying his standard fee. Someone needs to complain to Groupon. Honest and quality service at reasonable prices. It's a small shop, not one of those chain or franchise corporate outfits. We have taken my wife's Land Rover, kids' Wrangler jeep, Toyota Rav4, Hyundai, and my car for service, and we've always been satisfied with the service and fair pricing. By far five stars is the least i would give! Hands down this shop really takes their customers business to heart. I went here to get my inspection work completed and its now my permanent shop to have my car repaired. Mr Bizri was very respectable and polite. Their prices shocked me for the location of the shop. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the Groupon. They tried to charge an extra $10 for the Groupon after the oil change was completed and would not hand over the keys unless I paid. Only after the police were called were my keys handed back over to me and I was able to be on my way.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

False advertising on groupon. They don't include the oil filter( in the price and forse customer to buy their filter uknknown quality and brand for $10. Also use the wrong syntetic oil for the car and don't care about the damage. Customer service is very rude and unprofessional.. Stay away.

I used to come here for oil changes in the past and I used to like it. However, the past 5 days, I have been coming in when they open for an oil change for the owner to tell me to come back the next day at opening time. This is day 5 and keeps telling me the same that they can't do it that day and come back the next day. I am done.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
